What is the cancellation policy?

In the event of cancellation by the client, the client shall notify Simplissimmo in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to arrival, or ninety (90) days prior to arrival for bookings lasting longer than three (3) months. A cancellation refund will only apply for bookings lasting more than three (3) months, in which case the last month’s rent is refundable. Under no circumstance are service fees refundable. In the event of a refund, all additional costs such as bank fees are solely the responsibility of the client. Reservations cannot be canceled or modified during a stay. In the event of cancellation before term, the client will be charged for the full amount of the reservation by Simplissimmo.
