  3. Beautiful easy access stay, a walking distance away from all attractions and food.

    Positive: Very stylish, walking distance to all the major attractions and restaurants. The online staff is very easy to reach and accommodating. We would stay again. Negative: No lotion available, any addition items (coffee, tea if used up) is an extra cost. Extra cleaning is quite expensive. The bedding is two sheets under and on top of a duvet which is not ideal for hygienic purposes.

    Great stay! Went with my girlfriend and it was beautiful. Felt a little on edge with the amount of rules and how they’re portrayed, felt as if i was walking on thin ice but it’s much more relaxed than it looks. Rosalie was understanding and very helpful

    Positive: Beautiful modern loft, huge kitchen and seating area, perfect location, clear check in / out instructions. Perfect for couples Negative: open bathroom concept is not ideal for intimacy. Impersonal "automated" service. Can get loud with FlyGin bar across the street but the room is generally well isolated.

    Clean and comfortable room in Old Montreal, steps away from many shops and restaurants. Check in/out instructions were clear and simple. The room layout is a little odd, especially the bathroom area. Since the shower does not have a door and is open to the rest of the room, it's a bit drafty! But otherwise, it's a nice space in a great location at a good value!

  13. Great location, great facilities, a wonderful place to stay.

    Positive: The well stocked kitchen, with all the utensils necessary to cook a meal. as well as the basics such as olive oil. so it was easy to walk around the corner to the Gourmet Delicatessen to get ingredients with which to cook a meal for ourselves and a couple of friends Negative: Check in was a bit glitchy, we had been on a cruise for the week before arriving with extremely limited wifi, and and similarly through the day, so it was difficult getting the code. thankfully we had friends checking in at the same time, so were able to make contact from their room. Others were still on the street at 3:15 struggling to establish contact.

  20. Perfect location for everything we wanted to do in Montreal. Quiet and comfortable stay

    Positive: Liked having a kitchen and separate sitting area. Kitchen was well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. Decor was modern but warm. Managers responded quickly via text to any issues/questions we had. Negative: Loading and unloading luggage was a bit tricky. There was no designated loading zone but we were able to pull over in front of hotel. Finding a place to park was also tricky but we found a nice underground lot 2 blocks away.

    Positive: The apartment is beautiful! Has everything you can need and styled fantastically. Location is great would highly recommend for Canadian guests booking for themselves as opposed to booking on behalf of others. Negative: The pre registration was hard when travelling. Do not book on behalf of others and cannot check in (complete security deposit verification) if you do not have international roaming.

  23. Fantastic accommodations and perfect location in Old Montreal!

    We had a great stay at the David Hotel for a long weekend. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring all that Old Montreal has to offer, great restaurants and cafes within walking distance! The loft room that we stayed in looked exactly as it appeared in the picture - modern, clean, and spacious! Lots of amenities within the room as well which was helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here for a nice getaway for the weekend!

    Positive: all amenities provided, great layout, comply and large bed, great lighting, easy to figure out controls of everything, great washer and dryer, great location Negative: TV slow to download, no casting to TV, location of washing pods not made clear, a little noisy in am due to local construction

    Positive: Room was very nice - much more extravagant than I expected. Negative: Even with booking through booking.com - dealing with the 2nd party - simplissimmo was somewhat confusing - like why were there additional charged after paying for the room earlier. I messaged and found out is was a security deposit hold but it wasn't clear until I messaged. I was also messaged from simplissimmo that a $30 charge had been assessed with no explanation for what. Even after messaging I still was not told what the amount was for - just that everything was okay :-(

  34. Amazing loft

    We stayed 3 nights In loft 44. I have nothing but good things to say. Its huge, clean with a full kitchen. There is also a washer and dryer. It’s in the heart of old town so very walkable. I would love to come back and stay again

    First class room with all amenities. Euro chic with lots of space. Comfy bed. Two TV’s. Two things for improvement. Expresso machine in room but would have a Keurig for coffee, too. Also, would like a desk area with a chair to do laptop work. Plenty of room to add this feature.

    Highly would recommend staying at David Hotel when visiting Montreal!!! I know I would definitely come back and stay here. And it's located in the perfect spot in Old Montreal- super close walking distance to everything!
