Positive: Acomodação excelente, tudo organizado e em bom estado de conservação. Informações claras e precisas de chekin. Quarto silencioso e com uma vista bonita, acordar e ver a neve caindo na rua era algo lindo de se ver. Usei a máquina de lavar e secar no fim da estadia e isso foi ótimo. Negative: Tive dificuldade de achar o lugar para ligar o aquecimento, fiquei tipo uns 20 minutos procurando. Deveria ter uma placa, porque quem vive em país tropical não conhece esses equipamentos. Não consegui usar a máquina de café, poderia ter um passo a passo disponível.

Stayed 10 days, it was a great base for exploring the city. Lots of restaurants and shops at the doorstep and a Metro station on the corner. The flat looks exactly like the photos and has everything you need for a home away from home. Shower is especially nice and the kitchen has all the essentials if you want to cook a meal. 1 star off on check in only because there was a small tech glitch where we did not receive the email with the codes and when I called after hours the first time I could not figure out how to reach a person to get info late on the night of check in. When I did finally reach someone they were super helpful, got me everything I needed and gave me a direct line to call back if anything did not work. The instructions sent were easy to follow and very thorough. Overall their communication was excellent throughout the stay, and I think it was a computer error that caused our small hiccup. Just wanted to point out to make sure you get your instructions ahead of time and you will be great. Only other extremely minor flaw is not the fault of property at all - but it is located in a college neighborhood in proximity to several 24h businesses, so there is occasional loud street noise late at night from people partying/leaving bars in the area. It was never any worse than what you might expect in any large city, but if you are a light sleeper I would recommend maybe asking for a unit on one of the higher floors. Not bad enough to be a dealbreaker though.

Very poor poor customer service with very strange rules and lack of flexibility
Positive: Nothing Negative: Upon receiving the confirmation number for the apartment reservation, I was later informed of certain unexpected rules imposed by the landlord. One of These rules limited check-in and check-out times, making it impossible for me to access the apartment outside of these designated hours. due to a flight delay, I arrived at the hotel apartment late in the evening when there was no one available at the reception or security to assist me. Despite my attempts to reach the provided contact number from the booking confirmation, I discovered that their availability was limited to the hours of 9 am to 6 pm. Consequently, I found myself without proper accommodation after enduring a long and exhausting flight that lasted over 24 hours. After waiting for some time, hoping for someone to appear at the reception, I made the difficult decision to seek alternative accommodation and subsequently made a new reservation at another hotel. This unexpected turn of events not only caused me significant inconvenience but also resulted in additional expenses. The worst is when I called the call centre a person named Laura was not helpful at all with my request for reimbursement or to change the date she simply declined my request and asked me to pay again and rebook I have asked her to escalate to her manager but she refused. Over all very bad experience and very poor customer service.

Great for a quieter stay
There is no front desk and not really any staff visible. Everything is done by yourself and the rooms are like mini apartments with all the amenities one could need. We loved it overall and will be back on our next visit to Montreal. Thanks!

Comfort and class in the heart of the city!
Positive: Perfect location just beside Concordia University and around many restaurants and businesses. It is across the street from the main transit line through the city with close connections to other lines. The hotel is one floor of a larger apartment complex that is protected by an entry code, security guard and elevator code. The floor the hotel is on is perfectly remodelled and the suites themselves are perfect - Big comfy bed, lots of closet space, large couch, two large screen TVs, rainfall shower, and even a full kitchen with small seating area. Loved it! Negative: The building (other than the floor the hotel is on) is a dump. The entrance needs some major renovations and a candle or something to get rid of the smell. Literally the only bad thing.

Positive: La proximité avec le métro de la ligne verte est très pratique. L’appartement est spacieux et très bien équipé (juste le sèche cheveux qui ne fonctionnait pas mais je n’ai pas cherché à contacter pierce). Le fait d’avoir une arrivée autonome est très pratique et les consignes sont claires. Negative: L’eau tardait un peu à arriver chaude mais c’est une question d’habitude.

Positive: There was a lock code so entering the building was super easy and quick. The shower was INCREDIBLE. Super modern and clean apartments. Very spacious, we loved it. Negative: Hard to communicate with hosts. Upon booking we were under the impression that parking was nearby and accessible but struggled to find parking. We ended up getting a parking ticket outside on the street and then had to pay a lot for parking the following night (and it was quite a walk away).

