  2. Very pleasant stay.

    Positive: Perfect location. Close to metro. Close to shopping and many restaurants. Provigo is about 13 mins walks but there is a very good Asian grocers a block away. The bed is very comfortable. The shower is great. Has in suite laundry although we did not use it. The kitchen is adequately equipped. Very roomy. The neighbourhood feels safe. The coded entrance was easy to use - maybe add a sign to indicate where to enter the code. We met a couple who struggled to find the pad to enter the code. Negative: The microwave oven is very strange - took a long time for me to figure out how to operate it. Would be helpful with instructions - even the operation manual was no help: you need to use the plastic cover (provided inside the microwave) for it to start. Since it is mounted high up as a hood you can’t see inside. Would appreciate a knife sharpener and a few steak knives. Would like the option of luggage storage since the check-in/check-out time is strict.

    Positive: Location is good since it is close to a lot of restaurants and places. Negative: Property was dirty: Floors, countertops, couch, bed sheets, and washroom. Shower head was not properly installed. Splash water everywhere. Sink was plugged and not draining properly. Coffee maker was not working. Staff did not fix the issues ontime.

Attendez vous à avoir plusieurs mails et sms par jour avant et après le séjour, vous intimant de payer immédiatement en cliquant sur un lien, pas en mettant sa carte de crédit à jour sur Booking.com.com. Même quand on a payé, on a encore plusieurs rappels. Et le jour du départ, un ultimatum pour payer dans les deux heures….

    Positive: Da localizaçao e do espaço, muito bom. Negative: Do atendimento, totalmente virtual, eu não sabia. Tive que entrar em contato várias vezes para conseguir o código de acesso, fiquei na porta esperando.Nenhuma flexibilidade , não pude deixar as malas antes do xhecking, pois não ĥá recepção, essas informações deveriam estar explícitas quando se consulta o hotel.. Na verdade, não é um hotel e sim um apartamento para alugar, muito por sinal.Deveria estar na categoria apartamento, não hotel.

    Positive: The apartment was spacious and there were plenty of amnesties available. The staff was responsive via the booking messenger functionality and provided extra assistance when necessary (ie coffee, detergent, dishwasher soap). Negative: The photos of the room are of a different one than we booked and we're in general a bit better looking than in reality. While the self-checkin was convenient it also felt a bit unpersonal and a hassle to do all kinds of online registrations and being rushed into making payment (in an external website) so our stay wouldn't be cancelled. The first day our coffee maker appeared non functional, which wouldve been nice to have been replaced or fixed. In general everything went well and relatively luxurious. This was the most expensive stay for us in our trip throughout Canada, but it wasn't the one we're still talking about.

    Place was located in a great spot. Lots of great restaurants near by. Looked like the photos for the most part. Didn’t have any of the items around the place that made it feel more home like as portrayed in the photos (no books, extra blankets, candles etc). Clean. Water seeped from bottom of walls during rain storm. Bed was VERY firm. Internet and cable were a bit spotty at times. Good communication. Would recommend

    Positive: Pour l'appart il était conforme aux attentes. Seule la TV ne fonctionnait pas. Pas un soucis pour moi mais ca pourrait l'être pour d'autres. Negative: LE processus à l'arrivée est complexe. Les codes (ascenseur, appartement, ...) Il faut tjs avoir son telephone avec sot. En plus il y a eu un dépôt et finalement j'ai eu l'impression de payer plus que ce qui était annoncé.

    Positive: The location, the ease with the check in instructions, and the security features in the building Negative: Unfortunately it wasn't very clean, the apartment is dark (not really as it appeared in pictures) and there were people partying until almost 1:45am so I wasn't able to sleep. I was booked for 2 nights but I left after my first night and went to stay somewhere else.

