Pas exactement comme sur les photos, plusieurs petite choses brisées comme la salière, le micro onde ( mais il était fonctionnel ), le contour du chauffage tombait, les chaises avait du papier collant noir dessus. Sinon l’endroit est bien et confortable. Le prix avec le rabais est bien sinon ça saurait un peu trop cher pour qu’est ce que c’est. L’ensemble en général est bien.Janvier 2023

Amazing Location, Cosy Apartments
We loved, loved, loved staying at Pierce Hotel! The location could not have been better (right downtown, walking distance to literally anything). The apartment is very cute, renovated and very cosy! It has everything you need. The place is very clean and also quiet despite being downtown. The host is super friendly and very responsive. 5 stars all around! Good But Needed Better Cleaning
Not quite what the pictures showed - maybe photos are from 5 or more years ago? The accommodation and location were fine overall. The bed was clean and very comfortable. However the apartment needed a better cleaning. The windows were so dirty it was hard to see through them. There were greasy hand prints on the bathroom wall and on the glass door and mirrored closet door. The kitchen island looked stained and dirty too. We would also have liked a chain to lock the door from the inside since anyone could have opened the door with the code.Juillet 2022

We stayed at the Pierce Hotel for a three-night stay over the Canada Day weekend. The price was a third of what the local hotels were charging. The room was lovely—clean and well-appointed. We were concerned about previous reports regarding room 307, but it looks like the company took those concerns seriously. The only issue we had was that after many hours of driving, we didn’t notice there are actually two keypads in the building’s foyer and it’s the lower, black keypad that is actually for the hotel. Chalk it up to exhaustion, and thankfully a tenant let us in, but it took quite a while for someone to respond to my text asking for help. We could have been stuck on the sidewalk. I suggest that this piece of info be included in the check-in instructions for future clients. Also, the shower system was a bit of a challenge to figure out the first time, especially in cold water. We had to run the water in the sink to get the hot water going. But after that, it was fine. The location is amazing for anyone who enjoys walking to restaurants and bars, and it’s right by a Metro station. There are a number of parking garages in the area, but stay away from the one on Guy below St. Catherine if you are driving anything taller than a sedan! We will definitely be coming back to the Pierce for future stays in Montréal. We give this hotel a rating of 4.5/5 stars.Juillet 2022
More airbnb than hotel
Hall and path to elevator very neglected (wall holes, patch walls, front office looks like a storage room) and dirty. Found homeless resting in lobby at night. The apartment itself is roomy and well equipped but not hotel standard clean, barely Airbnb clean. We cleaned the whole place the first night, We don't like greasy kitchen appliance, previous tenant pubic hair all around the bathroom floor. Vacuum bucket full from previous usage, kittle not empty from previous usage, sofa fabric full of stain. Lots of room for improvements, great potential once it get managed correctlyJuin 2022

La propreté de l' appartement 408 n'était pas satisfaisante (table de nuit: miettes, table de cuisine tachée et collante, aspirateur non vidé) et dans le 307, amas de poils derrière le lavabo). Problème d'insonorisation signalé et réglé rapidement mais prêtez très attention à celà à l'avenir car nous avons passé une nuit blanche. Great room and location
This is a very clean apartment and had enough towels. The kitchen has good quality appliances and utensils. The windows could do with some cleaning but perhaps that was in winter as the streets were dirty too. The location is very convenient, with a few steps walk to Guy Concordia metro station. Off course the underground rail network is awesome in Montreal. Also close to the walking areas of the underground malls. Lots of convenience stores nearby to buy necessities or make breakfast/snack in the kitchen. Thank you Simplissamo team!Avril 2022
Good but some slight issues.
We had a great stay. The location is perfect. We would stay again. However, the shower head had a lot of hard water buildup and would spray every other way. The other small shower head was broken so it didn’t work that well either. When we got there we also found some used eyelashes on the shower wall. Everything else was good.Mars 2022

Great Location with all the amenities of home
Great location downtown with a college town vibe and easy access to diverse food offerings, grocery stores, pharmacies and clubs! Has washer/dryer, dish washer, very good cable and internet -comfy bed with good layering. Only downside was delayed maintenance. Understandable during pandemic, but nothing major that shouldn’t be corrected with feedback or call for assistance.Novembre 2021