Positive: Affordable accommodation a little away from all the tourist attractions in Montreal. Staff responded to any messages promptly. The apartment was spacious with everything that was needed. The washing machine/dryer was a good addition as allowed to wash some clothes before moving into the next part of out trip. Negative: Location wasnt great. Building outside/inside appears run down. There is a metro stop 1 min walk away however the metro service in montreal is poor and expensive compared to other countries. If I was to return to Montreal i would look for accommodation nearer the old town/port

Positive: The room looked exactly like the picture and was fully loaded with all necessary amenities and more! The fridge was stocked with ice, which is always a plus for me. There were many spare towels and the check in was super smooth considering that there is no human contact due to Covid. Although the apartment doesn’t have parking , the closest parking lot was literally a 2 min walk away and was $25 per day which I found reasonable. Negative: Everything was great, however a few of the dishes were not clean and had leftover food smudges on them.

Simple space, no frills, but had all the amenities that one would need (i.e. kitchen and supplies, clean bathroom, TV with Netflix, etc.) Easy to follow checkin and checkout instructions. Awesome location, very close to downtown and metro stops to get to other parts of the city. The apartment is much bigger than it looks online, and was spotless. Checkin is all done via keypads, so you don't need to meet the host when you arrive which is convenient. I would stay here again next time I'm in Montreal, and highly recommend it.

Nice and clean place to stay in central Montreal. Close to everything you need downtown. The apartment was like described in the pictures. I will not hesitate to stay here again the next time I am in Montreal.

Sparkling clean and comfortable; convenient to downtown; parking a bit of a pain
The bright hotel-style apartment was sparkling clean and modern (although in an old building). It was comfortable, very suitable for 2 people, and had all the amenities you need for a short stay. The king bed was especially nice. We did not do any cooking, but all of the basic tools for cooking seemed to be there (could use an extra cutting knife, and some extra plates and cutlery), as well as olive oil, salt and pepper. You will need to shop if you need to cook or make tea or coffee (very small coffee maker on site to make a cup at a time, and a few coffee pods, but no tea bags, sugar, etc.). There are lots of small ethnic restaurants around. The apartment was also quiet and seemed well sound-proofed. We did have to ask the people next door to turn their music down after 11:00pm, but they were playing it quite loudly. The TV worked well and we were able to watch Netflix (but not sports). Parking was not very convenient, as the two closest parking garages have closed down (likely because of the pandemic). We were able to find temporary street parking, and for overnight a garage on MacKay about a 10-15 minute walk away that charged $25. A word of caution in the shower - make sure the top knob is pointing upwards to get the rain showerhead. There all kinds of shower nozzles, but they spray forcefully and horizontally and make a wet mess on the floor. Otherwise, there was plenty of hot water. All in all, we had a good stay here.

Great stay!
Very stylish apartment, very comfy bed and good quality bedding, great shower pressure, all amenities, fully functional kitchen, wonderful location, very busy neighborhood yet quiet for a good night sleep, everything you can need is a few steps away.... Very reliable and responsive host! Would definitely stay here again!

Super Endroit
Dans son entièreté, l'endroit était très agréable. C'était super bien insonorisé et mis à part quelques portes qui claquaient au loin et des déplacement de mobilier à l'étage d'au-dessus, il n'y avait aucun autres bruits nuisibles. L'endroit était très propre lors de mon arrivée et avait bien été chauffé. Les instructions pour se rendre au bâtiment étaient très claires et les instructions à l'entrée indiquant comment utiliser chaque appareil dans l'appartement étaient super précises. La cuisine manquait légèrement de vaisselle, comme par exemple une plaque pour le four, mais était parfaite pour deux personnes. Le mobilier de repos était extrêmement confortable. J'ai rarement aussi bien dormi dans un lit comme celui-ci. Finalement, malgré le fait qu'il s'agissait d'un self-check-in, j'ai trouvé le service à la clientèle impeccable. Mes questions étaient répondues dans un très bref délais et avec un respect et une politesse exemplaire, et mes messages vocaux étaient retournés également rapidement. Les seuls points négatifs seraient que la douche a pris beaucoup de temps avant d'atteindre une température chaude (environ 15 minutes). Nous pensions même à un certain point qu'il y avait un problème ou simplement plus d'eau chaude. De plus, malgré la facilité de programmation d'air climatisé et de chauffage, l'appareil faisait quand même beaucoup de bruit et pouvait être nuisible lorsque l'on dormait. De plus, l'endroit suggéré pour le parking n'était plus disponible dû à des constructions, donc trouver du parking a été un peu plus compliqué que prévu et plus cher qu'indiqué. Cependant, je recommande cet endroit 100%. C'est abordable, c'est au centre-ville à distance de beaucoup de services (restaurants, pharmacie, dépanneur, etc) et l'endroit était pareil que sur les photos du site. Émilie