  34. Pretty nice and very convenient!

    Positive: The apartment is pretty nice and had almost everything we needed. It was very convenient to have a kitchen, the washer and dryer. The bed was a king size and was comfortable. I loved that the apartment was well heated and comfortable. The bathroom was also very nice. It was very convenient to have the subway and the bus just down the street. You can take a pass for the week for both subways and buses, it’s really worth it. It’s very well situated to visit Montreal. Negative: The microwave didn’t work. We didn’t complain about it though because we were cooking a lot and also we had the oven and the toaster.

    Positive: nice apartment overall Negative: the outside of the building is a bit sketchy… apartment is ok. some investment is needed to make sure bathroom door closes, unit requires air vents in bathroom and some artwork is needed to make it a bit more cozy.

    Positive: De ligging. het is echt midden in een druk gebied van Montréal met 3 metro stations, busstation en diverse eet gelegenheden. zelfs een Tim Hortons en een Starbucks naast de deur. Super locatie! Je kunt te voet naar Rue Crescent, dat is een leuke straat om eens heen te gaan, er liggen veel eet tentjes en een lekkere sushi bar! Rue Crescent kun je ook uitgaan en in de avond kun je daar heel leuk mensen kijken. Als je wat verder loopt (12 min) dan kom je bij een leuk winkelcentrum uit! Super leuk en groot winkelcentrum! De airco werkt heel goed! De bedden slapen echt super lekker!! Geweldige 3-standen douche! Negative: De ramen mogen echt eens een wasbeurt krijgen! De ramen zijn zo verschrikkelijk vies!

    Positive: L'emplacement proche du métro pour circuler dans Montréal et les équipements dans l'appartement Negative: La propreté de l'appartement 503 que nous avons loué était passable nous avons été déçu et on se demande si on va relouer la ou pas car on doit descendre a Montréal a tous les 2 mois pour une semaine a chaque fois. Il y avait des graines de pain roti dans les coins du comptoir de cuisine ainsi que les tiroirs qui étaient pas propres. Nous avons du laver tous les bacs a ustensile dans les tiroirs et laver les ustensiles de cuisine en arrivant. Dans le garde-robe de la chambre a coucher il y avait plein de mousse a plancher dans le fond que nous avons du retirer à la main. La douche dégoutait en continue pas moyen de l'arrêtée par chance la chambre de bain était assez loin de la chambre a coucher donc on ne l'entendait pas la nuit. La poubelle de la cuisine était endommagée elle n'avait pas de couvert donc des senteurs se dégageaient en continue.

  74. All you need for a short stay in Montreal.

    Positive: Ease of check-in/check-out. Very comfortable bed and couch. The kitchen was well equipped and Adonis is nearby for self-catering. Good wifi and convenient Shaughnessy Village location by Concordia University. Felt very safe and secure. Lots of very good and inexpensive dining options in the immediate, lively area. Right by a Metro station. Customer service is only a text away. We had a comfortable stay. Negative: More wear and tear than in the photos. The room was extremely dusty and grimey in spots. Especially the floor, windows and shower. The room was not cleaned thoroughly before we arrived. I spent my first hour wiping down surfaces and dusting. I hope my experience was a rare oversight/mis-event. Simplissimo did offer to send in a cleaning team.

Negative: 다만 다시 가진 않을 것 같아요. 일단 동네가 너무 안 좋아요. 다운타운 중심이라 예약한건데 다운타운은 맞지만 그만큼 어럽지고 위험한 분기의에요.. 밤에 밖에서 시러끄운 소리와 경적 소리에 불하안게 잤니습다. 또 청결 상태가 호만텔큼은 아닌 것 같더라고요. 집에 처음 들왔어는데 샤워 부스 바닥에 물이 잔뜩ㅎㅎ 그리고 이불 시트 밑 솜에 노란 자국이ㅎ.. 가장 중요한 점은 체크 아웃 날 아침에 밥 먹고 있는데 바퀴 친구가 나왔어요… 일단 한 마리는 제가 처치 했지만 한마리가 있다는 말은.. 여기 보다는 대학들 모여있는 동네에 숙소 잡는 것 추합천니다. I saw a cockroach in the morning I checked out.

