Comfort that’s steps away from downtown
I had issues with my card that I put the payment onto and the staff was very understanding. They text messaged me about it and held the booking until I changed cards. I was very grateful as this unit was very close to the metro line and downtown Montréal. It was very clean, comfortable, had everything I needed in the kitchen to prep my own food and was easy to get to. I highly recommend!

+ très bel endroit + bien insonorisé + air climatisé + proche de tout !!! + facile d’accès + plusieurs stationnements dans les environs -les rideaux ne fonctionnaient pas… Malgré ça, je conseille fortement !!!

Travaux dans la chambre : réveillés a 7h30, 3 matins sur les 4 nuits de notre séjour par des perceuses et marteaux. Les travaux ont duré toute la journée. Le ménage n’était pas bien fait (chips sous les canapés, poussière, vaisselle sale). La vaisselle n’était absolument pas appropriée (1 minuscule casserole pour deux personnes). Les vitres étaient sales, on ne pouvait même pas voir à travers. Nous nous sommes fait avoir par la beauté de la décoration lors de notre réservation mais le service sur place était plus que médiocre, je regrette d’avoir réservé ici, et n’y retournerais pas.

Pierce Hotel review

Pour un prix si bas, je ne m'attendais pas à une chambre aussi chic et bien équipée! Les instructions pour s'inscrire et pour entrer étaient aussi très simples et faciles à suivre. Je compte définitivement y retourner. Seul petit hic: les règles concernant les invités et les instructions liées à la covid devraient être plus claires et directement indiquées avant de faire le paiement et le dépôt. À certains endroits, on lisait "1 chambre, 2 personnes, 0 invité" ou "4 personnes, 0 invité", et plus loin on pouvait lire "invités acceptés entre 8h et 23h". Malgré la confusion, on a passé, mon ami et moi, une excellente nuit!

L’appartement est tout simplement parfait. Bien localisé, bien équipée et vraiment très fonctionnelle. Quelques petits points côté gestion qui auraient amélioré notre séjour: la présence de linges à vaisselle, de nettoyant à surface genre « Bon ami », un lave-vaisselle fonctionnel et le nettoyage des fenêtres extérieures.

Comfortable stay with everything you need
King bed that is memory foam, super comfortable! Pillows are good quality, ensuring the best night sleep. Block out blinds to make sure you sleep as long as you need. A quite stay to relax and unwind. Highly recommend!

Completely Unaccommodating
Service was awful. Had tickets for Celine Dion Oct 5th which she had cancelled 2 days before. Reservation was for Oct 4th. Tried to reschedule the room or cancel it but no one would answer the phone. Must have called at least 30 times to try and talk to someone but got nothing. Finally got a hold of someone the next day and they told me it's too late to cancel the day off. No shit, maybe if someone had answered their phone something could have been done. Not only did they not allow for a re-schedule of the stay, the kept the full amount and didn't offer a partial refund for the stay. We're 7hrs away and not driving all the way to Montreal with an even cancelled. You would think that they would be at least somewhat accommodating, but nope, just took the money and could care less. Never booking with Simplissimmo again. No customer service whatsoever!

Great place to stay...
This was a great place to stay for our weekend in Montreal for the F1 GP. It was very clean and well appointed apartment that is close to public transportation (Metro). Communications with the host / property management was easy, timely and very helpful.

Mixed reviews
First of all, the website that we booked the apartment through showed is a TOTAL PRICE of $82. There were extra charges quite literally hidden on the confirmation page, which nearly doubled what the actual price was. That was not on the property. That was on the booking site. Nevertheless, it was an unpleasant surprise. We found the place to be a comfortable, modern and nicely decorated 1 bedroom apartment with good amenities in the unit. Unfortunately, there was no parking in the building and the closest public parking charged $24 for a day. That brought the total of our stay to nearly $200. For that price, we could have stayed at one of the other hotels where our friends stayed and not dragged our suitcases on the ice in the streets. The other thing is that we found the security deposit at $500 to be extremely high. And what's very puzzling is why does it take "up to 7 business days" to receive the deposit back in our bank account, depending on our financial institution? I have traveled all over the world and never have I heard of such a thing. If it takes seconds to receive the money, it should take you just seconds to redeposit it, especially when everything is done electronically and the financial institution is a reputable Canadian bank. I am still waiting for my refund. Finally, we were not able to use the very nice showers as there was only boiling hot water and the tap wouldn't turn to the colder settings. I suggest you include a parking coupon in your rate, stay on top of the maintenance of the main utilities such as water, and do something about the security deposit situation.

Very nice hotel despite the exterior look
My fiancée and myself had a very nice stay at your hotel and would very much like to come back eventually! The mattress was very comfortable and the bedding was nice and clean. One thing I have to mention though is that the bathroom shampoo and bath soap is not very sanitary as it is left open with no cover and the mix of different soaps is a little questionable. Apart from that, it was an excellent experience at the pierce boutique hotel!
