  2. Fantastic stay in old montreal

    Positive: The room was great. It had a washer, drier, dishwasher and all the things required to be living your life in mtl. The room was super spacious and really clean, which I appreciated immensely. I would definitely recommend. Negative: Wish the shower had a little more privacy, that there were other pillow options, and some supportive travel things were in the room (e.g. umbrella). Also the soaps / hair products could use a little improvement, but other than that it was very good.

    Positive: It was a beautiful, clean, open, think space. Excellent for recouping or planning your next big adventure in life. I appreciated having every type of cute café, and every imaginable variety of food at walking distance. Negative: No comment

    One of our favorite spots to stay in Montreal, open elegant layout with all of the amenities you need. Great location with a great pub a few steps down the street and additional restaurant & shopping around the corner. Clean, private, and would absolutely recommend!

    Positive: The room was really spacious, with kitchenette and all the necessary appliances and kitchenware. The bed was very comfortable. The room has 2 tv's, washer and dryer. The shower is great too. The place was very clean and welcoming. Negative: No shower door

  6. Worth the cost?

    Positive: The location is great, the room is exceptional, but my experience around customer service was unfortunate. Negative: Although responsive, staff prioritizes a number of variables well ahead of customer satisfaction. I won't book with this group again.

  10. The staff were excellent

    Positive: There was mo breakfast the bed was very comfortable. Air circulation in the room was excellent. The room was large and airy and well appointed in terms if towels and kitchen ware. Negative: The television did not work well, and the shower was cold on the last day of our stay.

    Positive: Loved the location and the room’s design itself. Negative: Since the room I got is right in front of the elevator, the noise made by people taking it is too loud. The lights in the halls /corridors could be a bit brighter, I think it’s a little too dim.

  15. Great place to stay in old Mtl

    My wife and I enjoyed a long weekend in old Montreal and David Hotel was great. It was clean and spacious and its location allowed us to walk anywhere we wanted to go. The only downside would be the lack of parking in the area. We left our car in a nearby lot but it was quite expensive. All in all it was good, we will go back as well as recommended this hotel to our friends.

  16. Great place, could improve.

    The first time I came, everything was perfect. But the second time, we only received 1 pair of slippers for a party of 2 and the coffee capsules were already used and put back in the box as if they were new. Not a huge deal breaker as we had our own slippers and there was a convenience store right around the corner for coffee.

  18. Husband accidentally booked some kind of lads party pad for our stay. great location though.

    Positive: It was very central and walkable to the old city. Negative: The bathroom was open to the rest of the room, which considering the massive space was completely unnecessary. the shower didn’t even have a door on it so water went all over the floor. It’s basically set up like a young 20 year old male’s dream room.

  25. Nouveau - Moderne - Édifice du Patrimoine

    Positive: Nouveau concept d'hôtel, aucun personel sur place, l'entrée se fait via instruction e-mail et codes électroniques. Chambre très grande et complètement équipée. Super propre. Negative: Femme de chambre pour refaire le lit et changer les serviettes. Possibilité de commander un petit déjeuner continental qui pourrait être mis au frigo avant notre arrivé.

    Positive: Excelentes condições para um boa estadia, numa óptima localização. Para duas pessoas (o nosso caso), o quarto /apartamento era enorme. Edifício bem recuperado, obras recentes - velho por fora, como novo por dentro. Negative: A chegada faz confusão, para quem não está habituado - não há (mesmo) ninguém, é tudo electrónico com códigos, é fundamental ter telemóvel e wifi. Depois de ultrapassada esta "barreira" inicial, tudo decorreu tranquilamente. A única dificuldade foi encontrar algum supermercado nas redondezas, para comprar comida (mas isso já não tem a ver com o hotel...).
