    Great location, comfy beds, tons of room. Needs a little TLC, not all kitchen appliances were in working order. Little touches overlooked.

    We loved everything about our stay. We brought our own food after seeing the size of the kitchen and all took turns cooking and helping each other. We synced our phones in the surround system and danced the whole day in the apartment and went out at night for more. We had so much fun and can't wait to stay here another time. We'll have to plan something.

    We celebrated our friend's engagement in Montreal and booked this room. Did NOT disappoint. Best decision we made in terms of where to stay. Will keep this in mind for future celebrations.

    Great hotel for your wedding party before the big day. We had the hairdresser and makeup artist come over to get us ready in the morning and had a chef make us all breakfast. Made for some incredible photos too. Def worth the splurge.

  15. Great service

    There was a small mishap with cleaning where a spill from a previous tenant was missed. This place is huge and it was easy to miss. We contacted customer service and their cleaning service team was there in an hour and cleaned it right away. They were so kind and even helped us with a few more questions we had regarding the loft and what there was to do around. We appreciate the service. Thank you

    We threw the bachelorette of her dreams! Had the most amazing night here and catered the whole thing. Went out at night and had a blast and had an even better time back at the loft. The next day we shopped till they kicked us out! Everything is right outside and we didn't miss out on anything.

  20. So much to do

    We came to Montreal for a conference and needed a big enough place to relax and house all 7 of us. We wanted to do so much in the city post work but were unlucky with all the rain so we chose to spend most of our free time in the loft. We weren't missing out. The place has everything and what fun! We even catered supper and brunch and the whole experience felt like a vacation and not a work trip. Will book again if we're back in the city.

  23. Gorgeous, spacey loft!

    This loft was very spacious and comfy, the family enjoyed staying here while in Montreal, and the 4 bedrooms were the perfect accommodation. The location was wonderful and entry into the hotel was easy once we got our key cards. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to get a downtown experience of montreal!

  24. Great spot for a weekend in Montreal

    Stayed here for a bachelor party. Location was ideal and there is so much space to hang out comfortably. The one downside is there is nowhere to store luggage until check in time, so we had to carry our luggage around for a few hours on our arrival day and checkout day. Overall we would highly recommend!

  26. Best loft for gatherings!

    I booked this place for a family dinner in November 2020 during the pandemic. The hosts were easy to communicate with and they responded quickly to any questions I had (within the hour). They greeted us for the check-in and gave us a tour of the loft and the amenities. The loft itself was really clean and fully equipped. We enjoyed the SONOS sound system and the colourful lights in the living space. I only have good comments about the kitchen. It was really well equipped; we found everything that we needed to cook and serve the food for our guests (lots of plates and glasses!). The decoration is really fancy. It was ideal for nice family pictures. I would recommend this loft to anyone who desires to rent a place for a nice family dinner (or with a group of friends; theres a lot of seating!) Thank you for having us ! Looking forward to an other booking with you guys!

    Mike text us really rudely about rules , talking about expulse, talking to us about police and the unruly person before us that he add situations with..... We feel attacks for no reason we were about to have family diner and the way he talk to us was bad. He check the cake we bring for the supper.... looked us like he didn’t trust us... The way he welcomes us was BAD scared us for no reason

  31. Not super clean, made for parties not really families

    My family and I went to Montreal to spend 2 nights and get a quick look at the city. We rented the loft as it fit all 6 of us comfortably with sizable rooms and living space. That said, the loft could have had nicer towels (very thin and scratchy), the garbage in the kitchen has old chicken bones left in the bottom along with other old food scraps, and the shower floors weren’t fully clean. On top of that, two of four showers didn’t work so the experience overall wasn’t that great. When we reported to management about the bones, their response was “how did this really bother you, did you pick the bones up with your hands?!” Um... we won’t be going back.

  38. Concert overnight

    We had a group of 7 and stayed in the creative loft one night after a concert at Belle Centre. It was a great location downtown to everything from food, bars, shopping and the venue. Rooms were comfortable clean and large! We would definitely come back. Thanks so much.
