Great place and good value for money
The location and apartment was great. Check in seems a bit strickt and complex. The wordings used in these communications are bit unfriendly. This could be improved. Overall great place and a good price. I will stay there again.

Un super appartement qui réjouira less gens qui veulent passer plusieurs jours à Montréal. Un vrai appartement dans lequel on peut "vivre" : cuisiner, ce qui évite les dépenses en restaurants. Il est idéalement situé : à 2 minutes du métro, 2 minutes de la rue Sainte Cahterine pour les boutiaues... que du positif!

No access code to the building
On the day of my arrival, in the beginning I just received the access code to the apartment and the wifi password. I did not have the access code to the building and the elevators. At the beginning I thought it is the same thing but after I stayed more than an hour in front of the building with all my luggage because I called and there was no one to answer me it was 7 p.m. at roughly. After an hour standing in front of the door, luckily a tenant helped me to access with his code. I got the first response from Simplissimo at 8:30 p.m. and that's when they gave me the building and elevators code. it was a very poor service.

Chambre en travaux
Les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité, j’ai retrouver ma chambre avec des plafonds encore en travaux je trouve ça irrespectueux ! L’homme que j’ai eu au téléphone n’était pas correcte je devais me débrouiller toute seule quand j’avais une question car il n’y a pas d’accueil. Il a y beaucoup trop de point négatif concernant cette chambre pour un tel prix. Un prix qui m’a d’ailleurs était annoncé à 135$ alors que sur l’application booking le prix avec taxe était de 80$ environ!!

Nice but a few issues
Overall the apartment was very clean, modern, secure and centrally located however there were concerns / problems with the check-in process and customer service. Being a seasoned traveller I am used to courteous and pleasant customer service experiences, which is why I pay a premium / higher rate for however when I complained that the TV was not working as well as mentioned a power outage, the response from the customer service representative was that the electricity was beyond their control and only went out for 9 minutes as if it was acceptable and should not be addressed. Part of the checking in requires all customers to send them photo of their official photo ID document, as well as a rather bizarre photo of themselves holding the ID document; which I have never come across before. This made me very uncomfortable because if data protection regulations are not adhered to will further expose customers to their personal information being fraudulently obtained and used I would recommend that the hotel / apartment to review their check-in process as well as address my complaint email re: the lack of TV and electricity during my / our stay. Thanks!

It was nice The check out better to be at 12 o’clock Why there is no cable tv 📺 Either you have to have Netflix account or connect your phone with you tube The place was nice for the people who stay more than 2 days they should have more towels because there no room service you have to e mail them and then they will send somebody to help But I love ❤️ my stay the location perfect 👌 and I call to fix my tv next day they fixed I recommend this place and thank you 🙏🏻

Nice and clean room. Once we got use to accessing the building and elevators, it was an easy transition. Building is an apartment for full time residence. Was a little leery about the whole process to get check-in instructions and there not being a host in the building, but everything went smooth and we really enjoyed the stay. Wish the internet was faster though.

La façade ne paie pas de mine du tout, les travaux en cours peuvent inquiéter, mais l’appartement en lui même est très agréable, propre et désign. Juste un peu de mal avec la douche pour régler la température mais sinon très bien placé, bien équipé, gérant réactif en cas de problème...recommandé sans hésiter ..

Felt like my home away from home
Loved the design and the attentiion to detail in this boutique hotel meets condo meets Air BnB. The technology of using an app to lock the door was something new to me and was a very cool way to approach having a keyless entry. The condo was fully equipted with everything you need for even a two week stay including an in house laundry and a full kitchen. The bed was very comfy and all new very clean bedding. The shower was like a big spa with jets in every direction. I sat at the kitchenette as my desk and worked there all day. It felt like home. The location is right next to one of the main downtown streets St. Catherine. Starbucks on the corner and a hair salon across the street. It was the first time I stayed at something like this. I would highly recommend it !
