Appartement au même prix que l'hôtel
J'ai adoré mon séjour. Très confortable, très propre. Tout est à proximité. Cependant, pour ceux qui ne sont pas attentifs au détails, il y a deux éléments à porter à votre attention. 1) Les frais de ménage sont à pratiquement 80$. Donc, le prix de base + les frais de ménage + les taxes = pas de très grosses économies comparativement à un séjour à l'hôtel. C'est sensiblement le même prix... 2) Il n'y avait pas de stationnement de fourni avec l'appartement. Les locataires vous avertissent d'ailleurs d'avance à ce sujet; ils sont transparents. Les locataires vous mentionneront même une possibilité de stationnement payant un peu plus haut sur la rue... N'écartez pas cette information ou alors, bonne chance si vous recherchez un endroit à proximité à une heure tardive (comme je l'ai fait, la journée de la fête de travail)! Enfin, les stationnements payants du coin sont tous à 20-25$; encore une fois, c'est environ le même coût qu'à l'hôtel. Bref, on choisit cet appartement pour toutes les facilités (cuisine complète!, salon...), le silence, l'intimité... Mais pas pour des raisons d'économie.September 2019

Central location, quiet, clean, and a full featured apartment with cable TV. There are a couple issue: Nats where a problem. He little bugs showed up immediately when food was present. I think this is because the outside facilities are overflowing with trash. The AC is not adequate for the size of the apartment, so we sleepless nights in the summer heat. If the window unit where in the bedroom instead of the living room, that might help. Other than that, the kitchen could use a few extra utensils. Cook a simple meal and a list. The authentication process to get the room, with a photo of you and your ID, like a hostage, was insane and happened far too late in the booking. Trying right get ID photos and hostage photos while on the road is stressful.July 2019

So it is not in the old harbour, but close to the main shopping street and across from a great pizza place :) The entrance is a bit shabby (smell of smoke and weed) and the bathroom is basic and has en emergency exit straight into a parking lot. However, the apartment (although basic) has ample space and is extremely well kitted out. Could recommend especially for a longer stay.May 2019

Location was perfect
I stayed at Stanley Court for a month while in Montreal. It was a cute little studio and not a one bedroom as indicated on my reservation and invoice however for one or two persons it was perfect. Nice layout, clean and I felt very comfortable within the first couple of days that I made the right choice. A new shower curtain and more than two half rolls of toilet paper would have been nice. Also the fact that almost half the light bulbs in the light fixtures were burnt out when I got there indicates lack of quality control I called the office and they were replaced quickly. It is downtown so there is some noise but mostly from the early morning garbage collection so no big deal. These units are not soundproof so you can hear talking, walking and everything else within the building. Of concern to most people may be things that the rental company does not control - The courtyard has a big broken garbage bin that you need to walk by all the time - its just not attractive! Maintenance people are smoking in the building so when you walk in it smells of smoke however the apartment was fine. The entryway looks worn and run down with stained carpet and broken mailboxes and garbage bins. One of the washing machines had fabric softener spilled all over it and it was not cleaned the entire time I was there so building maintenance is lacking. Overall I would rent it again unfortunately it is already booked up for the next time I have to be there for a month.March 2019
Cozy and comfortable in the heart of downtown
The unit is stylish, spacious and comfortable. Great location right by St Catherine and Peel metro station. Table space for a laptop & good wifi made this work trip quite comfortable. Communication was quick and easy. Looks exactly as portrayed in the photos, would definitely book again.November 2018

Very well equipped, good price and fantastic location. Only downside was that lightbulbs were missing from the lights in the sleeping area and very loud noises during the night due to a bar being right next door and loud music coming from other apartment. So if you are a light sleeper, then not the right place. But otherwise I would stay there again, perfectly priced for what you get.June 2018
