  13. Your stay will be great if you don't pay attention to the surroundings. We felt safe though.

    Positive: The room. The building's inside were well kept. It is close to very nice areas of town. Price was great and the property has great new appliances, AC, kitchen. bedroom and bath, as well as a nice living area. Negative: The building's outside was decrepit and dirty as were the surrounding streets and restaurants with most having NO AC. very hot in summer.

    Positive: Les commodités (laveuse-sécheuse, lave-vaisselle, cuisine, coin salon, chambre fermée). Station de métro à deux pas ainsi qu’un stationnement payant. Communication rapide avec le personnel. Appartement sécurisé. Negative: La rue est très bruyante (bar en dessous) mais nous avions des bouchons. Alors problème réglé 😉.

  37. Honeymoon part 2 in Montreal

    Positive: The apartment was very clean and tidy when we arrived, the bed was big and comfortable (you could eaily have fit 3 adults in it!) and it had all of the ameneties you would need for a short stay. We stayed in for dinner one night and the kitchen facilities were great and having out own washer/dryer was handy too. The aircon also worked well which really helped on hot days. The apartment is very close to the a metro station which made it easy to get around town. There are also loads of fantastic restuarants and bars near by if you didn't want to eat at the apartment. Negative: The apartment was a little difficult to find initially and the decor could have been a little warmer in that the walls, ceiling and floor was all concrete making it modern but a little cold inside. One night one the fire alarm got set off in the building and there wasn't clear instructions on what to do (that we could see) in the apartment, the fire door on our floor also didn't open easily and when we got down to the reception area there was someone trying to sort out the alarms but they didn't seem too bothered and just told us to go back upstairs, thankfullly it ended up being a false alarm.

    Positive: Nous avions apprécié la localisation de l'immeuble et l'équipement de l'appartement. Il y avait un très grand lit. Negative: Le logement était bruyant et le plus choquant, c'est que pour le prix pour une nuit, proche des 300 euros, le ménage à été fait de manière approximatif, je ne suis même pas sûr que les draps des lits ont été changés, il y avait de la saleté un peu partout. Très déçu.

    Positive: Easy password access to the building, lift and apartment. The place was beautiful and very nicely decorated. Kitchen was well equipped and the location was great, an infinite amount of restaurants, bakeries, market and shops a block away. Bus and metro stations only 2 blocks away as well. Negative: There was a renovation going on in the entry of the buolding so it was a bit messy at first, but no big deal. As it's very well located, the street noise can get to the apartment a bit, but not a problem of the property, so be aware that if you want to stay in a very well located area, the noise will be a part of it.

    Positive: I liked the look of the apartment. Also, liked the location a lot. Negative: I thought the place could have been cleaned better. Still crumbs on the counter in kitchen, chairs and bathroom. Could have been vacuumed a little more. Felt like we had to clean up a little bit before settling in.

    Positive: Excellent location and very spacious and comfortable apartment. The large tv had Netflix which is an added bonus. Negative: The apartment was not well stocked for our week long stay with just half a roll of toilet paper and no extra garbage bags. We had to remove a dirty tissue and half drunken water bottle from the bedside table left from the previous guest.

    Positive: Le confort, proximité du centre ville, prix très abordable!! Petit studio super bien équipé, décoré et très propre. Check in et out autonome, sans soucis, sans tracas ! L’hôte répond très rapidement à nos questions :) La chambre est très confortable ! Negative: Le sofa dans le salon a eu la vie dure, il faudrait bientôt les changer :) petits conseil, mais cela n’a pas terni notre séjour !

Aussi , il y a des équipements qui sont parfois cassés, je trouve ça dommage qu’il ne remplace pas ces équipements où les répare. Car vous arrivez et devez bien vérifier si tout va bien avant de vous installez sinon à la fin de votre séjour ça retombe sur vous Sinob la place est plutôt pas mal et très agréable

    Positive: I like how each room had a different theme. If an emergency arises their customer service will help a lot. Negative: Customer service is hard to reach after 5pm unless there’s an emergency. My room wasn’t clean, but they offered to move me into another room (but it was smaller than the first room).

    Positive: The apartment is modern, super clean and well equiped. The bathroom is very lovely and spacious, same goes for the shower itself. All in all the apartment itself is really good and does not leave much to be desired. Negative: The area itself, on the other hand, seems to be one of the worse neighbourhoods in Montreal. Two guys tried to sell me crack right around the corner. On the other hand there are a lot of restaurants and clubs the next street over, so if you're into partying the location might be good. Also a few minutes before we checked out there was a power outage. Luckily we weren't in the elevators yet.

    THIS PLACE WAS BEYOND PERFECT!!! Wow!!!! SUPER CLEAN, SPACIOUS, IN THE HEART OF DOWNTOWN. 2 television in the Place, shower is huge!! Check in was easy!!! For those who aren’t familiar with the area it is a super SAFE AREA!!! Restaurants are each step of the way!! There is also a huge SAFE outdoor parking lot 1 min from the location that takes Cash only! THIS PLACE DESERVES WAY MORE THAN 5 stars

    Overall, I liked Pierce hotel and I would recommend it for anyone trying it for their first time. I really like how each room has a different theme. Customer service was pretty helpful when an emergency happened. The only thing was that my room wasn’t clean at my arrival so I was offered another room which was slightly smaller and had a different theme (maybe there’s was a mistake on their end for cleaning). Even though I liked the first room a lot, the second room was pretty nice and very clean and their appliances are nice as well. Overall, I rate Pierce hotel a 8/10

    I have stayed here before. The place is great! It is spacious, clean. Everything I needed was there: dishwasher, washer & dryer, vacuumcleaner. The bed is very comfortable. And having a TV in the bedroom is great! The kitchen has all the equipment needed. The bathroom has a good size and the shower is very nice! In the area you'll find plenty of shops & places to eat. The metrostation is only 25 steps away. Two little things, where there is room for improvement: 1) I stayed here for one month. It would have been nice if the cleaning lady would have come to clean and change bedsheets (this would have been possible for a surcharge of CAD. 40 2) I was granted a checkout of 12.00. The cleaning staff knocked on the door at 11.00. They did not speak english.

    The hotel itself was beautiful and tastefully decorated. Everything you need is at your disposal; cutlery, pans, plates etc. Truly a home away from home. We spend two nights there and we were glad we didn’t book a traditional hotel room. The cherry on top was the metro station steps away. The service was excellent as well, answering our questions rapidly. We will definitely come again !

  113. Best Hotel Stay in My Life

    I normally do airbnb but to be honest, Pierce Hotel was the best. I felt at home and the area is amazing. There is so much to do and reminds me of being in Manhattan since I am from NYC. Customer service was always quick to respond to all my concerns. The apartment was beautiful from every details down and clean. I felt safe and did not even want to go back home. I will always stay at Pierce Hotel when visiting and even recommend the place to family and friends. Thank you for the experience and being so helpful through out my time.
