  1. Good place for a first stay in Montreal

    + We enjoyed our stay at Pierce Hotel. The check-in was easy, the location central and the actual apartment clean and cozy to get back to after walking around the city all day. The bed is high quality and super comfortable. Same goes for the very modern shower. - Central location is not necessarily a must in Montréal. Plus it looked a bit sketchy right down the building. The empty bottle of olive oil could have been replaced before our stay. Not something you want to invest in for 3 days. Also, maybe a shorter door code so you can memorize that one too.

  2. It was fine but won’t book again

    The concept without a main desk works. It’s not complicated to check in and it would have felt secure if the main door wouldn’t have been broken and left open for almost our entire stay. The pictures on the website are definitely more pretty than the reality though. But the bed was really comfy and the ac was working good. We didn’t have any problem and it was a good stay, but for the price that we paid, I think I can find better for our next trip.

  3. Loved the shower!

    The room is huge for 2 and comes with everything you need. the bed was sturdy and comfy. Loved the shower, with hot and cold water. The things I can complain was the ceiling that not finish and the room was dusty, needs to deep clean. Overall, was convenient to everything.

  4. Bon séjour

    L’appartement est bien placé mais l’immeuble est moyen. Très bonne literie et cuisine très bien équipée! Le salon est grand et confortable. Salle de bain avec grande douche très agréable ( sauf qu’elle fuit et qu’elle n’est pas très propre)

    I would probably give this 4 stars if they refunded my deposit within 72 hours. I will change this to 1 star if I never see the money again

  12. Pierce hotel

    Près de tout. C'était parfait pour moi car j'avais beaucoup d'examen médical à faire avant ma chirurgie. Tranquille mais petit hic l'appartement n'était pas bien nettoyé et surtout en temps de pandémie je m'aurais attendue à plus sur côté propreté. J'était pas choqué d'avoir apporté mes lingettes clorox pour nettoyer et désinfecter. La table de cuisine était encore taché de bouffes et comptoirs cuisine ma guenille était pas très propre.

  13. Parfait pour les couples...très surveillé

    L’emplacement est génial, appartement très propre et complet! DÉFAUTS: ne pensez pas inviter PERSONNE même pas pour souper.... très très surveillé par les caméras de surveillance.... si vous loué pour 2 personnes, aucune autre personne ne peut venir et ils ne sont pas flexibles du tout avec ça.... parfait pour les gens qui sont 2 et qui ne pense voir personne!!

  14. Best place to stay in montreal

    I had a Great stay at the Pierce hotel. The place was very nice decorated and very clean. You felt right at home and there was even anti acarien sheets on the bed to keep it clean. This place is filled with details that make the stay so pleasant. There are 2 TV with netflix on them and all the appliances you need are there and work very well. The location is awesome aswell! I was next to everything from great restaurants to great cafe shops to shopping centers! I felt right at home and its an amazing place overall. I will definitely be booking with Pierce hotel again and i highly recommend this place! 100% great and worth it!!

  19. Pierce: Comfortable and in good location (Not suitable for limited mobility)

    Mature couple stayed in Montreal mid - August 2019. Apartment 503. Being new to self-access arrangements, this also took us a little time to adapt, however all instructions were clear and precise from "Simplissimmo" the apartment management group. Apartment was very clean and functional for what we required for the week. Bed and pillows were excellent and it was very handy having the laundry appliances. The location of the building was handy to some great restaurants and walking distance to many sites. Could not fault the actual apartment, however, one could not say the same for the exterior and access. The street entry to the building was very untidy for the first few days (Thursday-Tuesday), being next door to the pizza restaurant (cigarette butts +++ and litter) Not a good look and quite uninviting. The outside of the building looks like it is poorly maintained. Window exteriors are extremely dirty. This was detrimental to the apartment which was very clean. Access Note: This building would not be suitable for wheelchairs as the hallways and lifts are quite narrow. As one of us has limited mobility, utilizing an electric mobility scooter, (NB: apartment checked for accessibility prior to booking) we found access to the apartment challenging. Being on left side of a busy one-way street with a cycling lane, there was nowhere for loading/ unloading from taxi/Uber. This was overcome by walking/scooting to opposite apartment building (#1645) Only a problem dodging the rain and the cyclists and now - tourists on hire scooters !!!) We did enjoy our stay in Montreal and the wonderful help we received for the locals, especially "Älex" from Simplissimmo.

  20. Dirty and bad customer service

    The apartment was filthy and had no hot water when I arrived. They said it was because I had attived early and made me leave, but they never cleaned it anyway. I asked to cancel because of having no hot water and they said it was not true and that they had checked and there was hot water. We later found out there had not been any hot water since 8am, but Alex, who says he is the manager, was very rude. I eventually had hot water, but had to tolerate the filth Don’t go there

  21. Great location, great amenities!

    My wife and I had a great experience. There are tons of great restaurants within just a few feet of the hotel, the check-in and check-out process was super convenient, and the room itself was great. We loved having a separate room/living room so that one of us could work while the other (ehem, me) could sleep in. The room was also extremely clean and modern. We'll definitely be recommending Pierce Hotel to others.

  23. Absolutely horrible.

    They started construction above our room at 730am and then continued to do so until we had to leave at 10am. I contacted customer service and they didn’t help us at all, and refused to compensate us for anything. Now they’re refusing to contact me back. Besides the drilling and such, the room was in terrible shape- the roof was incomplete, the bed was rock hard and absolutely horrible. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel. Never again.

  24. Really centrally located and well designed apartment self catering apartments

    The apartments are just walking distance from the guy Concordia metro station and very centrally located with downtown and many malls within walking distance. Very nicely designed. I stayed for over two weeks and ran out of dishwashing and laundry detergents, which I had to buy. Apart form that everything was provided.

    Everything was very clean and modern looking. Very convenient location. The door lock system was a hassle to deal with at times. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and affordable stay.

    Nice flat, near from Sainte-Catherine Street. Great location for shopping. Big bed, massage shower and furnished kitchen. Really quiet. I will come again. Thank you!!!

  30. Secours au Pierce Hotel

    Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet hôtel. Premièrement, c’est aménagé avec goût et confort. On ne peut pas être mieux situé. Le seul hic se trouve au niveau de certains accessoires. Il manquerait au moins un chaudron supplémentaire et une possibilité de se faire du café autre que la cafetière Nespresso. Avec cette machine, il faut avoir des capsules particulières . Si au moins on pouvait en acheter sur place. Nous on prend des appartements car on aime bien siroter nos petits cafés le matin. A part ce point, tout était parfait
