Trop cher pour la qualité offerte
À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que les draps étaient encore sales. Vers 21h nous avons mis les draps à la sécheuse et à 2h du matin ils n’étaient toujours pas secs, il y avait seulement deux pods (aucune autre lavage n’aurait pu être fait). Il n’y avait pas de draps de rechange et le numéro qu’on nous a donné pour les urgences ou les bris n’avait aucune réponse et aucune retour. Une chance que le service à la clientèle de booking était présent pour nous répondre, on nous a ramené des draps le lendemain vers les alentours de 11h30. Il y avait une certaine odeur dans le réfrigérateur et un seul sac poubelle disponible. Il manquait de matériel. Vraiment déçu.

First time in Montreal
It was my first time in Montreal and this room location was perfect. Would recommend and 10/10 will be coming back. I say the room looks just like the pictures and was spacious. There was also utensils, cups, plates, and pans available! Right outside is a pizzeria and other food spots close by which was very convenient. Thank you!

Good accommodation for last minute stay
Upon entering this unit it was easy to take note of the great atmosphere. This hotel was able to make this space modern and lofty on a budget. Good kitchen equipped with some dishes and appliances. Beautiful bathroom (amazing shower!) Fantastic and convenient location and with many great dining choices in the area. Management was responsive as well. Unfortunately the maintenance and upkeep of this property was lacking. Bathroom sink was clogged so we had to be careful with running water to let the drain catch up. You must let the water run for approximately 10-15 mins to get hot (even though management says it needs to run for only 5 mins). There were large stains on the sofa and ottoman that was very off putting (we avoided sitting there for the entire trip). The countertops were covered in ring marks. The bedsheets were not properly arranged (a flat sheet barely covering the mattress). I can only assume these errors were made by the cleaning staff and perhaps management is not aware of these things. I would also suggest that the communication includes details about the entry code needed in the elevator so that people have a less confusing check in process. Overall I think this is a good spot for people who need a place to stay if they aren’t staying for too long.

Cute place
This place was very cute however when my partner and I arrived we noticed hair in the bedsheets that weren’t ours because we hadn’t even gone in the bed yet. Besides that the hotel is very cute and in a great location, super close to everything which is super convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautifully hidden downtown
Great spot, awesome location near some amazing restaurants and shopping areas. Felt like a home away from home, quiet neighbours, lots of privacy. Only thing, At one point someone from the hotel knocked on our door around 9pm saying there was a leak that might be coming from our room. Kind of disturbing considering there was no signs of a leak and was a pretty unannounced arrival. I’m assuming it was poor timing and something had to of gone wrong on the floor below us, so I didn’t think much of it. but it did make my girlfriend uncomfortable. We happened to be checking out the next day so we luckily went the rest of our stay undisturbed.

Worth It
The hotel is hidden along a beautiful, popular blouevadd. I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go. The apartment was amazing- clean, necessities provided, tastefully designed, and more. The check in and check out was smooth and I will certainly continue to refer people here in the future!

from the outside of the building it is disgusting, looks awful, it is situated over the top of a vape shop which appeared to open all hours creating lots of noise, shouting outside the window. the fire alarms went off at 4 in the morning, lots of fire engines and firemen outside. didnt know what was happening.the apartment itself was ok. floors VERY slippy when went, this is a hazard. lots of down and outs wandering around too. some in doorway of the block. not a pleasant play to stay at all

Dans l’ensemble c'était bien, propre en apparence, pièces assez grandes, pression d'eau très forte, contrôle de la température facile et assez bien situé géographiquement. Dans les points négatifs, courriels et instructions seulement en anglais seulement et l'insonorisation des fenêtres laisse à désirer. Selon le prix que vous obtiendrez, cela peut être un bon choix. Pour ma part, j'ai payé un peu chère, car bien qu'il s'appelle hôtel, la formule se rapproche du Airbnb...

Easy access with the codes. Since you asked, a desk would be nice for a working session, but the kitchen island served the purpose, don't a problem.

Pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. The apartment was clean and looked exactly like it did in the picture. The booking process was easy. We got off to a bit of a rough start trying to find the building and then trying to get in but when we called for assistance, we were helped right away. There were lots of restaurants and shops very nearby and it was only about a 30-40 minute walk to downtown and Old Montreal. My only complaint was having to pay for parking each day in the lot down the street. But even that wasn't very expensive. I would recommend Pierce Hotel to anyone, especially if you don't want to spend ridiculous amounts of money on lodging.

Really nice and very convenient
Love the area, 5 minutes frons Guy Concordia station, 12 minutes from IGA. Luxury apartment with more then enough basics t keep you going for many days (appliences, salt, pepper, Olive oil, washer and dryer). I would definitely come back

A surprise find
Don’t be put off by the exterior of the building! The neighbourhood is vibrant with many cafes and places to buy food and other provisions, and the Metro is just a couple of minutes walk. Rue St Catherine, the main shopping area is just around the corner. The apartments are very clean and comfortable with good quality appliances and furniture. The shower is fabulous and worth mentioning. We particularly appreciated the well appointed kitchen and great laundry appliances (take laundry detergent). Netflix was freely available along with a robust internet connection. The staff are available by phone and are very responsive and helpful. These apartments provided a great base for our trip to Montreal and we would recommend them to others.

We enjoyed the security and facilities. Got a great sleep on the mattress. It's a little bit minimal but the design is good. Unfortunately our vehicle was broken into and we moved the vehicle to a safer underground lot.

Simplissimo
The room was fantastic and exactly as pictured in the advertisement. The location was also good, being right downtown and near everything. My only issue is that the ceilings in the room appeared to be unfinished which is a pity as the rest of the room was fantastic. I would say it was a great place to stay only for this.
