    Positive: We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and so close to everything. The room was so spacious and had so many amenities. The decor was also nice and well thought out. Negative: The only thing we didn't like was that there was no shower curtain or way to close off the shower.

  5. Great. As advertised.

    Positive: It was exactly as advertised. Easy to enter with codes and communication prior to arrival was great. Negative: They give you 4 coffee pods and then you have to pay $2.50 after that. Not enough coffee for 2 people for a 3 night stay.

    Positive: Emplacement excellent à Montréal pour visiter Appartement très calme, aucun bruit Appartement très bien équipé Beaucoup de place Excellente boulangerie à proximité Negative: Ce sont plutôt des remarques que des points non appréciés : Accès en transport publique moyennement facile Quelques capsules pour le café en plus seraient bienvenues ;-) La douche n'est pas très discrète

  18. Le David Hôtel est à recommander pour séjourner à Montréal

    Positive: Emplacement au cœur du Vieux-Montréal, près des restaurants, un couche-tard pour le dépannage à 100m (sodas, sandwichs…), un + pour le ménage qui rend l’arrivée dans le loft très agréable, le lit est particulièrement confortable. Negative: Le loft est très lumineux mais il manque d’ouverture vers l’extérieur (juste 2 petits carreaux) pour faire rentrer de l’air naturel. Pour celles et ceux qui sont claustrophobes ou autre, ça pourrait les déranger.

  19. LOFTS PROPRES, BIEN ÉQUIPÉS, BIEN PLACÉS 👍🏼

    Le David Hôtel est tout à fait conforme à sa description. Le ménage impeccable du loft le rend très agréable en rentrant. L’Hôtel jouit d’un bon emplacement, au cœur du vieux-Montréal, près de la Basilique Notre-Dame, divers restaurants aux alentours, un couche-tard à 100m pour le dépannage (sodas, sandwichs, glace…). Peut-être une seule chose pour les gens qui aiment l’air naturel, les lofts sont lumineux mais n’offrent pas d’ouverture directe sur l’extérieur mise à part 2 petits carreaux. Sinon c’est un excellent endroit pour séjourner à Montréal.

    Positive: L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter le Vieux-Montréal. Le style du loft est très beau et très propre. L’équipement de la cuisine est complet et fonctionnel. Negative: La robinetterie de la douche et température un peu froide dans la douche dû au modèle de celle-ci qui est sans porte.

    Just like the pictures — the loft was super cozy and very clean, everything was provided upon the arrival. The only thing would be the night team cleaning on the floor at 2am and waking us up with the vacuum noise and their trollies, but everything was great would definitely go again for a nice weekend getaway!

  28. Fabulous Accommodation in Old Montreal

    I recently stayed at David Hotel, in a loft suite on the 4th floor. The loft, was exceedingly well designed, had everything one would need for a medium to long term stay. The lighting, interior design, attention to comfort and detail was impressive. It made my stay in old Montreal feel very authentic. I also enjoyed the ease of coming and going without the need to check-in and out. All done on line and before arrival.

  30. Gorgeous hotel in the heart of Old Port, Montreal

    Our entire stay was gorgeous. The room was immaculate, very spacious and has everything you need. The best part is the location, you are literally a stones throw away from the main street with the wonderful restaurants nearby. Check out the Butterfly up at the corner. The only small issue is that the toilet is separate from the shower, just not fan of this setup. Otherwise the room is spectacular!

    Positive: Loved the look of this place. The kitchen was very helpful. bed was super cozy, and shower was amazing. Quick to message back when I had questions Negative: Mirror glass in showers, tv didn't work the greatest. Shut off randomly. When the restaurant comes in it'll be very good addition. Followed stairs to "courtyard" just took me to an alley. Nespresso is meh, prefer Keurig so I can get more pods.

  35. Nice stay and beware if you want to storage your lugguage, no such service.

    Positive: Nice and new stylish decoration. A very spacious room, with a kitchenette. But no view from the window and a bit dark. Negative: They don't have luggage storage, as I have an evening flight and alot of luggage, I need to take a cab to a storage place and then pay extra for luggage storage. David gave us a coupon for 3 hours of storage for 2 pieces of luggage but I have 4 pieces of luggage. so that's the extra cost/ and extra time to take the luggage to a storage place back and forth, that you have to bare in mind.

  47. An amazing staycation experience in Old Montreal!

    Positive: The space was even bigger than expected from the videos and the walls were really high! It was nice pretending that we lived in a luxurious loft for the weekend. Also loved that there were so many lighting options for the room depending on the vibe you were going for. All in all, the room was really nice to come back to after exploring the city. Negative: There was a spilt conditioner bottle in the shower, and the pump was broken, so we couldn’t screw the conditioner back into place. There was also crusted soap on the clear shower wall but other than that it was super clean! There were also a hole in one of the towels we used.

  48. Better than the pictures!

    The location was superb! Close to everything in old Montreal. With that being said, the room itself was amazing. Very clean room with everything you need. Loved the design and lighting, comfortable bed with two TVs, Nespresso machine, utensils, washing machine and dryer, etc. I’d definitely go back here next time.
