    The Milton Parc unit was hip and a great space for a 9-day stay with the rooftop terrace being an extra bonus. The beds were super comfortable, the shower/ bathroom was very nice, and great amenities. I chose the space because it was near the hotel where I was attending a conference. The only downside was that one often had to pass a regular group of homeless who could sometimes be bothersome. Nevertheless, the building itself was very secure and I felt safe staying there. A super plus was the staff/host, who was quick to respond to any message, very polite, and doing their best to make sure we had everything that we needed. Also, there is a grocery store a few doors down and McGill, Mont Real, and the Old City Center were all within a 20-minute walking distance. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you Liam an staff.

    À recommander, très beau et au goût du jour, à moins de ne pas avoir trouvé, je n’ai pas vue de linge pour essuyer la vaisselle qui aurait été utiles pour nous. Pour le reste nous avons vraiment aimé, à quelques pas du Mont-Royal et du Vieux Montréal, appartement très chaleureux et fonctionnel.

    très beau loft, autres locataires tranquilles, vaisselle plutôt limitée, niveau de confort moyen et capacité d'accueil idéale pour 2 ou 3 personnes vu la taille de la cuisine et du salon. très belle douche, grands lits confortables, télé au salon et dans les deux chambres avec netflix etc. un peu froid dans l'unité meme en montant le chauffage (visite en janvier)

    Très beau condo sur 2 étages. Le condo offre une petite terrasse extérieur privé qui donne une belle vue de la ville de Montréal. Près de tout au centre ville. Le condo est également très proche du Mont Royal qui offre une vue MAGNIFIQUE de l’ensemble de la ville. Lit très confortable et le condo extrêmement propre. Je recommande et une autre visite est assurée. Merci

I’m honestly torn about the registration process - I get it and understand the desire for security, but a whole separate identification and registration outside of the airbnb app makes it just feel a bit too complicated. To be clear, fantastic place, good instructions, completely happy with my stay. But if I were to have a future choice between a “normal” airbnb and one governed by this process I would choose the former.

    Great space with luxury beds and bedding. A " 25 hour " convenience store and grocery store on the block is handy. Neighbourhood has many displaced people who loiter on the block and on the way to the parking garage. However the unit and building itself feels very safe and secure. The check in instructions were great and the photos really helped. We had a great stay and the elevator was very handy for lugging our things around.

    La literie était particulièrement confortable. Nous avons apprécié le logement. Il faut faire abstraction de l'environnement car de nombreux sdf sont en permanence dans la rue. Cela sent l'urine et on peut se sentir mal à l'aise. Le logement est propre, bien conçu, très beau et bien situé. Nous pourrions y revenir malgré cet inconvénient. Les hôtes ont toujours répondu très rapidement à nos questions.

Furniture is different than the pictures and there are no doors on either bedroom… a true “loft” style apartment. ***There is an extra online check in process which requires you to take pictures of yourself and your ID and submit them to a link that is not associated with air bnb as well as pay an extra security deposit of $500….. while this is completely unnecessary and sharing information in this format made us nervous, air bnb confirmed that the host is entitled to this so we dealt with it. Overall we did have a great stay but the excess check in requirements were inconvenient.

The negative is that they have some sort of parallel checkin system over email that asks for your credit card again and for you to upload your ID, etc (!?). This is annoying if you are a busy traveler. This parallel system is redundant as all the features it enables are basic AirBnB features. Please remove.

    I loved my stay here. It’s location was an easy walk to downtown, McGill, Place des Arts, the Plateau, cafes, restaurants, groceries, and a drugstore. The apartment was quiet, spacious, and easy to unwind in. Beds were comfy, bathroom spacious with a great shower. Kitchen had everything I needed and the big screen TVs were a plus for movie nights. Will definitely stay here again.

