The living space

Located Downtown on de la Gauchetière Street with 955 sq. ft., this 1-bed 1-bath loft features factory-style fenestration, exposed concrete, original brick, sand-blasted cement floors and 11 ft. ceilings. Building amenities include courtyard garden, indoor parking, and ground-floor bistro.

The building

Originally built in 1912 during the peak of the printing boom, Unity 1 is now considered a historical landmark. In 2001, it was beautifully restored and converted into upscale residential lofts, but preserves its original façade and architectural features. Residents staying here have access to the interior courtyard garden and indoor parking garage, as well as the Daylight Factory bistro located on the ground floor.

The neighborhood

Serviced by the Square-Victoria-OACI metro station, and ideally located between the downtown core and Old Montreal, the International District is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in the entire city.
