Positive: We liked the location to the event we were attending over the course of the 5 night stay. It was great to have 2 separate bedrooms with kitchen facilities. If our schedule had been different we would have used the kitchen more. We liked that we could walk to the Bell Centre. Negative: The access code was not easy to attain, it was to be available at check-in 3 PM however after arrival from the airport around 6 PM I had to call which was after their office hours, the message said to call again the following day which was problematic. However we did reach someone who after putting us on hold was able to get the access code information to us via e-mail. I'd say the access code system is flawed.

It was ok. We were surprised by the location of the unit and how cumbersome it was to get from the street to the unit. Much smaller than anticipated. The support team was amazing though. They were quick to respond to inquiries and it was great to easily access someone when we had questions. While this particular unit was less than expected the management company and process was extremely efficiently. I would book through this company again

Positive: Great location, a few steps from the Metro station, and right in the heart of Montreal. Quiet inner courtyard. Negative: The apartment was relatively small, though it did have two separate bedrooms. There was quite a bit of dust in the room corners, closet and on the window sills. The furniture in the living room was worse for wear with one stool being quite dirty. Old towels with some stains. We were a family of four (2 children) but it would be a tight squeeze for 4 adults.

Excellent space for your short and long term stays in downtown Montreal.
Positive: It was a great space in downtown Montreal. The place had high ceilings and was very spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked. We could have easily made a homecooked meal, but we chose to eat at the many fantastic restaurants close by. We were one minute from the subway, so we were able to get around easily. La literie est confortable. Le chauffage multi-zones est facilement réglable. Les digicodes sont pratiques quand on est 4 adultes parfois indépendants. La proximité du centre-ville et du métro est exceptionnelle (station Peel à exactement 50 mètres de la porte de l'immeuble). Negative: L'isolation phonique. On entend beaucoup le camion poubelle et les chasse-neige la nuit. La Wi-Fi peu performante.

Positive: Upon arrival you receive the necessary codes in order to enter the building and the apartment. The check-in is really easy as long as you have access to the mail with all codes which will be send 24 hours before arrival. Apartment was clean. Negative: It didn't bother us, but if you do not like wooden floors (and therefore being able to hear the footsteps upstairs), maybe it is better to continue searching for another hotel/apartment.

Positive: Location was amazing and a great shower and bathroom. Kitchen was good, bedrooms were fine, all around a nice apartment if traveling light. Negative: Entry was a bit confusing, parking ramp was a block away, but the worst, it was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Lots of luggage was a hassle with 2 kids. However, if traveling light, alone, or as couple, this is an outstanding apartment.

Les appartements sont situés dans une cour où vous ne pouvez y avoir accès que grâce à un enregistrement EN LIGNE au moment venu. Il vous est demandé de prendre en photo vos papiers d'identité et de se prendre en photo avec ses papiers. Une vraie galère !!!!! Notre procédure d'enregistrement s'est éternisé pendant plus d'une heure parce qu'on ne savait pas ce qu'il fallait faire ... Il faut donc AVOIR INTERNET avant d'avoir l'appartement et ne soyez pas surpris quand la procédure en ligne vous demande de payer 300$, il s'agirait d'une caution.

We enjoyed our stay overall. It was in a great central location. Walkable to restaurants (pizza across the street and Dunnville Dinerbar next door). Great for shopping so close to rue St. Catharine. We caught a comedy show at the Deli planet at the train station. Walkable to Old Montreal in about 35 mins. The kitchen is well equipped. The decor is modern. The place is compact. They could improve the sofa it is low and not very comfortable. The same goes for the chairs at the table. The windows need a major cleaning-this doesn’t give a great first impression. Overall the unit was clean. The beds were too firm for our liking I suggested they have toppers for those who prefer a softer bed. No elevator and so lots of stairs to the third floor. We loved the convenience of the spot. I wouldn’t recommend if you plan to stay in a lot as it is small and furniture is not comfy but great if you have lots of plans and want a home base this place is great! The other thing is the walls are thin, you can hear upstairs/music from the restaurant and there seems to be recycling/garbage truck runs in the early am. No sleeping in. For us we are early risers and were out a lot so it wasn’t overly disturbing. The price is affordable. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The Ferreira restaurant is top notch too. Although the flat is quite small for a two-bedroomed flat the design is welll thought out and functional. There were a few things missing when we arrived but this got sorted out very quickly. Would definitely go back!

The place is exceptional. I didn’t expect the place would look as new and modern as the pictures but I was wrong. Simplissimmo is very quick in responding to all my emails. They sent very clear instructions in how to check-in first time. Bathroom and bedroom are super nice and great ambient lighting. Kitchen are fully equipped with basic appliances and kitchen tools and seasons so we can make a great dinner while staying there. Love all the little touches in the decorations and great taste in modern styles. The place is so central and close to everything in downtown. I would love to stay in one of their places again and highly recommend them to my friends and family! Amazing place!

The hosts were very easy to communicate with, the entrance codes allowed for a smooth check in especially as we arrived in the middle of the night, and members of the team made sure to stop by and check to see if we needed extra basics. Very good as expected
This apartment was a lifesaver. We booked so late and couldn't find a hotel available for a reasonable price. The apartment was compact but it was completely modern and renovated inside. I loved that there was climate control in every room. It wasn't too bright in terms of natural light and there was no balcony apart from the fire escape in the back, but for a place to sleep and have breakfast, this couldn't be better. We loved the fully equipped kitchen and fridge. The bathroom was equipped with a shower, which was good. My only complaint was that it was a walkup but for three nights it was fine. The location could not be beat. We were so close to transit and St-Catherine St. It is 100% walkable to shopping, transit (local and national), sights, events, restaurants. We were two moms, with our two kids and I think it was noisy at night, but after all the walking and sight seeing we were not bothered by noise and slept well. On that note, the beds were amazingly comfortable and I loved the big pillows and closet organizer in each room. The only small thing missing was maybe some more hooks inside the rooms for towels and other things. The sofa in the livingroom was top clean. Remind your cleaners to remove the cushions and give the couch a good vacuum. I like that we didn't need keys and we were provided codes to get in. Virtual check in was easy and painless. Excellent place. I would not drive and expect to stay here as this is not the best area for driving or parking. I drive enough back home in Toronto and I was glad to walk to all the nearby areas and Uber everywhere else. We took the train here and we walked with our luggage to the apartment. I would stay here again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Quaint apartment, quiet, very comfortable beds. The location is very convenient to the downtown core, including access to the metro a couple of doors away. The apartment was on the third floor - if stairs are a problem, be weary. The check in process was straight forward and well done. We found the unit a bit less than hotel clean; kitchen cabinets, doors and some walls could use more attention. If you are fussy about these things, you’ll be drawn to it. The bathroom wall was poorly patched where a towel rack must have been ripped from the wall. Having two bedrooms and being right downtown are this unit’s main attractions…had it been cleaner, I’d have rated it higher - the stairs being the only potential downside to anyone not mobile or with heavy luggage.

Very nice place - but very loud
The apartment itself is beautiful decorated and is comfortable. The big issue here is the noise. The windows allow most of the noise from the street into the apartment, which meant I had to sleep with earplugs. I grew up in Montreal and I'm accustomed to noise - this is more than you'd expect. I have also stayed at other buildings in the area. The main door also drag on the ground, causing a screeching sound that can be heard throughout the entire building. Apartment across the hall had a party with the door open. Management was not immediately reachable to address the issue.

Stayed with family for 1 night, stay was pleasant, the unit vas very clean, efficient and nicely decorated. Only small issue was had with loud neighbours but definitely not the host's fault. I got the sense it was other Airbnb guests.