    Although I appreciate the location and effort this Airbnb has had put into it , the noticeable smell upon entry was quite gross ( the washing machine has a very musty smell ) Further , the downstairs bed was broken and caused my partner and I to roll onto the major sag in the middle. This was addressed promptly by the host, however upon reading prior reviews ; they had known about the issue for many weeks prior. Again they did promptly address the issue but it meant not sleeping for an evening. The space is generous and very industrial, however shows signs of wear. Was not overly impressed by the $500 damage deposit that was demanded to secure my booking ( this was not clear on the initial booking page ) overall an okay stay.

    My fiance and I had a great time staying here. The host was very responsive to our inquiries. Smooth check-in, it took me some time to get used to entering the pass code on the keypad as it is sensitive, but after a few tries, everything went fine. The washroom, bedrooms, and living room was very clean. The kitchen was fine however there were used sugar packets left there and cups and plates was a bit greasy but it's fine, the host got the cleaners to come give us new sugar packets and coffee right away. There was some Wi-Fi issues, but that was resolved as the host was responsive. The only thing is that the neighborhood has a lot of homeless people at night. If you are traveling alone then I wouldn't suggest it. Otherwise, everything was great, and the spot was close to downtown Montreal. We certainly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!!

    The loft was good, roomy and the bed upstairs was nice. The bed downstairs is worn to the point that it should be replaced. We kept rolling to the middle of it. The loft was clean and well appointed. No issue inside. Checkin was easy. The main issue was that our car windshield was smashed while the car was parked on the street overnight in front of the loft, and the homeless were often in the vestibule - one took my wife's recently purchased bagels from her, and another was clearly trying to see the entry code. City living, other than the smashed windshield. Replacement cost - $780 CDN.

    Très bel appartement, bien décoré, mais j’ai été déçue de constater que l’appartement avait été mal nettoyé : de la poussière un peu partout, des traces de doigts sur les miroirs, un comptoir de cuisine collant... Et le lit de la chambre principale creuse significativement. Bref, décevant pour un appartement à ce prix. Le propriétaire répond rapidement aux messages, mais quand on est en vacances, on a autre chose à faire que d’attendre une équipe de nettoyage et de maintenance... Aussi, il y a beaucoup d’itinérants dans ce quartier. Bon à savoir.

However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment, especially considering the cleaning fee that is charged for this place.     Positive: Le loft était conforme à la description qui se trouvait sur le site. Aucune mauvaise surprise. Negative: Je croyais que la terrasse serait une valeur ajoutée mais elle est pratiquement inutilisable. Pas de table/chaise, non-fumeur même à l’extérieur (je présume que c’est une question d’assurance) et la vue n’est pas très intéressante. Il y a beaucoup d’itinérance (majoritairement autochtone) dans le secteur. La sollicitation peut devenir lassante pour un séjour de plus longue durée. J’ai l’impression que les restrictions imposées par l’établissement étaient plus sévères que celles imposées par le gouvernement concernant la COVID-19.

    Positive: C’était un beau loft. Negative: Endroit juste à côté de beaucoup d’itinérants. Je ne me sentais pas en sécurité. Il manquait d’équipement. L’air climatisé fonctionnait mal. La douche fonctionnait mal, j’ai dû prendre une douche froide. Les propriétaires étaient agressants. Ils doivent nous avoir dit au moins 4 fois que l’on avait pas le droit à des invités. Après une fois, on a compris. Pas besoin de nous le répéter encore et encore, c’était presque insultant. Pas de savon dans la cuisine. Pas de chaise sur le balcon. Pour le prix qu’on a payé, j’étais franchement déçu. De plus, le loft a l’air plus grand sur les photos.

    Positive: C’est un bel endroit, mieux que je pensais et plus grand qu’espéré. Plusieurs restos, casses-croutes et dépanneurs à proximité. Negative: Pas de personnel, donc c’est plus compliqué de parler à quelqu’un, surtout les weekend. On nous bombarde de messages pour quitter les lieux à 11h, c’est assez désagréable. Le processus pour s’identifier avant de recevoir le code de l’appartement est vraiment pénible.

