Presidential Suite was absolutely enormous, kitchen appliances and bathroom fixtures all very modern and new. Exactly the type of suite we were looking for as there were 8 of us in our group and spent a lot of our stay inside the suite. Cons: The stovetop required specific pans as it was an electro-magnetic stove, and these pans were not included rendering cooking on stove near impossible. TV channels included on main Living Room tv, however if you want tv in any of the bedrooms or the kitchen you need to connect your own services (Netflix, Disney+, etc). Furniture showed minor wear and tear but nothing major.

Told to call when I was 30 mins out..I did, they said they would message the night Mgr to advise. 1 hr later still no night Mgr so I called after hr # and the guy had been there waiting for our call. no one had reached out to him. very VERY bad smell of sewer gas when we first got there. apparently hadn't been stayed in a while and water had evaporated from pee trap in 4th bathroom so gas came up. Finally, place is run down and rather dirty. lots of dust everywhere, dirty windows and floors. The kitchen is massive but really not usable. I understand that we are downtown and they probably assume we would eat out most of the time but at nearly 5k for 4 day stay and 8 of us there we were trying to save time and a little money by cooking. no pans for the oven, 2 tiny pots and not even oven mitts to take anything out of the oven. Would have expected more for the price. we have stayed at MANY airbnbs and at the level of money need to be better

This was a great place. Never seen anything like it before! Super clean and staff very responsive and quick. The name might be a little misleading, it's not really a hotel. You walk into the small lobby which just feels like the lobby of a condo building. There is no one there, and you just take the elevator up to your floor. There is no parking so we parked at AutoParc Stanley (1200 Stanley St, Montreal, Quebec H3B 2S8). Take note of this as it took us 30 mins to find parking. Location is great, Reuben's steak right across the street some great steak sandwiches. PS this place has built in Sonos speakers. Overall great experience and we will definitely Be coming back.

Location was great. Right in the middle of all the action. A bit hard to find. I looked for a Hotel but it was just a doorway between retail stores. Space is accurately depicted in photos but getting a bit tired. Not cozy and warm. All furniture was modern to the point of uncomfortable. Bedrooms were all in a row down a long hallway and beds were quite comfortable. Only one tub in the first bedroom. Liked the individual heat/fan controls in each bedroom. We were traveling with a baby and had stated we needed a crib when reserving the property. But didn’t get the crib because I hadn’t complied with their extensive “Board Pass” rules that required I complete a form for submission. Needless to say, we didn’t get a crib until the 2nd night and only after having made multiple calls throughout the 2nd day.

Perfect Airbnb for a girls trip — great location, close proximity to shopping, good restaurants & walkable distance to Mount Royal Park. Simplissimo team were always quick to respond & also accommodating with last minute checkin changes, due to cancelled flight. Clean & tidy in general, the kitchen was setup to cook, Nespresso machine was useful. The furniture and fittings have general usage wear and tear however overall the space is well appointed for a group — Would recommend!

Overall our stay at the Hotel Hollande was an enjoyable experience. Nice building, quiet, private elevator direct to the unit was nice. The location was great! Right in the middle of all the shopping downtown and very walkable to restaurants, nightlife, etc. The staff were friendly and responsive. The unit itself was pretty grand. It took up the entire 6th floor. Huge kitchen island. Kitchen was well supplied if you wanted to buy groceries and cook. 4 spacious bedrooms all with ensuite bathroom was awesome. Some constructive feedback: Although the pictures accurately display the layout and overall idea of the space, the condition was not fully accurate. The kitchen and living room furniture was pretty worn out and should be replaced. The bathrooms were not all working properly. Took literally 15 minutes for the water to heat up and one shower would not turn on at all. You had to hold down the toilet button for a 10 full secs to flush. For the price I'd expect better detail. 8.5/10

The beds were comfortable, huge and exceptionally quiet. The kitchen-living space was absolutley stunning - beautiful, practical and spacious (bigger than you can imagine). The location was ideal for walking downtown in a very walker-friendly city. Parking in Montreal is easy - lots under every building, at a reasonable price. The unit is on the same block as a metro/subway stop. Perfect for a family vacation or a guys/gals get away.

Malheureusement tres mauvaise expérience suite à la panne de l ascenseur ( logement au 6 eme etage et accessible avec un etroit escalier de secours ) nous ayant causé de gros préjudices car notre véhicule a été cambriolé ( valises et passports volés) dans le parking en attendant la réparation qui n a été effective qu après notre départ. La manager sur place etait tres professionelle ce qui n a pas été le cas avec David qui a été odieux et sans aucune compassion au téléphone lorsque je lui ai dis que nous allions demander le remboursement compte tenu du prejudice subi ( + de 25000€) suite à cette panne, considerant qu il avait proposé une solution en nous offrant une nuit supplémentaire sachant que nous devions absolument partir le lendemain. Il n a même pas accepté de nous accorder quelques heures de plus pour le check out alors que nous ne pouvions plus laisser nos bagages dans notre voiture et que nous devions refaire nos passeports en 4 heures.

The location of this property cannot be beat being within walking distance to great venues and amenities. We did not need a car or taxi for the whole trip due to it's central location. A true penthouse loft experience due to the size of the unit and industrial artistic decor. Each of the four bedrooms had their own ensuite bathrooms making this a very comfortable stay for everyone. My group will definitely be back to visit this rental and Montreal again.

