3 night stay
At first we were a little worried about the check in process since there was no physical front desk but after the great instructions provided we were able to successfully get in our room without any issues. The room was comfortable and spacious. Only gripe we had was after the second day we had used up all of our towels. We were unsure if there was a cleaning crew that came in like a traditional hotel. The next day we found out there was no crew and we had to reuse our towels. Not a huge deal but would have liked to known that before.

Excellent alternative to hotel
Better than a hotel room, in my experience. Generous space and excellent facilities. I thought not meeting a receptionist and using codes would be a nuisance, but it wasn’t. The apartment is perfect. The only downside is street noise, especially in the evening, but then Montreal is a big city. A place to return to! Thank you!

A lovely apartment in a lively area
Don't be put off by the building, which is not very nice, the apartment itself is stylish and spacious. The area is very lively with several restaurants and cafes nearby. The only thing I would say is that Pierce did not tell me about nannybag.com which allows you to leave your bags at the restaurant literally next door after check out and before you have to leave for the airport. I found this out myself after some stress about how I was going to spend the day in Montreal dragging a 25 kilo suitcase around with me. Otherwise communication was good and the apartment was good value, with a large comfortable bed.

Loft chaleureux & agréable en plein milieu du centre ville !
Super bel appartement pour passer un week-end en amoureux ! C’est plus petit que sur les photos , mais assez grand pour 2 . J’ai adorée le bain et le fait que c’est située dans un quartier où il y a plein de petits resto autour , par contre très difficile pour trouver du stationnement ! Bref moi et mon copain nous avons passer un beau week-end .

Perfect location with some drawbacks.
Positives: Perfect location! Very nice interior, exactly like the pictures. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom very modern and clean. Checking-in instructions were clear and easy. Negatives: Apartment was noisy double windows are not sound proof. Windows were so dirty I had to reach out and clean one of them myself to be able to see the outside. Major problem with aeration and ventilation, I could smell the cooking of the neighboring apartments as if they were cooking in my kitchen.

It is extremely painful to complete the booking process
There is nothing expensive to break or steal in the apartment, however you hold a 300$ deposit for various days. The deposit is not immediately available after checkout. It should be back available to be used by 3pm the day we check-out. Also, you guys ask for personal information that is not safe to be given. Not one but two live pictures of myself with two of my gouvernement ID'S. Plus a picture of two ID'S. It is extremely painful and complicated to book compared to other places. And also it is not safe to be giving our personal information like that each time we book with you. It's always a horrible experience

My fiance and i took a stay cation here, and we really enjoyed our time. This hotel is simple, cozy, and clean. Loved the bedroom decor, will for sure recommend for our out of town guests when they come for our wedding!

Not as luxurious as the pictures. Was nice but needed some work - shower tap for temperature was broken and very hard to turn, the chairs had wear and tear rips in the back, windows were so dirty could not see outside. The wifi was also very slow - Netflix kept loading and at the end did not work. Apart from that, only slept there so it was quite nice! Very close to the bell centre!

Modern, Clean, Roomy, Homey and a Convenient location
The apartment is conveniently located with access to pretty much everything within a walking distance. The unit was big, modern, comfortable and nicely decorated. All amenities are provided were great. My favorite part was the awesome bed which allowed us to get a great night of sleep. Highly recommended and will definitely stay there again.

Great location!
The room was nice and clean. It was not as big as the pictures led me to believe but it was still comfortable enough for 2. The location was great! Easy to walk downtown or hop on the metro. The amenities were appreciated, however I would have liked some hand soap in the washroom. The promise of Netflix was a let down as the internet connection was too patchy to allow Netflix to load shows/movies which caused the screen to keep freezing. In the end we had to give up watching our show. Even though there is no parking on site the lot that was suggested was close by and very affordable! Check-in and out were a breeze.