  79. Un hôtel central mais pas très agréable.

    Positive: La propreté, même si le vitrage extérieur était vraiment sale. Negative: Les messages provenant de Pierce Boutique Apartments ne s'affichent pas correctement dans Gmail (Firefox pour PC) et il manquait des informations essentielles pour accéder à la chambre. J'ai essayé d'appeler plusieurs fois avant l'arrivée sans pouvoir parler à quelqu'un. Une fois sur place, j'ai découvert que les instructions pour l'accès s'affichaient correctement dans mon Iphone. J'ai donc pu accéder à la chambre mais ça a pris 20 mn et ça a été stressant. Je n'ai pas non plus apprécié le retrait de 300 $ comme dépôt de garantie.

    Positive: Love the aesthetic and the security system of the building made me feel very safe as well as easy to use. Loved the deco of the place and the shower was amazing lmao. Would definitely book again. Negative: My only issue was someone the small damages in the apartment from constant booking, out of my control but a little unpleasant.

    Positive: The quiet rooms were nice, the bed was comfortable. Negative: I wasnt a large fan of the Vape shop next door and their use of the overhang of the entrance covering in inclement weather. Often walking around ppl smoking and vaping. The instructions for access could have been more descriptive. Which keypad to hit when entering building, required for access to the floors on elevator etc. I also had an issue with accessing room pad. I would tap the pad and it wouldnt light up. I eventually discovered I had to rest on the pad for the numbers to light. Simple things that could have been mentioned to simplify a late night arrival with no access to help until business hours. More toilet tissue, and laundry soap for longer staying guests. As well dish towels would be a help . The room could use a little updating as bathroom was little worn. No fan and shower drips

    Positive: Fantastic room and amenities, good quality for value. Great location. Negative: I originally booked the wrong date. Messaged immediately (within 10 minutes) and was to just cancel and rebook to fix the issue. Then once 2nd booking was made had to argue to get a refund, even though my original query was especially about not being charged cancellation fee. They said I was told I could cancel, not that I could get refunded. Had to escalate the issue to get it resolved via Simplissimo. Also got a bunch of emails even after registration was done to ask me to register, or to complete the payment for the initial reservation. I ignored them (I paid for the 2nd reservation right away the week before) but I got a whopping 27 emails for what was just a 1 night stay. This has annoyed me a little bit about booking without a frontdesk in the future.

Disons qu'en temps de pandémie j'aurais pensé que ça aurait dû être beaucoup plus propre. J'avais apporter mes lingettes Clorox et disons que j'étais vraiment contente des avoirs apporté avec moi.J'ai désinfecter l'appartement au complet à mon arrivé et les lingettes était brunes

    Positive: Everything about the property was amazing. Very nicely decorated and very clean. The bed is very comfortable and even has an anti acarien sheet on it! There was 2 televisions in the appartment and even has netflix on them! All the appliances are present just as mentionned on the sites. The property’s location is great! Next to great restaurants and convenient stores. I will definitely be staying there again. I recommend this place 100%! Negative: No comment

    Positive: Décoration soignée, appareils ménagers dernier cri dont lave et sèche linge (bien que sans lessive), serviettes de bain en nombre. Emplacement. Très bon éclairage dans toutes les pièces. Beaucoup de rangement et de placards. Negative: Un des 2 ascenseurs recouvert d un épais tissu peu ragoutant. Pas de concierge dans l immeuble. Un gardien de nuit uniquement. Une alarme incendie declenchée par erreur et remise en service des ascenseurs longue à venir. Pas de cendrier ni poubelle à l'entrée de l'immeuble. Pas de torchons dans la cuisine. Pas de lampe de chevet. Pas de communication avec le loueur le week-end.

