The building

Originally used as the Montreal Tramways Company headquarters, and then later owned by the Bank of Montreal, the Europa Building was considered as one of the finest buildings in the financial district at the time, and stands testament to Montreal’s cultural heritage today. The 8-storey grey-stone construction still retains its original façade and old-world character while the interior was fully restored and converted into luxury condominium residences in 2007. Building amenities include elevator, central air-conditioning, and paid indoor parking.
