Excellent place to stay!
Perfect location, clean and convenient apartment with clean and very functional kitchen, comfy bed with a good mattress. Take your time and watch the tutorial videos (they will send you a link), it will help a lot with the common questions. I will definitely stay there again!

Very pleased with our stay here. Great location, walking distance to a lot of stores, and the bell centre, subway station very close by. Few little things could be added to the apartment to make it a little more convenient but that’s only minor, overall great experience and would book again for another trip

First timer
This is my first experience in a fully automated hotel and it went almost flawlessly. As a first timer, the instructions were clear but if you tend to skim over them like myself you may find them frustratingly complex at first. Note that there are two keypads at the front door, the much smaller, less obvious black one is located below the main board which is used for calling apartment occupants. Use the same code to work the elevator. The apartment door uses a very cumbersome 9 digit code but I suppose that makes it somewhat more secure. I don't know if the whole building is a hotel or just part of it but the front of the "hotel" would not be obvious were it not for the awning covered entrance, which is not large by the way. The area is a a bit sketchy looking but it is only a block north of St Catherine St. so it is very convenient. Parking is available in an underground lot at the Faubourg complex also on St Catherine, entrance is off Guy. Weekend rate is not posted at the entrance but is described on the framed Rules poster in the apartment. Unfortunately, they should tell you about the parking options before you check in rather than learning about them after you get into the apartment. The apartment was very clean, great linens and pillows, fully renovated with all the modern appliances you could want in a new condo, 2 TVs - bedroom & living room, streaming, no cable - the couch cushions are thin and have no throw pillows -probably a fold-out bed, awful coffee pods

405 Pierce Hotel
Un séjour incroyable à cet hotel! Très propre et il manquait de rien ! Le lit est très confortable et la salle de bain est magnifique.

Très difficile pour le check-in avec le site qui donne des problèmes. À part les petits inconvenients pour le check-in la chambre est tres propres et au gout du jour!!

Very Nice appartment! Clean and well equiped, with full kitchen, washer/dryer! Close from everything and at 2 min from Guy concordia métro station. The only thing is that one of the tv wasnt working and the heating element needs a little vacum inside but its a very small detail. I would recommend to everyone i know!!!

5 Stars Hotel/Condo - We loved it!
Our stay at the Pierce was exceptional! We really enjoyed the apartment. The condo was clean, cozy and so comfortable for 2 people. On top of that, the kitchen was fully equipped with all the things that we needed to cook through out the weekend. The customer service was great. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear. I can't recommend enough the Pierce Hotel. We will definitely consider it next time we look for an airbnb/hotel in the downtown Montreal area.

Great location, close walking distance to everything thing you need for a weekend away. Easy access instructions to the unit. Room was just like the photos, very updated and clean! Appliances, dishes, and utensils were in great condition. Bed / Bedding was cleaning and super comfortable. Only negative is no parking on site, but a 2 minute walk around the corner there is an outdoor parking lot that you can come and go at any time, ($75.00 dollars from Friday to Monday evening) Would definitely stay again!

Amazing apartment!
It is located right in the heart of downtown Montreal, lots of food options around and guy-Concordia just down the street! The apartment itself is just the right size, beautiful and very well-stocked for my stay for 2 weeks! It has everything from washer & dryer, full set of utensils, comfortable sofa and even a Dyson vacuum! Couldn’t ask for more for the price I paid! 😊

Great stay!
The location was great! The room was very good! Modern, fresh and open. The front of the building is a little deceiving and worrisome as you arrive, but they have done a great job on these floors and units that are clean and comfortable! Kitchen, bathroom, bed were all very clean. It was very convenient with a busy schedule to be able to just have a digital building access code and digital door code for quick in and out. We would definitely stay here again!