  92. Das nächste Mal suchen wir uns in Montréal eine andere Übernachtungsmöglichkeit

    Positive: In direkter Nähe mehrere Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Negative: Der Zustand des Objektes war fragwürdig. Es fehlten Verkleidungen an der Decke (möglicherweise nach einem Wasserschaden von oben) und auf nacktem Beton über dem Bett konnte man eine Rohrleitung bewundern. Es war so unglaublich, dass wir zuerst dachten, dass das gewollte künstlerische Deko ist... Die dreckigen Fenster, durch die man kaum durchgucken konnte, ließen uns an der Kunst an den Decken zweifeln. Auf dem Linoleum auf dem Fußboden zahlreiche kleine Schäden, auch am Tischblatt incl. eines durch eine Zigarette eingebrannten Lochs auf dem Sitzkissen der Couch (da letztere wurde während unseres Aufenthalts beseitig). Ich habe sicherheitshalber, da wir für ev. Schäden eine Kaution bezahlen müssten (die wir wir bis heute nicht zurück erhalten haben!!!!) alles am ersten Tag abfotografiert und dem Besitzer gemailt. Er wusste von diesen Schäden. Über die "künstlerische Ausgestaltung der Decke schrieb ich nichts). Als wir am letzten Tag nach einer Lösung für das Deponieren des Koffers vor unserem Abendflug nach Deutschland suchten, wurde uns angeboten, den Koffer im Büro des Betreibers der Wohnung abzuliefern, im Gegenzug sollten wir vorab 5 Sterne für die Einschätzung auf einem kanadischen Portal für die Qualität der Wohnung vergeben. Das tat ich, leider. Unter der angegeben Adresse fanden wir am nächsten Tag kein Büro des Betreibers sondern eine medizinische Niederlassung... Mit unseren Koffer mussten wir dann zum Flughafen fahren, wo es leider keine Aufbewahrung gab und keine Möglichkeit früher den Koffer aufzugeben. So verloren wir den letzten Besichtigungstag in Montréal. Die Wohnung war wirklich übertrieben voll von Elektronik, manches brummte und war kaum abzustellen. Einige Neon-Lampen waren kaputt und das Licht flackerte... Dort würde ich nie wieder übernachten, trotz der super Lage.

  95. Good place for a first stay in Montreal

    + We enjoyed our stay at Pierce Hotel. The check-in was easy, the location central and the actual apartment clean and cozy to get back to after walking around the city all day. The bed is high quality and super comfortable. Same goes for the very modern shower. - Central location is not necessarily a must in Montréal. Plus it looked a bit sketchy right down the building. The empty bottle of olive oil could have been replaced before our stay. Not something you want to invest in for 3 days. Also, maybe a shorter door code so you can memorize that one too.

  99. It was fine but won’t book again

    The concept without a main desk works. It’s not complicated to check in and it would have felt secure if the main door wouldn’t have been broken and left open for almost our entire stay. The pictures on the website are definitely more pretty than the reality though. But the bed was really comfy and the ac was working good. We didn’t have any problem and it was a good stay, but for the price that we paid, I think I can find better for our next trip.

  100. Loved the shower!

    The room is huge for 2 and comes with everything you need. the bed was sturdy and comfy. Loved the shower, with hot and cold water. The things I can complain was the ceiling that not finish and the room was dusty, needs to deep clean. Overall, was convenient to everything.

    Près de tout. C'était parfait pour moi car j'avais beaucoup d'examen médical à faire avant ma chirurgie. Tranquille mais petit hic l'appartement n'était pas bien nettoyé et surtout en temps de pandémie je m'aurais attendue à plus sur côté propreté. J'était pas choqué d'avoir apporté mes lingettes clorox pour nettoyer et désinfecter. La table de cuisine était encore taché de bouffes et comptoirs cuisine ma guenille était pas très propre.

DÉFAUTS: ne pensez pas inviter PERSONNE même pas pour souper.... très très surveillé par les caméras de surveillance.... si vous loué pour 2 personnes, aucune autre personne ne peut venir et ils ne sont pas flexibles du tout avec ça.... parfait pour les gens qui sont 2 et qui ne pense voir personne!!

