Home away from home
This place is a gem! Location was awesome and there were lots of places to eat. The room itself was thoughtfully designed and everything was functional. Some of the things that I found wanting was the presence of dust on some furniture and the shower walls needing some TLC otherwise this would be a 5 out of 5. I would go back and stay here again. Highly recommended. Thanks Simplissimo!

Great Stay!
Enjoyed the stay at the Pierce Hotel in Montreal. Everything was so close by and within walking distance. The hotel was very nice, but the only thing I would say is that some things weren't cleaned properly. There were stains on the utensils (plates and cups) and inside the shower glass door, there are still streaks left on the door. There wasn't parking on site and you would have to find street parking, which wasn't that bad actually. I was able to find street parking just down on St.Mathieu St, and the street parking price was not overly priced, cos after a certain time frame the parking is free, so in the end it all works out! The bed was super comfy and i loved how there was a tv in the room and you can use the netflix. Check in and check out was so easy and efficient. Overall, I would definitely come back and stay at the Pierce Hotel next time I visit Montreal :)

I really liked the stay but when the next morning we had been waken up a 7AM because there was some construction/ renovation just on top on our room so we could not sleep properly because of the noise other wise the stay was fun

Great location, shower and coffee!
We did not even realize how good of a location the Pierce Hotel was in ! SO MANY restaurants, cafes, shops, transportation options were all around. We were pleasantly surprised with all aspects of our stay. The check-in process was simple and fast. All information needed is provided through email and sent to you with sufficient time to prep. Our room, 401, had a great set up, and the shower was a dream ! We loved having a full kitchen with all utensils and appliances one would need (the complimentary coffee was a great bonus!). Only thing that was tricky was finding parking. Nothing surely secure was around, so to find an underground 24 hour parking, we had to walk a couple of blocks. 24 hours was 25$ CAD (1600 blvd Rene Lesvesque - Indigo parking, under the police station). Overall, it was an excellent stay and we look forward to coming back !

Nice stylish apartment right downtown.
Love the apartment. Just has a few comments and suggestions. Mirror not available for shorter people to use. Unit located in a mixed use building where most of floors or units are not updated or renovated. Does not look like the floors that were renovated. Not a very good impression in the lobby, elevators or on floors when the door opened in unrenovated floors.