Don't believe what you see on the pictures!!!
This apartment was nicely presented on the pictures - clean and modern but what we have seen was totally different... worn out filthy sofa (we had to cover it with towels), broken face panel on a microwave, both AC units had broken hanging parts, shower/bathroom door was not accessible from the bedroom. Bathroom sink could only drain tiny flow of water and needed to be repaired. This apartment is located in the very old outdated building. Very dirty windows. During our stay some construction noise from above floors started happening at 8 a.m. for 2 days in a row. Very disappointed with Simplissimmo - just very formal emails/text messages without real help. DON'T RECOMMEND to stay here in spite of central location.Septembre 2021

been to montreal several times, this was by far the best stay we had! Contactless check-in was super easy and convenient and the suite was nice and clean for our arrival. such a great price for an amazing suite that had mostly everything we needed to be comfortable. the bed and pillows were pretty firm for our liking but aside from that we felt right at home! 5 stars- we will definitely be back!Mars 2021
Very nice, very clean, spacious
I would have given this place a 5 Star but there’s no parking and it was little confusing to get it. They have given very clear steps that if followed will get you in. Once you’re in, it’s heavenly as the rooms are well appointed except that it would have been nice if the door in the bathroom is not jammed so you can go the bedroom. Other than that, it was super nice we were surprised how beautiful the place is. Will definitely book again!Mars 2020

For the price the room looked nice but a few things were not working
- The door to the bathroom from the bathroom would not open despite multiple attempts to unlock the door. We called front desk, someone came but couldn’t fix it and said he would send someone the next day. The next day no one followed up with me and no one came to fix the door. - The sink in the bathroom clogs fast and it takes a while go get hot water flowing out of the tap. Before I could use the hot water in the sink it was already clogged from running it to get hot water. - The shower water wasn’t hot despite it being on the hottest setting - There was no soap in the kitchen sink soap dispenser - The light over the kitchen island had stains in itFévrier 2020

We loved our stay at this Virtual Hotel!
At first we were a bit nervous about the fact that there was no front desk, and nobody to help you in a case of emergency, but we enjoyed our stay at the Pierce Hotel in Montreal tremendously. The room was clean, had everything we needed for the week, and the fact that nobody bothered you made you feel you owned the place. Also the fact that our towels didn't get washed everyday made us feel like we are contributing to a healthier environment. The website Economically Sound estimates that a 150-room hotel can conserve 6,000 gallons of water and 40 gallons of laundry detergent per month with a towel/linen reuse program. That's 72,000 gallons of water and 480 gallons of laundry detergent per year. There wasn't enough toilet paper available for the whole week, but picking some up for $2.49 at the local convenient store was a quick fix. The only piece of advise I could give Service Simplissimmo, is that it would put clients like ourselves more at ease if there was a Client Helpline available. I know there is the advice to call 911 in the event of an emergency, but they wouldn't come if you had a leaky dishwasher, or broken tap, or any of those other household emergencies that can occur. So, in the future, please have a live person available that we can call in a case of household emergencies. Other than that, this is the future of 'hotelling', we think.Octobre 2019

We loved the apartment and facilities and for the most part we dealt with Anastasia who was lovely and quick to attend to our needs. The living room was a little bit cold but nothing too extreme. However on the last day of the stay we asked to extend our reservation by one day due to inclement weather and as usual Anastasia set up our extension immediately. However, during payment for the one night extension, Airbnb billed us incorrectly so we set up a support ticket with them before paying. Within a few minutes, we received a very rude call from David Azoulay who claimed that we had not paid for the entire stay and that we needed to settle the payment immediately. I said that we had paid for 3 days already and had receipts that we could send him, and that he should check his records, and all we needed to pay was for the one night extension which Airbnb was sorting out. He said this information was incorrect and that he could see that we owed payment for the entire stay. We called Airbnb immediately and requested that they contact simplissimo to verify our payment, and also sent simplissimo screenshots of our receipts. We did not receive any apology for David's false accusations. On top of that, the access code to the apartment was changed without notifying us so we got locked out later that day. All in all, the events of the final day really put a damper on the whole trip and we no longer felt like welcomed or respected guests. We do not wish to stay with Simplissimo again, and we will be warning our friends as well.Janvier 2019
Did not re-lock suite after entering
I received an email stating someone had to access the suite "to inspect the good functionality of the binds ". As I was at work during that time I was not in the suite. When I returned that evening my suite was left unlocked. I also booked an additional suite for my coworker and his suite was also left unlocked. Although all of our belongings were accounted for, I am extremely unimpressed that professionals would do this to not one but two suites.Août 2018