    I had a Great stay at the Pierce hotel. The place was very nice decorated and very clean. You felt right at home and there was even anti acarien sheets on the bed to keep it clean. This place is filled with details that make the stay so pleasant. There are 2 TV with netflix on them and all the appliances you need are there and work very well. The location is awesome aswell! I was next to everything from great restaurants to great cafe shops to shopping centers! I felt right at home and its an amazing place overall. I will definitely be booking with Pierce hotel again and i highly recommend this place! 100% great and worth it!!

  116. Pierce: Comfortable and in good location (Not suitable for limited mobility)

    Mature couple stayed in Montreal mid - August 2019. Apartment 503. Being new to self-access arrangements, this also took us a little time to adapt, however all instructions were clear and precise from "Simplissimmo" the apartment management group. Apartment was very clean and functional for what we required for the week. Bed and pillows were excellent and it was very handy having the laundry appliances. The location of the building was handy to some great restaurants and walking distance to many sites. Could not fault the actual apartment, however, one could not say the same for the exterior and access. The street entry to the building was very untidy for the first few days (Thursday-Tuesday), being next door to the pizza restaurant (cigarette butts +++ and litter) Not a good look and quite uninviting. The outside of the building looks like it is poorly maintained. Window exteriors are extremely dirty. This was detrimental to the apartment which was very clean. Access Note: This building would not be suitable for wheelchairs as the hallways and lifts are quite narrow. As one of us has limited mobility, utilizing an electric mobility scooter, (NB: apartment checked for accessibility prior to booking) we found access to the apartment challenging. Being on left side of a busy one-way street with a cycling lane, there was nowhere for loading/ unloading from taxi/Uber. This was overcome by walking/scooting to opposite apartment building (#1645) Only a problem dodging the rain and the cyclists and now - tourists on hire scooters !!!) We did enjoy our stay in Montreal and the wonderful help we received for the locals, especially "Älex" from Simplissimmo.

  117. Dirty and bad customer service

    The apartment was filthy and had no hot water when I arrived. They said it was because I had attived early and made me leave, but they never cleaned it anyway. I asked to cancel because of having no hot water and they said it was not true and that they had checked and there was hot water. We later found out there had not been any hot water since 8am, but Alex, who says he is the manager, was very rude. I eventually had hot water, but had to tolerate the filth Don’t go there

    My wife and I had a great experience. There are tons of great restaurants within just a few feet of the hotel, the check-in and check-out process was super convenient, and the room itself was great. We loved having a separate room/living room so that one of us could work while the other (ehem, me) could sleep in. The room was also extremely clean and modern. We'll definitely be recommending Pierce Hotel to others.

  120. Absolutely horrible.

    They started construction above our room at 730am and then continued to do so until we had to leave at 10am. I contacted customer service and they didn’t help us at all, and refused to compensate us for anything. Now they’re refusing to contact me back. Besides the drilling and such, the room was in terrible shape- the roof was incomplete, the bed was rock hard and absolutely horrible. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel. Never again.

  121. Really centrally located and well designed apartment self catering apartments

    The apartments are just walking distance from the guy Concordia metro station and very centrally located with downtown and many malls within walking distance. Very nicely designed. I stayed for over two weeks and ran out of dishwashing and laundry detergents, which I had to buy. Apart form that everything was provided.

    Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet hôtel. Premièrement, c’est aménagé avec goût et confort. On ne peut pas être mieux situé. Le seul hic se trouve au niveau de certains accessoires. Il manquerait au moins un chaudron supplémentaire et une possibilité de se faire du café autre que la cafetière Nespresso. Avec cette machine, il faut avoir des capsules particulières . Si au moins on pouvait en acheter sur place. Nous on prend des appartements car on aime bien siroter nos petits cafés le matin. A part ce point, tout était parfait
