Bon séjour, juste un léger souci de propreté
La communication est simple, l’accès au bâtiment + appartement très pratique d’accès grâce aux codes. Spacieux, fonctionnel, le seul bé mol est à cause de la poussière trouvée dans l’appartement et quelques mobiliers/objets endommagés : fauteuils sales, poubelle cabossée, quelques marques au sol. Je ne sais pas pourquoi il est interdit de fumer sur le balcon mais c’est un peu dommage.

You will *not* be treated like a valued guest
Dishwasher was full of black mold. Smoke alarm chirped every 30 seconds for low battery and it took 4 hours for someone to come fix it (tall ceilings, we could not reach without a ladder). Then it started chirping again in the middle of the night and we barely slept. Clearly the batteries are not checked regularly. I asked the company for compensation and all they were willing to do was a gift card for a future stay at one of their hotels. I don’t want to go back to any of their hotels. Customer service was very poor.

Thee Best BNB stay !
Wow ! I really don't know where to begin. The communication and customer service was at an all time high. I was having a very rough beginning of my getaway trip because of the car rental issues that occurred in Toronto. My drive was approximately 6 hours from Toronto to Montreal, So my focus was on the road all day. I totally forgot about getting the information for the keepass to get into the bnb Untilthe late hours of the day (10pm!) where hours of operation for my BNB owner was past. Thankfully I was able to still get into my BNB Because when they say their communication and response are very fast believe it, it is not just a selling tactic they really are on top of all inquiries atleast 24hrs a day lol. And the response is extremely fast. Any concerns I had were ready pre answered when my invoice came through vua email, so there wasn't much to ask everything was already there from the WI fi password to Where to find the utensils in the house etc. The house is beautiful welcoming well designed and very warm I will definitely be coming back to this being B before the end of this year at least 2 more times. I have atleast recommended 8 of my friends and family to come Montreal just for the sake of seeing and staying in the bnb !!!! ❤

Nice Place, Broken Furniture
Its a very nice apartment however a lot of their furniture including the small marble top tables around the apartment are broken and some even broken in half. The shower head also leaks and needed to be changed. For the price, I expected better in that location.

Great stay
We loved the loft. The pictures advertised were accurate and we were extremely pleased when we arrived. The location is great. It is within walking distance of a grocery store, Dollarama, the canal and bike rentals (Bixi). When I had questions responses from the company were quick.

Cetai Franchement pas terrible plutôt très engouassent, de 1h am jusqu’à 6 am ça fêter dans l’unité à coter la 205 pour être plus précis impossible d’avoir de la tranquillité, le va et viens , au lieux de sonner au 205 ça sonner au 204 en bas Cetai vraiment un chauchemar, ji pas pue me reposer du tout

PERFECT!!
Everything was great. Check in was so smooth. Apartment was even nicer than I had expected. Apartment was sparkling clean when we entered. The room was a bit warm at times (we traveled in the winter) and we couldn’t figure out the AC (we didn’t give our best effort in figuring it out, though) but we were able to open the windows and the breeze was perfect. Plenty of towels, we ran out of toilet paper, but the dollar store is right next door (10 steps out the door!) and we were able to buy toilet paper there. We also were able to get waters, drinks, snacks, etc at the dollar store, it was SO convenient! There is a pizza/burgerplace down the street too (3 minute walk) that we went to to eat a couple times, and a bar with very cheap drinks! $5 shots wohoo! Great experience, everything was perfect. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Appartement tranquille et spacieux et joliment décoré . Nous n’avons entendu aucun bruit de voisin durant notre séjour. La location est idéale pour se promener dans Montréal meme sans voiture car il y a une station de métro à moins de 100 m. Toutefois ,il y aurait quelques petits détails à améliorer mais rien de majeur Ex: deux petites tables craquées qui devrait être remplacées et besoin d’un peu d’un peu plus de ménage. La valeur qualité prix est excellente je recommande car je retournerai sans hésitation. C’est beaucoup mieux que de louer une chambre d’hôtel pour le même prix.

Did not meet our expectations!
The location was a short Uber ride to downtown but there wasn't much in the direct vicinity of the apartment. The apartment was okay - looked better in the pictures. There were four women staying in the apartment - there was literally 1.5 rolls of toilet paper in the place (and not the double rolls but the small single rolls). The towels were stained and quite dingy and there was visible mold in the shower. The smaller bedroom with the queen size bed didn't appear to have been cleaned properly prior to our arrival as in between the sheet and the duvet there were someone else's toe nail clippings and, there was a size able cobweb in the corner. We couldn't get the television set to work properly. Unfortunately there was no instruction manual anywhere in the apartment to assist. Overall, this was a decent apartment for what we paid but only because I booked through AirMiles and redeemed some AirMiles to bring the cost of our stay down.

Dirty linens in beds
It’s an undeniable fact that the bed linnen was dirty and disgusting (stains and lots of hair). We had just travelled to Montreal from Sweden (over 20 hours) and had to wash and dry our own bed sheets before going to sleep. I probably does not have to explain to you that this was a BAD start on our stay. I’m really put off by the way your kind of businesses decides to handle valid complaints. There right thing would have been an sincere apology and a fair compensation instead of this rude type of ”I do not believe your story” argumentation.

Great apartment near Atwater market and the lachine canal
This apartment has it all. It is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It is half a block from a metro stop so you can get anywhere in the city. The walk along the lachine canal is so pleasant and shopping at the Atwater market is a gourmet delight. You are a short walk to great restaurants like Joe beef and chez Sophie. The on site parking was a bonus. The directions and instructions for the apartment were great. The neighborhood is in transition with lots of buildings being renovated or new ones going up. There are a few street characters, but they didn't bother us or propose any problems. I would definitely stay here again. It is great to enjoy Montreal but not have to stay downtown

Wonderful loft within walking distance of everything!
The loft was clean, quiet, and felt spacious. Great area, near the Metro and some shops. Be aware the unit door doesn't lock unless you key in the code before you leave - I left it unlocked for a few hours before realizing this.

Lovely apartment
Our stay was lovely. Everything was convenient and easy to access. The only 2 things were 1 The smell of the garbage cans when you enter the building. Would need to empty them maybe more Often. 2- The bath towels. One of them was quite rough. Seemed to have been air dried and not in a dryer. Beside that, everything was lovely.