    Positive: Шикарные стильные апартаменты, оборудованные всем до мелочей !!!!!!! Все новое, идеально чистое, расположены в отличном районе города! Рядом куча кафе, магазинчиков, большой супермаркет! на втором этаже отличная терраса с видом на город, все на электронных ключах, что делает доступ простым, а апартаменты безопасными) в общем очень рекомендуем, если еще раз поедем в Монреаль - снова остановимся тут) Negative: 1) Часто бронирую апартаменты на букинге, но такую систему регистрации прежде не встречала: пришлите ID, потом еще раз ID, только теперь приложите его к лицу и сделайте селфи))))))))))))))))))))))) все бы ничего, но когда мобильная связь в пути то есть, то ее нет - это прям квест какой-то) 2) Хотелось посмотреть местные каналы по телевизору, но как-то так и не удалось его включить: только нетфликс, только через подключение по е-майл, в общем облом)

Des piles de sacs de poubelles se retrouvent empilés par terre. Les odeurs se rendent jusqu'à l'intérieur de l'appartement. Pour la cuisine, c'est une déception... aucun linge à vaisselle pour essuyer la vaisselle, ni serviette à mains. Verre à vin, assiette et bol à salade cassé. Tout ça manque d'amour et d'attention. L'endroit est dur à localiser lorsque nous arrivons mais une fois à l'intérieur nous nous sentons en sécurité. Très calme et aucun bruit. *** J'ai trouvé très déplacé que la personne responsable de l'entretien entre dans l'appartement à 10h45 alors que nous avions jusqu'à 11h00 pour quitter. ***

    Très bien situé, le fonctionnement du stationnement était un peu ambiguë, au dépanneur le commis ne savait pas comment la vignette qu'il vendait fonctionnait. Nous l'avons acheté et finalement nous somme parker au parking sous-terrain un peu plus loin. Une légère odeur d'égoûts présente dans le condo. (Surtout salle de bain/cuisine) et le divan en bas de l'ascenseur devrait être échangé avec celui dans le condo ! Il est beaucoup plus comfortable. J'ajouterais aussi que l'insonorisation entre les chambres est quasi nulle. Malgré ces petits détails le séjour était impeccable et très bien :) je recommande !

We enjoyed our stay, though we would have liked more toilet paper to be available (one roll for a multi-day stay for 3 people is not enough..). Also the linens were clean (freshly washed) but visibly stained. The floor felt a bit sticky but that may be due to the material it's was made of. If the owner fixes these small issues, then this will be a perfect place to stay.

    Même si vous confirmez avec Yan, vous n’êtes pas sûrs d’avoir l’appartement photographié. Celui ci est le loft 304. Nous avons eu la surprise à notre arrivée d’avoir un autre loft (303), plus petit, plus sombre et sans cheminée. Après discussion, nous avons déménagé au bout de 3 nuits et obtenu une compensation financière mais n’avons pas pu passer le week end dans l’appartement réservé. Dommage car nous avions prévu d’y recevoir de la famille. Bien que Yan ait toujours répondu avec grande politesse à nos appels et finalement transféré une compensation, nous n’avons pas apprécié la surprise. Il y a eu une fête extrêmement bruyante samedi soir qui a duré très tard dans la nuit avec cris, musique et claquements de porte. Etrange, pour un endroit qui n’accepte pas les fêtes. Une fois dans l’appartement 304, le loft est très agréable, spacieux et bien équipé. La cheminée n’est qu’une décoration avec des dessins de flammes et de la chaleur mais c’est agréable. Nous avons eu un souci d’eau chaude ( trop chaude) dans la douche qui a été très bien géré très rapidement. L’appartement est très bien situé.

