    Appartement est magnifique, exactement comme les photos et il est super bien situé. Le seul problème est la chaleur ... leur climatisation ne donne pas et c’est horrible

  2. GREAT LOCATION BUT DISAPPOINTING PLACE

    Stanley Court is very well located in Montreal, central and next to a subway station. The apartment we stayed in was in fair condition but we had to be extremely careful with the dining chairs which were all about to fall apart. The apartment is made for 4 people, but we expected more than 4 forks in the kitchen.... The worst part was the noise: no isolation at all! We fell like we had people literally walking into our place several times, not mentioning an alarm in the stairwell that rang everyday, and almost every night! The trash can area wasn't indicated: consequence, trash bags were left in front of each building door in the courtyard. A shame, this place could be much better and has great potential!

    This place is amazing. Clean, spacious, and the location is perfect. We loved our stay so much that we are planning a trip back with our children!

    Tres bon rapport qualite/prix mais la porte dans la 2eme chambre a coucher donne sur un escalier, nous nous sommes fait reveiller a plusieures reprise par des gens qui parlait dans cet escalier et qui fume des cigarettes, l’odeur etais desagreable, dommage car le reste etait tres bien

    Emplacement parfait. L'appartement est grand, on a tout ce dont on a besoin. Lit confortable. Peut-être dû pour un grand ménage... Ça ne m'empêchera pas d'y retourner pour un plus long séjour.

  8. Very little support

    Lovely apartment great area had problens with heating in the bedrooms, contacted management no response for 48 hours then said they fixed the heating however they did not. Someone just turned the heating up in the other tooms.Asked for extra blankets and they said there were none available. The quilts on the beds are summer quilts not suitable for -17 temp. So not very personable. Also other people smoking in the stairwell made the apartment smell.

    The apartment was very quite cute but housekeeping needs to step it up & do more than just surface clean. Rugs were not clean or vacuumed, baseboards were super dusty & light switches were quite dirty. I wiped them down myself because I didn’t want to touch them.

    the money paid to stay here far beats out a hotel room for the same cost. While checking in was tedious as well as finding the place, but looking beyond that it was money well spent. would stay there again!

  15. Location location location

    I loved that we were in the heart of the city. The privacy was amazing (no one bothers you). The only 2 things I would change is. The a/c is not great, 2nd bedroom does not have the a/c. Luckily we were only hot the first night since Canada has such great weather. 2nd thing I would change is the tv in the master bedroom. The remote did not belong to the tv and I couldn’t log into my Netflix account. The tv service was streaming which was fine but no working remote. I texted about it but nothing was done but that was fine since we were so tired we just went to sleep. Besides that we had an amazing and memorable time.

  17. Stanely court apartments

    I just stayed at stanely street apartments. We really enjoyed the actual apartment. It was spacious and very clean. The location is fantastic. I have to say that the other reviews on the court being full of garbage is true. It really is a bad first impression as you walk into the court before finding your apartment. I am not sure the point of a TV in your bedroom when there is no service too it. No cable no satellite just a TV hanging on the wall. 2 bathrooms was awesome as well. Despite the garbage and a minor TV issue I would use this apartment again. The view of the street out front is great too. I will return here next i come back to Montreal. Great location to enjoy the downtown area. Wayne.

    The apartment was quite roomy for 2 couples with an extra bathroom which was nice. As well the downtown location works well for a short stay such as a weekend in the city. We were missing a few items on arrival but they were resolved the next day by the supervisor in charge! The downside to the apartment is the entrance way to access the building is not appealing to say the least. As well the door to the apartment needs to be fixed as large odours tend to pass through the gaps in the door rather easily. Also we had some nice from neighbouring apartments on the last nite!

    Cant find a better location , short walk from anything you want to do , restaurants , bars , shopping... Very nice and clean unit. Would recommend to anyone.

  20. Nice. Fun great location.

    The Stanley Court prove to be a very friendly location and apartment. My wife and I travel alone and sometimes become concerned with distances to navigate and security. The apartment 206 was very accommodating and up to our standards. With a bath and a half, two bedrooms, kitchen and living room. We had enough room for COM ford. Walking distances, shopping, tourist attraction, were all within our reach. Great trip. Great time. Thanks.

    The Apt itself was lovely. Large, clean and comfortable. Amazing location in downtown Montreal. Lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby within walking distance. Would stay again and definitely recommend.

  22. Terrible place to stay

    There was no one to receive us ay the moment we arrived at the place. Besides the appearance was totaly poor. I did not expect to come to a place to stay and find not a single person who could tell us what was going on. If I wanted to airbnb I would have did airbnb. Just disgraicefull.

  24. Great Place and Location

    The apartment is spacious and located perfectly in the center of town with a ¨depanneur¨¨ or convenient store opened late right at the bottom of the building. Building entrance is rather filthy and does not at first inspire confidence and security, but you pass no less than three locked doors to get to the apartment, so no issues there. The apartment itself is very clean and comes with air-conditioning units in the master bedroom and the living room which was a nice bonus in the heat we experienced! These units make quite a bit of noise but you can adjsut with the remotes and it is a small price to pay for a cooler apartment. Contact with intendant via text messages: very efficient fast and responsive. Internet was good. a bit of noise coming from central court (there is a restaurant's terrase). All in all great value for money and again the location is ideal, especially when you have kids!

    appartement tres bien meublé et équipé, et tres spacieux. Le point faible est le bruit: terrasse de restaurant juste en dessous des fenetres des chambres, isolation phonique tres faible avec les voisins et les cages d'escalier, climatisation assourdissante...

    The issues that we had with the apartment were dealt with in a timely manner. The location is fantastic but improvements need to be made in regards to the airconditioner system; need one portable airconditioner in each room!. More pillows and towels are required. The on site manager was very pleasant and accommodating

    Super appartement avec une localisation au top pour visiter le centre ville de Montreal. Seul bémol le menage, l'appartement n'était pas nickel (serviette des toilettes sale, poussière, papier toilette sous les meubles...), nous avons contacté l'agence en constatant ces problèmes et immédiatement ils ont envoyé quelqu'un avec une solution, très pro.
