Comfortable, clean and safe
I was there for work, the stay, room and facilities were all great. One issue I had was with the wifi connection as it kept cutting off with a weak signal but aside from that small issue, the place was fantastic and the hospitality great.

Mix Review
Quiet and clean on the inside of the actual place. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing! I liked having the laundry in the unit itself. The neighborhood was scary, dirty, noisy, and stinky. There was no parking but also no explanation of where to park. We took a chance and parked in the street that we think is reserved for those that live there. Someone threw up all over the front of our car and we didn’t know until we took our bags out to it in the morning. Also, there was no sign out from indicating this was the right place. We had to just match the address number. We stayed in 505 and we didn’t really hear much noise at all and the AC was quiet and great.

Beautiful apartment close to everything
We had a great stay here. The apartment was clean, bed was very comfortable and it was awesome having a king size bed. It wasn’t quiet as there is a lot of street noise but that didn’t bother us at all. Also, there were no pots for cooking. But we didn’t plan to do a lot of that either. There is in unit laundry and the shower was amazing. Parking was a challenge at first but we found parking a block away for 24.00 a night. The lot is unattended and doesn’t take credit cards. You had to use coins but there is a coin changer right there so that was fine. There is free street parking in the area but we did not find anything close by so just paid daily for a spot. All in all, we loved it and would definitely stay here again.

I never got to stay there. Your organization is very disorganized. I cancelled my reservation on March 12th. I never stayed there. I was supposed to be attending the World Figure Skating, when it was cancelled due to the virus, I had to cancel my trip. The Figure skating immediately notified me I would get a full refund, the airlines gave me a full credit for my flight, your hotel refused to even consider a refund. Even a refund minus a nights stay would be appreciated. $904.00 does not grow on trees and I am a retired senior. I think a No refund policy should have exceptions built in. I understand if people just cancel for personal reasons, it is their choice. I had No choice, it was totally out of my control.

Was a bit surprised when we walked in, definitely a lot smaller/worn in than the photos used to market. Kitchen/Living area smelled like stale cigarettes from previous guests. Kept the bedroom & Bathroom door closed and didn't use the living/kitchen area. Bedroom was lovely and bed was super comfortable - overall it was a good stay but we definitely had higher expectations.

Great central location, clean and comfortable
This is a great place to stay if you are downtown. Close to everything including the universities, the metro, restaurants. Efficient sign-in process. Beds are very comfortable, great shower, clean and spacious for Montreal.

Wonderful location and room setup
We really liked how new and clean everything was. Room darkening shade in bedroom was a huge plus too, super comfortable bed and well stocked apartment. Terrific value for a superb location, definitely recommend and we will stay here again any time we are back in town visiting our family.

Don't judge this booking by its cover
The Pierce Hotel is actually, as far as I could figure out, a few apartments in an older office building. The exterior doesn't look good, to be honest. But the apartment itself was great. Clean, contemporary, just the right size, especially for cooking in and doing laundry. Excellent building security. The location was good, too--not too far from the old port and also close to Mount Royal. We would happily stay there again.

Was not disappointed!
Excellent room! They did not use a magic camera when taking pictures for their site. It was clean, and it had everything you needed. My only small complaint would be the outside windows were dirty BUT I mean it's a big city and I would assume most bigger buildings have dirty windows. If/when I come back to Montreal I will be staying here.

Not a place to enjoy days off
The location of the apartment was good because it is in dowtown area, close to all main avenues and streets. However the street noise was heard in the apartment, it look like the windows did not provide any type of insulation for noises. Also the reception area was unattended and lacked of cleanliness, as well as the halls on the 5th floor. If I needed something for the apartment or any help, I had to call a number and go through a lot of options until someone will answer. The communication was impersonal. The building was not only a hotel building, there were offices, another residential appartments and other business. I will never book this hotel again.

Mixed feelings
The appart is ok clean and well equiped. The building is not so nice despite the security code the door remains open and many people enter. Worse is not being able to leave at the hotel your luggage after 11am while you fly at 9pm. The first evening hot water was missing too.. all in all you rely on 2 codes building/ elevator and room...no lobby...pretty deshumanized experience and while this business model is profitable for consumers it does not make it cheaper. It's fine but there s much better

Our three night stay.....
Location was convenient to the metro which was a plus. Got off on the wrong floor upon arrival.....very very dirty building!! Once into our place it appeared as in the photos however as we settled in noticed things like...no lampshade on bedroom lamp, no batteries in bedroom tv remote, no kitchen towels, the only 2 mismatched coffee cups were in the cupboard dirty, couldn’t see out the very dirty windows, no additional lock on the door, only 2 coffee pods for a 3 night stay....not sure what there is a $50. cleaning fee??? Bath towels, bed and all over decor were nice.

Great apartment
What's a great little spot. Nice an clean, easy access in and out. Unit has all necessary amenities. The price was great for location as well. The check in and out process is so easy (all online). All you have to do is find a spot to park and you are all set. There are a couple lots near by, it cost us $60 for 48 hours for our truck Our only issue was mostly location related. Because the windows were old and thin you could hear everything outside, every alarm every argument at 2am This is more of a city thing I suppose, and we are just not used to the noise ;) Located steps from the Metro you are essentially close to everything. Of we come back to Montreal, we will stay here.

Great hotel!
We stayed at the Pierce for two nights and it was perfect! The place was really clean and everything you needed could be found in the appartement. The only negative comment that we had is that we were woken up by renovations in the building both mornings. But apart from this, I would recommend this place! The price is cheap for the quality you get!

Everything was clean. It would have been good to have a corkscrew in apt. I didn't like having to use the August Ap because it meant if my phone died I could not access the apt. Thanks!

Room its self was well specked, and quiet when you bear in mind you are in the middle of a city. We did have some difficulty in getting in initially and would recommend ensure that you have all the details for the hotel before you travel and that they can contact you. Good location near to metro and st catherines street.
