Excellent stay
The location is very convenient and lots of foods around the neighbourhood. Metro station is across the street. And the room is clean and equip with all the cooking materials for longer stays. The staff is friendly and response quick. It is a smooth check in and check out process. Will definitely consider again the next time visiting Montreal.

Apartment 506-Pierce Hotel
The apartment itself was clean and it’s the exception is the strong smoke smell in the washroom. The building is very run down and dingy-not the most comforting thing to see upon arrival. Location is great, central to everything. Overall, I wouldn’t stay again until due to the state of the building inside and out.

Strong smell of smoke
Apartment was cheap and in a decent location. But, it reeked of smoke in the unit and in the hallway. Smell of smoke was coming through the vents and was overwhelming, especially in the bathroom. Both TVs also did not work. They did not have cable and would disconnect from the internet every few minutes, making it impossible to watch Netflix or any show without being constantly interrupted and sometines would not re-connect after several attempts.

bad, very bad
The room is not clean, all the windows are oily and covered with dust, the outlet of the air conditioner and heating is full of dust, the floor is very stained with soles when walking. I originally booked a room for 3 nights, the street is very noisy at night, and the sound insulation is poor. Because the corner is the fire station, I will hear the siren of fire trucks and the loud noise of pedestrians in the street all night. On the first day of the morning, I heard the big construction drilling wall before 7am. Noise, no way to rest well. on the second night there was a water leak in the room, and a large blister appeared on the top of the bed room. After contacting the hotel management, it took a full hour to come to our room, but in the end, because the hotel was full and the room was temporarily safe, they did not arrange another room or hotel for us, only said that someone would contact us the next day. We just can left. In the end, we had to find the hotel to move in by ourselves at more than 12 o'clock in the morning. On the second day until 11:00 noon, there was no phone call from any hotel staff. In the end, I called myself to ask how to solve it. A very bad trip experience, very poor customer service, all problems to be solved by themselves. 100% not recommended

Great Winter Break
Excellent place to stay for a great price. I would definitely stay here again. Location wasn’t a problem at all. You are next to a university, so like any city things could be a bit loud on the streets. The only issue was the dirty outside windows, which is only a problem if you don’t go outside. Very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

It was a great experience. Everything you need is in the apartment. Close to the subway, markets and shops. Very happy about my apartment. Maybe another bag trash would have been great and a tea towel. I recommend this apartment.

Nice apartment, good location, bad shower
On the whole I had a good experience in the Pierce Hotel. The apartment is roomy and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The apartment was quiet and felt safe. The only problems were with the shower. The first night it would only give extremely hot water. The next day a plumber was sent and mostly fixed it. But the worse problem was that the floor of the shower was extremely slippery! Even standing still my feet would start to slide out from underneath me. I was very close to falling. I wrote to the management, asking for a bath mat or some kind of help, but was told they would not provide a mat. They are really lucky that nobody has fallen in that shower, because it was bad. If not for the shower, I enjoyed my visit at the Pierce and would recommend it.

our stay at 506 Pierce Hotel
The room was excellent. Ok the check-in was not 100% ok, as the doorcode was not provided, but the quality of the hotel was perfect. Also the situation was ideal: not too far away from nice restaurants and shopping. For people that don't know the situation it should be good to know that the hotel is situated on a one-way street and that several parking spaces are nearby. There is no parking garage under the building. Fully equipped apartment, king size bed, modern light bathroom, complete kitchen..... perfect for a long weekend Montreal

Do not let the exterior of the building or lobby fool you- the apartment is quite nice. Perhaps some renovations ( or the sloppy weather) were happening while I was there, but the exterior and lobby had me slightly worrying about what I would find when I got to the room. Once I opened the door my worry disappeared. It does have a washer and dryer ( added bonus!) and there is a convenience store 10 steps out side of the front door of the building. Company always checked in with me to see if everything was going ok and if I needed anything. Location is perfect, lots around to walk to and nicely located for Uber rides ( get on on the corner of the convenient store, though!) Would for sure recommend to others and rent again for myself.

Great location
Great location, great apartment with lots of space. Solid possibilities to cook and wash in the apartment. Could have been a little more clean upon check-in. Check worked wonderful with both email and instructions via text message. A very good stay overall.
