  1. Location, location, location

    We love our stay here, in the heart of Montreal city, everything is walking distance, bars, restaurants, shopping!!! The apartment is well equipped, the bed comfortable, the shower is nice. Will definitely recommended.

  2. Unable to stay

    Air Canada cancelled our flight she couldn't rebook us for 3 days, more than half our trip, so we were forced to cancel. This property refused to refund our stay, any part of it, even though we were not at fault.

  4. Great location

    Really great location right downtown and almost next door to a metro station. The walls were quite dirty which wasn’t great and the furniture as well wasn’t very clean. Other than that we enjoyed our stay here.

  6. Très bel appartement

    L'emplacement est absolument parfait (exactement 50m du métro Peel) L'appartement est très bien équipé, y compris côté ustensiles de cuisine. La déco est sympa. Le point négatif est l'isolation phonique. On a été très dérangés par le camion poubelle et les chasse-neige pendant la nuit.

  7. Cozy Court

    I stayed while attending a conference. The staff was willing to answer several questions in a timely fashion. There really are no views but the accommodations were very good. The apartment was great for what I needed. I would stay again

  8. Assez bien dans l’ensemble mais….

    Bon rapport qualité prix. Dommage que l’appartement soit au 3éme étage sans ascenseur, Préparez vous à grimper…et dans un vieil immeuble pas très bien entretenu…. Sinon c’est effectivement refait à neuf à l’intérieur et assez bien insonorisé pour un logement en pleine ville.

  9. Very good as expected

    This apartment was a lifesaver. We booked so late and couldn't find a hotel available for a reasonable price. The apartment was compact but it was completely modern and renovated inside. I loved that there was climate control in every room. It wasn't too bright in terms of natural light and there was no balcony apart from the fire escape in the back, but for a place to sleep and have breakfast, this couldn't be better. We loved the fully equipped kitchen and fridge. The bathroom was equipped with a shower, which was good. My only complaint was that it was a walkup but for three nights it was fine. The location could not be beat. We were so close to transit and St-Catherine St. It is 100% walkable to shopping, transit (local and national), sights, events, restaurants. We were two moms, with our two kids and I think it was noisy at night, but after all the walking and sight seeing we were not bothered by noise and slept well. On that note, the beds were amazingly comfortable and I loved the big pillows and closet organizer in each room. The only small thing missing was maybe some more hooks inside the rooms for towels and other things. The sofa in the livingroom was top clean. Remind your cleaners to remove the cushions and give the couch a good vacuum. I like that we didn't need keys and we were provided codes to get in. Virtual check in was easy and painless. Excellent place. I would not drive and expect to stay here as this is not the best area for driving or parking. I drive enough back home in Toronto and I was glad to walk to all the nearby areas and Uber everywhere else. We took the train here and we walked with our luggage to the apartment. I would stay here again.

  11. Great Downtown Location

    Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Quaint apartment, quiet, very comfortable beds. The location is very convenient to the downtown core, including access to the metro a couple of doors away. The apartment was on the third floor - if stairs are a problem, be weary. The check in process was straight forward and well done. We found the unit a bit less than hotel clean; kitchen cabinets, doors and some walls could use more attention. If you are fussy about these things, you’ll be drawn to it. The bathroom wall was poorly patched where a towel rack must have been ripped from the wall. Having two bedrooms and being right downtown are this unit’s main attractions…had it been cleaner, I’d have rated it higher - the stairs being the only potential downside to anyone not mobile or with heavy luggage.

  14. Good location but place was not what I was expecting

    This is place is shit, first of all I book for 4 people and when done they saying I wasn’t respecting the rules of 2 people. Not like what it look like in pictures, there was sperm stained on the couch. No cold water in the shower only hot water smh. I will not recommend.

    The place was cute , but not very clean. The dishes were dirty, couch was dirty . The door of our room doesnt close properly. The walls are really thin you can here everything. People partying. Its an ok place. And the tv’s in the living room and in the room kept opening by itself randomly in the night... kinda creepy.

  23. Very nice place - but very loud

    The apartment itself is beautiful decorated and is comfortable. The big issue here is the noise. The windows allow most of the noise from the street into the apartment, which meant I had to sleep with earplugs. I grew up in Montreal and I'm accustomed to noise - this is more than you'd expect. I have also stayed at other buildings in the area. The main door also drag on the ground, causing a screeching sound that can be heard throughout the entire building. Apartment across the hall had a party with the door open. Management was not immediately reachable to address the issue.

  25. Pleasant Stay

    Stayed with family for 1 night, stay was pleasant, the unit vas very clean, efficient and nicely decorated. Only small issue was had with loud neighbours but definitely not the host's fault. I got the sense it was other Airbnb guests.