    Nice unit-appears newly renovated. Lots of space. Central location- easy 2 block walk downtown and to mont royal. On the downside, the street out front is home to many homeless and challenged people. Although a short walk away it is once again clean. Kitchen could use more essentials to be functional to cook- i.e. larger pots, cookie sheets. Layout is open concept without full walls in either bedroom so noise may be an issue if you have night owls or early birds.

En résumé, les photos sont plus belles que la réalité. 2 points positifs, la terrasse et la qualité des lits.

    Booked this for a conference for two employees to share. Each had their own bedroom. Due to limited avails in traditional hotels, this was a competitively-priced option but also super swanky and chic! My colleagues were impressed with their accommodations! Well-equipped unit. Some others had some comments about the area. Montreal in general is pretty safe. Folks who are asking for change or cigarettes can be a tad aggressive but are generally harmless. Montreal has a very ecclectic vibe about it that you either love or hate. The unit is VERY clean, safe, and well-appointed. You can book with confidence. Great process if you like self-check in and want to avoid the whole front desk thing. Responsive service team.

    When we arrived at the address it was hard to find as the street was crowded with very interesting people (one lady flashed her boobs at my husband). The check in process was well explained in the email so it was a breeze. Once in the PH everything looks exactly as pictured and well layed out however, beside from that it had nothing else going for it. For the rate payed it was too much for what you get. The PH was dark and no light bulbs in the light fixtures not in the staircase nor under the stairs where the kitchen was. There was a floor lamp tho but didn't provide much lighting. The PH needed lots of minor maintenance. I think the owners need to come in before every check-in to make sure the unit is clean and good for the next guests. There was dust everywhere, the dishwasher was dirty with food particles, I found a used capsule in the coffe machine and dried food on the dishes. It seems like with them trying to make everything automated they compromise on a lot of the essentials that would make this unit a 5 🌟. I was grossed out with the shower as it was very dirty and the right side shower nobs were broken and just put back there for shows. Same for over the stove light, there was no way for us to turn the light on. My husband and I slept in the downstairs room and boy that mattress needs a replacement ASAP. The middle part is very sunked in and couldn't get a wink of sleep all night. I had to put a pillow under my butt to stay afloot but that didn't work. The mattress needs to be replaced. For the upstairs one my sister said it was fine and slept good. My advise is to keep up with maintenance and specially the cleaning of the units because of that I will not recommend this unit. I never really leave reviews however I needed to say something about this and please take it as a constructive criticism and get your shit together for real real. It is a nice unit but needs lots of love to keep it booked. Oh yes

    Host tried to charge us $513 for a “heavily damaged TV”. We did not use the television we even provided proof. If we had used it we would have seen the damage on the TV and reported it right away. They claim to inspect the place before we entered but that does not prove that they could of ignored the broken tv to pull a stunt on us. Very disgusted with Milton Parc. Airbnb sided with us and not Milton Parc. Be careful as this may happen to you as well.

    I would've given 5 stars. The condo was absolutely beautiful and functional. The roof top terrace is a dream with breathtaking views! But going in and out of the building, you are greeted by many homeless people and there were some very unpleasant experiences just due to them. That is out of the buildings control, but I feel it's fair to warn others who rent here. Personally it didn't take away from our experience at the MiltonParc, but I can see it bothering others.

    I will say their customer service needs work. I travel a lot and am currently travelling through Canada to explore each province. My sisters and i had booked our hotel the day before and we called for some assistance with their registration process. The woman who helped us was extremely rude and condescending the worst service. We had been in contact with them quit a bit to try cancel the reservation and rebook and each interaction was worse than the last. I guess not being from Montreal we didn’t really know what to expect. There is no parking so if you’re driving that’s something to consider. We almost cancelled once we got there coz the door way of the condo smelled like urine and there were lots of homeless people sleeping by the front door. One who I was convince must have either been intoxicated or dead based on the fact he was lying lifelessly on the sidewalk. I wouldn’t say the neighbourhood is family friendly. Now that the cons have been listed will get to the positive things the loft was beautiful. Once you get inside you forget about the fact that the front door is a complete urinal because it’s spacious, clean minus the dirty floors which is fine if you keep your shoes on the whole time. The decor is nice, beds are comfortable, it’s like a little oasis. I would recommend this loft if you speak French you’d probably get better service from the staff.