A great and comfortable spot in the center of Montreal
Excellent central location, good size, clean, comfortable bed/pillows, good amenties, efficient and precise communication before and during the stay, very fast staff response to any inquiry/request. We stayed nine days and are really happy with the accomodation. We would definitely stay here again in future. My experience & observations on previous comments/reviews: - excellent reservation and check-in process: clarity of prices, precise instructions, everything worked very smoothly - apartment reflects pictures and description - we found the apartment very clean - we had excellent sleeps every night i.e. very large and comfortable bed & pillows - every appliances we needed to use was working fine - we did not hear a single noise from inside the building i.e. corridors or other apartments - we had a few questions/requests before check in and during our stay: Alex always responded and satisfied our requests within a few (working) hours The building as well as its entrance and its surrounding are not very sexy. However, it is not unsafe and once you arrive to the floor and into the apartment, it's like entering another world and everything is nice and clean. Our apartment was on the street side: it is pretty busy with restaurants and bars and it is very central, so noise should be expected and earplugs are strongly recommended for a peaceful sleep. We parked our car in the closest parking lot recommended by Alex (4 minutes walk) and mostly walked everywhere in the city.

A disappointing surprise for our honeymoon
This place was not at all what I expected. When we pulled up, we thought at first that it was an abandoned building. After parking blocks away and hauling our bags to hunt up the front door, we found it squeezed in next to a shady looking vape shop. With no front desk, the check in process involves a series of door codes to get into the building, up the elevator, and into your room. Once inside, it’s an odd mix of clearly thought out details and surprising misses. Very fancy shower, but also no hand soap anywhere to be found. Lovely wallpaper, but the windows were so dirty as to be nearly impossible to see out of them. TVs in both rooms, but the remotes didn’t work. Washer and dryer in the room, BUT when I turned on the washer mold came out with the water. I had to fill and drain it three times to get clean water. At one point we came back from our day out and found a substantial amount of water dripping from two spots in the bathroom ceiling. They did send a maintenance person right out (who looked at it, said it was very bad, and left to investigate) but there was no offer to move us or anything. Giving it 3 stars instead of 2 because the bed was comfortable and the room was overall fairly clean, but I absolutely would not stay here again.

Poor check in.
The apartment was comfortable, well appointed and in a good location. However were were not sent a room access code to get into our room and no one was answering the service line (noting the accommodation has no reception). We were only able to access the room by contacting Booking.com who were able to reach someone and send an access code for the room.

Great Apartment
We loved the apartment, nice decor really makes a difference! However we didn’t find any pots or pans so we were glad we didn’t depend on cooking while we were there. The only other issue we had was with the street the building was on - clearly not the nicest part of Montreal. However, it did seem to just be that portion of the street that was a little sketchy (at night), the next block was already an improvement. Overall we were very happy with the Pierce Hotel:)

Dès notre arrivée, toute une surprise en voyant l’immeuble! Nous étions un peu inquiets quant à la suite des choses. Par contre, une fois à l’intérieur, tout est rentré dans l’ordre. L’endroit est coquet, fonctionnel, très propre et confortable. De plus, il est très bien situé. Nous y retournerons assurément!

Outstanding!!!
Our small trip to Montreal was outstanding thanks to the location and Airbnb we stayed in. The photos are true to the space and very modern and trendy for young professionals. My friend and I enjoyed the place so much, we didn't want to leave! Checking in and out was very easy...one of the easiest check ins I've ever done. Everything you need is within your room such as appliances and entertainment. We will definitely be returning to Simplissimmo!!!

Perfect location and very reasonable price.
We had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay a Pierce Hotel. We were very impressed with suite and it's many amenities. It is wonderful to have the option of eating out or cooking in. Whenever I am in Montreal again I will definitely be booking here.

We did enjoy our stays at the Pierce Boutique Hotel. It's in a very convenient locations, closed to the train stations as well as buses just outside the Metro Station. The shopping centers are all walking distance, so muvh selections of restaurants and convenient stores. The Apartment itself has a good amenities, such as cooking facilities, dishwasher, dryer and tv in the lounge area and bedroom.

Good apartment close to many shops ,transport links.
Well set out one bedroom apartment, well secured with pass code to get into the building lift & apartment door. Everything you could want for self catering . Only one complaint lack of hot water for 2 days water was tepid . Good location small supermarket next door with a much larger one 5/10 minutes away. Metro & bus also round the corner. Within easy access to shops ,restaurants .

One of our best experience in appartment
The building itself do not give an overview of the very good standing of the appart. Very nice, fully equiped with new fridge, oven, washing machine etc. Two large TV with cable and Netflix ! Very nice bathroom with large shower, clean and towels in number. The bed is very very good quality, large and comfortable. A must in Montréal, close to subway, St Catherine street etc. We know where we will stay next time !
