    No communication (only sms and prefab mail) at no time but despite my illness (I could not fly from Germany the very last minute due to an allergic shock) kept the whole prepaid price

  7. WOW!!WOW!WOW!!!

    THIS PLACE WAS BEYOND PERFECT!!! Wow!!!! SUPER CLEAN, SPACIOUS, IN THE HEART OF DOWNTOWN. 2 television in the Place, shower is huge!! Check in was easy!!! For those who aren’t familiar with the area it is a super SAFE AREA!!! Restaurants are each step of the way!! There is also a huge SAFE outdoor parking lot 1 min from the location that takes Cash only! THIS PLACE DESERVES WAY MORE THAN 5 stars

  14. Nice experience

    Overall, I liked Pierce hotel and I would recommend it for anyone trying it for their first time. I really like how each room has a different theme. Customer service was pretty helpful when an emergency happened. The only thing was that my room wasn’t clean at my arrival so I was offered another room which was slightly smaller and had a different theme (maybe there’s was a mistake on their end for cleaning). Even though I liked the first room a lot, the second room was pretty nice and very clean and their appliances are nice as well. Overall, I rate Pierce hotel a 8/10

  15. Great accomodation in nice area

    I have stayed here before. The place is great! It is spacious, clean. Everything I needed was there: dishwasher, washer & dryer, vacuumcleaner. The bed is very comfortable. And having a TV in the bedroom is great! The kitchen has all the equipment needed. The bathroom has a good size and the shower is very nice! In the area you'll find plenty of shops & places to eat. The metrostation is only 25 steps away. Two little things, where there is room for improvement: 1) I stayed here for one month. It would have been nice if the cleaning lady would have come to clean and change bedsheets (this would have been possible for a surcharge of CAD. 40 2) I was granted a checkout of 12.00. The cleaning staff knocked on the door at 11.00. They did not speak english.

  16. Beautiful appartement, great location

    The hotel itself was beautiful and tastefully decorated. Everything you need is at your disposal; cutlery, pans, plates etc. Truly a home away from home. We spend two nights there and we were glad we didn’t book a traditional hotel room. The cherry on top was the metro station steps away. The service was excellent as well, answering our questions rapidly. We will definitely come again !

  17. Court séjour agréable qui répondait à mes besoins.

    Bien situé au centre-ville, lignes de métro facilement accessibles, logement très propre et le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de clés à rendre est pratique. Franchement, la prochaine, j’emmène ma blonde.

  18. Nice interior facilities and super convenient

    It is only 120 metres away from the metro station Guy Concordia. Starbucks, Tim hortons, all kinds of restaurants are just on the other side. 12-15 mins walk to the downtown.

  21. Best Hotel Stay in My Life

    I normally do airbnb but to be honest, Pierce Hotel was the best. I felt at home and the area is amazing. There is so much to do and reminds me of being in Manhattan since I am from NYC. Customer service was always quick to respond to all my concerns. The apartment was beautiful from every details down and clean. I felt safe and did not even want to go back home. I will always stay at Pierce Hotel when visiting and even recommend the place to family and friends. Thank you for the experience and being so helpful through out my time.
