Un joli loft bien situé
Une bonne adresse à recommander. Très bien situé. Très beau décor. Comme il est au centre-ville, il faut s'attendre à l'activité humaine de la rue . Mais c'est un léger inconvénient considérant la beauté des lieux. Nous y retournerons assurément.

Super stay at funky loft in the heart of the Plateau
Location was A1. Unit was really funky and well laid out with everything you need. Bed was super comfortable. Only minus was no windows could open.

Would Recommend!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Milton Parc! It was exactly what I was looking for. I would love to give it 5 stars; however, there were a few small maintenance issues. There were a few door handles and wall hooks that need tightening, some light bulbs that need changing, remote battery covers that wouldn't stay on, and the dishwasher did not seem to work (and the door needs to be fixed). Additionally the bed sheets/comforter were both (understandably) a bit stained, and smelled a little too strongly of bleach. One recommendation would be to leave instructions on how guests can connect their devices to the smart TV's via the wifi, as it was a concussing process. Despite these few things I would most certainly stay there again, as would I recommend it to others! It was a very pleasant, and private space. The layout worked very well. I spent a lot of time in the shower, it was so lovely. Check-in/out, and the keyless entry made for a smooth uninterrupted stay. The location, despite its proximity to a few groups of vagrants, was convenient in terms of getting groceries or 24hr food/alcohol. There is even a chic chocolate restaurant downstairs for those with a sweet tooth! I look forward to booking at Milton Parc in the future, maybe a different apt, just to mix it up!

Worth the Experience
My stay at the Lofts Milton Parc was absolutely wonderful and better than I had expected. I had rented a room as a staycation for my birthday. Within those two days, I had friends come and go to wish me a HBD. At one point however, I did go over the permitted capacity. Instead of simply kicking us out or deducting my security deposit, with the utmost professionalism, the security advised that after 11pm, only 2 people should remain in the room; which was respected. He was very understanding and cordial and even wished me a happy birthday🤗. The room looked exactly as it appeared to be online; probably even better. Very clean, a large space to move around, gorgeous his and her showers and beautiful wall art. The loft came with a full kitchen with all appropriate utilities. The location was convenient as it is situated near multiple stores, restaurants, saq, not far from transportation or the sqdc (lol). They have great thick walls , to be honest we rarely; maybe even ever heard noise from neighbouring rooms. Unlike other hotels there is no concierge, However, this is more of an independent loft style lodging. If you are familiar with Airbnb and are comfortable with it, this is definitely the place for you. Other than that, everything else was amazing. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who would like a place where they can get their money’s worth, loves privacy and needs a place to relax and unwind, especially in the mists of this pandemic!

Nice stay
The place was beautiful and super clean! The amenities were great too. A couple notes: the garbages were not emptied and the smell that came from them was not pleasant. There was only 1 wine glass which resulted in my partner and I having to drink out of a coffee cup... not a big deal! Aside from those two things would totally recommend.

Cleaner than expected. Couch and chairs not that comfy. Bed was very clean and comfy. Two tvs is a bonus but tv in bedroom only has apps not live tv. Bathroom was very clean.

Lack of enforcement with apartment rules.
A massive house party happened above us the entire night we stayed that was only broken up at 11 yet still continued. It ruined our entire stay, and we had to leave a poor review on AirBnb as well as here. This was a crazy amount of money to spend on a place we did not feel comfortable in for any longer than 30 minutes. We will never be back and will not recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible
Each night we were greeted at the door by multiple homeless people. So bad that we could not even enter the unit without stepping over sleeping bodies. The parking lot that you pay for through Milton Parc is in a alley way convenience store. There was someone in our spot and a random man from the conscience store came out and moved the car. Again this parking lot is VERY Unsafe and we were approached by homeless every time we left and returned. Milton Parc would not refund us or move us to another location, so we left and paid for our own accommodations to get away from this terrible spot. Terrible customer service and I explained multiple times how unsafe it is. Thankfully Expedia was kind enough to help us (after 3 days of calling) I would never stay here.