  192. Nice boutique apartment in the center of Montréal

    The apartment was fantastic! Luxurious and well-equipped kitchen. The beds slept very well. Nice to have your own roof terrace. We were by car. We could park it around the corner (book in advance for a fee). The apartment is right in the center. All sights are within walking distance and a large supermarket is less than 50 meters from the apartment. Really recommended.

  195. Great Location but amenities need some work!

    Loved the location, and the rooftop deck with view! Comfortable beds and everything was clean. Check in/Check Out process was a breeze. I would have rated Excellent but there were a handful of amenities that were 'missing' in my opinion (especially for a group of 4) or were not functioning. The following needs some improvement: Strong urine smell at entry door, no coffee pot- just 3 Nespresso pods for a group of 4 people for 2 nights and you cannot buy pods in the store, no dish towel for the kitchen, no bakeware or any cooking sheets to use the oven, no wine glasses (not a 'fully equipped kitchen')!, no Bluetooth or other device for music, upstairs TV did not work (no cable line), and lastly, there was a vibration noise coming from the fridge (?) that would loudly rattle every 4 minutes or so- this was quite annoying- The 'open' bedrooms can be noisy, so we all needed to buy ear plugs. There is no privacy for either bedroom, so beware.

    We really enjoyed the rental. It was close to everything we needed. It was clean, decorated nicely, quiet and overall very comfortable. The communication prior to travel was quick and friendly. Thank you.

    Très beau loft mais totalement non fonctionnel. Toutes les pièces sont ouvertes les unes vers les autres (vue directe d'un lit vers l'autre pourtant séparé d'un étage ou indirecte entre le canapé et le lit du bas via le mobilier poli du plafond... clientelle particulière ciblée ?). Niveau de propreté laisse totalement à désirer. Système de check in particulier (à faire en ligne avec des photos de pièce d'identité + selfie avec son ID), nécessitant une connection internet, heureusement possible au Cacao70 (café du rez de chaussée), et relativement lent à l'activation (plus d'une demi-heure dans notre cas). Et pour finir, insonorisation relativement faible entre les lofts mitoyens. Bref, il y a certainement mieux dans cette belle ville !

  203. Perfect location, very clean and modern

    The apartment was BEAUTIFUL, and location superb. I loved the keyless entry, and the nearby restaurants, next-door convenience store with ATM, and the quiet neighborhood. We walked everywhere from here. The decor was fantastic, and all amenities great. The only reason I don't give an EXCELLENT rating is: 1) no privacy or soundproof room in the whole place--it looked interesting being open air, but with 4 people in it, very difficult to have one sleep and another watch tv, etc. Would think this is definitely not for two couples or for small children! 2) bedroom TVs were not connected to any kind of service and could not connect to our ipads, so useless, really. would have been great to be able to watch a movie from the bedroom! 3) the entrance hallway had a nice bench for you to sit and take off/put on shoes/boots, but it needed an absorbent big rug/mat on the floor to soak up the salty/snowy mess from our shoes. 5) It would be nice to include detergent for one laundry wash (it would cost so little and would allow guests to not have to buy a huge batch of detergent to do one or two washes!) 6) bathroom entry door was frosted glass, which meant, if someone got up and turned on the bathroom light in the middle of the night, the entire apartment was illuminated and all were woken!! 7) in winter-time, there should have been 4 spare blankets provided, just in case, and for the times you don't want high heat in the house, but you want to be cozy watching tv... We had a lovely stay and will recommend your place to others for sure.

    Just steps from the Metro and in close proximity to everything, the location could not have been better. The space itself was spacious and modern. It was the perfect setting for a special get-away.
