Good place to stay in the heart of Montreal
The best location to stay for a short trip. 1 minute away from St.Catherine's street and metro is nearby. The until is really clean abd comfortable. The most inconvenience is a noise from the entrance door of building when someone opened and closed it.

The place was nice, however there were many unpleasant things that would not make me recommend or return. The couches were dirty and stained. There was a hole in the wall. There was dust on the night stands in the bedrooms. The lights in one of the bedrooms were burnt. Also, beware that there is a door hiding behind blinds in one of the bedrooms and it was unlocked throughout our whole stay because we did not expect a door to be behind curtains; very unsafe.

Misleading listing - noisy apartment
When deciding between two listings at this property, I choose 906 over another unit, thinking both were on the 9th floor. This was not the case, one was ground level and the other on the third floor. When I found out I was on the ground level, I asked to switch but I was told that my booking as last minute and it was too late (all this happened in a span of 2 hours). When arriving at the apartment, it was poorly cleaned, including still having underwear from a previous guest in the bathroom. Then nightly at about 2pm the restaurant next door would dump glass into a bin right outside followed by a daily 6:45 garbage truck pick up. As a bonus on our last night, there was an all-night party in a unit a few floors up and due to poor weather stripping around the door, both the noise and the smoke came into our unit. This unit was just not up to standard related to others items either such as no duvet covers, simply placing a duvet between two sheets, the electronic locks was in poor repair with no back up internal security locks, and the living room area (couch, rug, footstool) were gross and dirty. I ended up covering the couch with a blanket from one of the bedrooms just so we could use it. Last, but not least, only one wine glass was provided. I did not feel there was value for dollar here at all.

Great place! Great location!
We had a great stay. Easy self check in. The apartment had everything we needed. We were able to walk to the Bell Center and local restaurants. Would stay again.

Positif: - Très bien placé au centre-ville, près de tout. - Processus de check-in autonome avec codes, pas de risque de perdre les clés! - L'appartement a tout ce dont on a besoin :) Rangement, télé, wifi, espace, cuisine... - Chacun sa chambre! J'adore !! Négatif : - Il faut être à l'aise avec le processus de réservation en ligne car il n'y a pas de réception. - Cela pourrait être plus propre, poussière sur le bord du lit, murs dû pour la peinture, etc. Mais tout de même très bien. - Un peu bruyant la nuit. On entend les vidanges et les voisins..

Stanley Court Apartments
The apartment was clean and recently renovated. The building is in a great Centre Ville location and is close to excellent restaurants and shopping. For me, it was also a convenient two walk block to the venue for the meetings I was attending and also a quick two block walk to the 747 YUL bus from and to the airport (get off at Rene Levesque and Peel). And... just a few steps to the Metro. I did have an issue where I forgot the courtyard entry code and even though there was a bit of a language barrier with the Simplissimo customer service rep, he got me sorted out. Now for the downside. The building is quiet but.... I was in Apartment 101 which is on the ground level and right next to the DeVille DinnerBar (good food there). There was a loud humming noise in one of the bedrooms coming from what I assume is equipment in the restaurant and the other bedroom has a door to the outside alley which often has garbage and delivery truck noise throughout the night. Also, the front room has a sheer see through drape which made me feel like I was on display. Not sure why there is no blind on that window like all the others (maybe not so important on the upper floors, but on the main floor a bit more important for privacy). Overall though it was good value and comfortable.

Great spot, would stay again
I've stayed in countless airbnbs in Montreal, this one definitely had the best location - especially for tourists. Right under the building there's a clothings stores, a brunch/diner with a patio and a gym. The place was clean and the host was easy to work with. Thank you!

The apartment was comfortable excellent for location to activities and transportation, cleanliness and efficiency. However, the building entrance, courtyard, and stairwell could be improved with daily pick up of trash.

This apartment was located right in the center of downtown Montreal with great restaurants, bars and shopping at your doorstep. The apartment was clean, a good size, and well equipped. Thank you for a short but good stay in Montreal.

Great Location, Great Place to Stay!
We had a wonderful time in Montreal due, in large part, to where we stayed. It was centrally located, which made it easy to get almost anywhere and the condo was so comfortable. It became our home away from home. We highly recommend it!
