Really recommand this place
Every staff was friendly and nice. Large space with enough rooms. Every rooms have a bathroom with shower booth. Nice location. The only thing bothered me was parking. If you visit here, use underground parking lot beside Canada goose and timhortons. They charge only $23 for 24 hours. I and my family really enjoyed. I will visit the hotel next time as well.

Quick service.
We encountered a small maintenance issue with the AC and contacted customer service. They sent us someone in 30 minutes and had it fixed within the hour. Very kind and quick and the loft is amazing. Very happy with it all many thanks.

Stayed for the weekend and wanted to stay an extra two days. Customer Service was great and helped me extend my stay. I was lucky that the room was available one more day. We didn't have a lot of stuff and it was easy to move us one loft up for the second day we needed. Great place. Thanks!

They never clean the floor you need to bring your own cleaning supplies
The apartment it’s amazing, a lot of space and the location is perfect. This is where you want to be when you visit Montreal. I give 3 stars because the floor is filthy, they never wash it. This is second time we rented this apartment and we made a request to wash the floor or to leave the cleaning supplies knowing from the first time how dirty the floor is. I payed a cleaning fee for this apartment and the job wasn’t done as requested. You need a new cleaning company if you want your customers to return to your apartment. We travel to Montreal every other month and because our basic requirements were not meet we will have to find another place like Marriott across the street. Also the bar chairs are all broken they are dangerous to use.

Fantastic location
Amazing location and very spacious. We had a nice weekend and would recommend the place to anyone looking to relax in a luxurious loft. Huge penthouse
The stay is so downtown that Bell center located itself at two street corners. There is plenty of room for a large group and the kitchen island is just the longest ever. Bedrooms are pretty cosy too.

One day in Presidential loft
Great location, very spacious and well equipped (some maintenance required on some plumbing accessories, but functional) Check-in: Need to meet someone at the building to obtain keys. That person does a good job showing and explaining the place. Lobby: Need to be maintained better. Strong smell upon arrival does not leave good first impression. I would recommend the place.

Phenomenal Residence, perfect location
We were planning a bachelor party in Montreal during the Formula One weekend. At the time, the Holland Hotel Presidential Loft was one of few places that could accomodate our group. It was pricier than what we wanted to spend but we had to bite the bullet as a lot of the hotels were already sold out. When we arrived, we had no idea that it was in the heart of the Formula One area of downtown Montreal. As the elevator opened and when we saw the place, it was the perfect venue for us to have our group, tons of space, and the bedrooms and washrooms were nothing short of incredible. The TV was perfect for when we watched the Raptors play in the finals and the Stanley Cup Finals too. The perfect place for our venue! We will definitely be coming back!

Fun place to stay with friends.
We stayed for three nights at the lofts at Holland Hotel. We enjoyed the place and its modern decor. The location was great for walking to many different sites, including the hop on/hop off bus. The kitchen was well equipped, although we didn't really do any cooking. We had four couples and it was very spacious for our group. The only negative was that there was no place to unpack your belongings because of the modern decor in the bedrooms. There was only a closet in each room so bring lots of hangers to hang everything you bring with you. My other complaint is that the person checking us in was an hour late. After a seven hour drive to get there, that was quite disappointing. However, he made up for it by extending our check out time by an hour. Also, there is no onsite parking, but there is a good lot around the corner. When you arrive at the parking garage, the door is down and it appears that the place is closed. But if you go to the door and walk through, there is someone inside who will open the garage door for you. It would have been helpful to know this in advance as the hotel had recommended this garage. Overall, a fun place to stay.

Very Dirty
The location was the only thing good about this place. The apartment was very dirty and the bed sheets were soiled and had not been changed so we ended up washing our own sheets. The towels were soiled and in need of replacement. The couches were very uncomfortable and also soiled.The quality of the place was in very poor condition. All in all this place needs help. Very over priced for what you are getting in terms of cleanliness.