An excellent value for the money
The apartment Simplissimo gave me in MiltonParc was on the first floor and was great. Everything worked fine in the apartment, and communication with the staff of Simplissimo was excellent. I strongly recommend the place.

A summer weekend at Hotel Milton-Parc
The unit that we stayed in was really lovely, with a modern urban aesthetic and lots of nice appliances and furniture. It seemed like a great place for a long-term stay, as the kitchen was quite well-equipped and there was a washer/dryer and ample closet space. The neighborhood is near McGill University, so ur leans young and hip. Unfortunately the front entrance is a bit recessed from the street and seems to be a popular nook for public urination, so there’s a bit of an odor as you reach the front lobby space. We had no trouble getting into the unit and the building itself felt quite secure. There were some insects in our room (small gnats/flies and a large, somewhat scary hornet-type creature) but otherwise our stay was comfortable.

Pleasant Stay
The check in process was easy to follow. The studio was spacious for two people and very clean. It's a double sink bathroom and the shower has shower heads at both ends. The unit has a stacked washer and dryer but no laundry detergent but we didn't plan on doing laundry anyway. The bed is in good shape and not sunken in. Bedroom closet had an iron and plenty of room for hanging with hangers. A TV in the bedroom and living room. Kitchen has a large island with barstools. There are oven, fridge, dish washer, double sided sinks. Plenty of pots and pans and utensils were provided. Living room has black out shade which kept the unit dark and quiet in the morning. Wished there's luggage holding service but that's part of not staying at a hotel. There are homeless people downstairs and you can hear them in the morning if you're in the living room. On the day we left we were waiting downstairs for Uber and two homeless people went into the Cacao70 restaurant that was next to the unit. Bus stops are on the corners of the block. Subway station is a few minutes walk away. It's steps away from the market and a block away from bakery shop. Restaurants and cafes also within walking distance. We walked to Bouillon Bilk the first night. Highly recommend the restaurant. Location is about 10 minutes bus ride to downtown. I liked the central location since we visited downtown, old Montreal, Mont Royal, Jean Talon market, miles end, and botanical garden. I would stay here again for our next trip.

Home from home
Loved this apartment had everything you could need. In a great location near a metro station, walkable to all areas of interest. Only one thing was there was a tv in the bedroom but it did not have a reception as there was no cable.

➖ L’isolation est une catastrophe et les sdf qui squattent juste devant la porte d’entrée et hurlent. J’ai écrit à deux reprises au loueur et envoyé une vidéo pour lire par retour, qu’il n’était pas responsable du bruit et des personnes itinérantes. Une blague, car l’isolation et un minimum de sécurité sont de rigueur... ➕ L’emplacement central et le Logement en lui même qui est bien équipé.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, property seemed more secured this time than last year. My only problem is with the check out time and the chores one has to do before leaving, I mean come on we already paid a hefty cleaning fee, why should we take the trash out and do dishes. One already has so much of their own stuff to take care of on the day of check out and that too by 11am it's not convenient from a guest's perspective at all.

A good place to stay in beautiful Montreal
The rental unit was beautiful and had plenty of space. It was ideally located and it was stylish and impressive. However, there were some small negatives. First, it wasn't ready when we arrived at our check in time. We travelled 5.5 hours only to sit on the sofa while the unit was cleaned. After she was done, it wasn't perfect, but adequate. Clearly she was rushed by finishing late. The entry door had damage and was recently Polly filled, but not completed and the dishes were dirty. Parking was very expensive and the main window needs to be resealed as it was very drafty. However, we had a great time in Montreal and would stay at your hotel again.

Great boujiee place to stay
This was an awesome place to stay. I was here for 4 days. My only complaint is that the pillows are a little flat, more toilet paper should had been provided and maybe a sponge in the kitchen. Other than that amazing place and decor as well as great location. Thank you so much for the beautiful accommodation.

Outstanding location, great value for a home away from home
Love the location of this place. There is a spin studio right next door. A grocery store a block away and Starbucks, Freshi and Tim Horton's on the same block. A huge convenience to anywhere and walkable to the city Centre. Bring Nespresso original pods, then you can enjoy a nice coffee. A real home away from home.