Every staff was friendly and nice. Large space with enough rooms. Every rooms have a bathroom with shower booth. Nice location. The only thing bothered me was parking. If you visit here, use underground parking lot beside Canada goose and timhortons. They charge only $23 for 24 hours. I and my family really enjoyed. I will visit the hotel next time as well.

TRÈS stressant .. Système de son qui semblait être connecté à un autre logement. Dépôt de sécurité très en danger Crise d’anxiété assurée après un week-end (pendant covid19.. en temps normal, sûrement que c’est moins pire) Je pense sincèrement qu’ils devraient s’abstenir d’en faire la location pendant la pandémie pour éviter de devoir rebâtir une réputation part la suite.

The place definitely matches the description. Beautiful, large and in an amazing location. Pretty much close to anything you would need downtown. The check-in process was smooth, and Gaetan was super nice and friendly. A few issues I found: the kitchen stools are super worn out and flimsy (pretty dangerous). Another issue was the cleanliness as my room's shower was super dirty, there was a stain on my pillow covers, and a stain on one of my towels. Pretty much just got an apology for that. Another issue is they charge you $250 for a key fob if you lose it (they give you 4), which is quite ridiculous to be honest since I found the exact same key fob online for $8.99, and you'd just have to pay to program it. Overall I would stay there again for sure, but some stuff they need to tweak for sure.

可能我在爱彼迎上的订房生涯就要止于这一单了。我在退房后，房东说我把厨房台面搞破了，要我赔近三万元。我们家庭出游，早出晚归，根本都没有用厨房。也没有人那么无聊会去做这样的事情。大理石台面要砸一个坑，还是需要力气的。谁吃饱了会这样做呢？如果订民宿有这么大的风险，我以后只会住宾馆。房子本身就有点破旧，要挑你毛病，哪里都可以挑出来。而且我在入住时，已经发现一个房间的移门是坏的。稍用力就会砸下来，房东不检查？如果检查了，不维修，也没有告知房客，出事了事情又算谁的？我坚绝维权到底！！！

This is an unbelievably located apartment for a bachelor party. The design is sleek, the amenities (six TVs, two refrigerators, a beautiful master bath, I could go on...) all make your stay feel stylish and incredibly functional. Not to mention staying right in the heart of Montreal, with easy access to the Old Port, downtown (obviously), Mount Royal, and any other locations you would want to visit (max 20-30 minute Uber ride). Every member of the group was blown away and created memories that will last forever.

Endroit très bien situé, bon service à la clientèle en général, malheureusement endroit plutôt sales.. j’ai déjà appelé à la réception d’une hôtel pour beaucoup moins que cela et je ne suis pas du genre difficile. Plusieurs saletés sur les plancher, restant de pop corn / chips sur les planchers , poiles dans les lavabos et les toilettes. Serviettes et tapis des sales de bain tachés/jaunis. Trou plâtré sur les murs dans la plus part des chambres ! Et j’en passe .. un px décevant pour le prix et surtout qu’on paie plus de 200$ de frais de ménage ..

Great apartment right downtown. We were only four people but the apartment could comfortably accommodate 10+ guests. The kitchen and living room are huge and well stocked with plates, cutlery, appliances, etc. The bedrooms had comfortable beds, tv and great bathrooms with multi jet showers. Everything was clean and well maintained. There are restaurants, cafes and lots of shopping just outside the door.

We were in town for a bachelor party and I couldn't have designed a more perfect AirBnb for the occasion. This place is located in the heart of downtown, walking distance to most things including the Parc du Mont Royal hike and Chez Paree, and only a short cab ride pretty much anywhere in the city. The space itself is massive - huge living room/kitchen area with Sonos and built in speakers, plenty of fridge space for beverages, huge TV. It's so big that we didn't discover the 5th bathroom in the main area until our 3rd day there. You enter on your own private elevator so no concerns about people down the hall. And the bedrooms are as nice as the pictures advertise - most have king or queen size beds with comfortable mattresses. Unexpected amenity - the showers in this place are unbelievable. Check-in/check-out was super easy, the place was clearly well taken care of, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommended.

This place was perfect for our bachelorette getaway weekend! The location is excellent. We were right beside lots of shopping, walking distance to great restaurants only a 12 dollar cab to “old Montreal” and it was so great that we were able to all be together all weekend, vs being in separate rooms at a hotel. Strongly recommend for anyone looking for a girls weekend! There were 8 of us and it was perfect. Showers were amazing. And the kitchen is surprisingly stocked with utensils/glasses etc. Sonos sound system was also a great warm feature. We did not regret staying here.

This place is amazing! Seriously a gem of a find. The pictures are great, but it is really so much nicer in person. You walk in from the elevator right into the HUGE common area. A beautiful large kitchen, huge sitting space, and many large windows. Each bedroom has their own bathroom plus a powder room in the common area. We were 9 girls that stayed there and we all had enough room to get ready at the same time to go out! It was better than any hotel suite we could have found. The location is amazing, right near shops, restaurants, and a very short walk to Mont Royal park. Yan was a great host and answered all our questions ahead of time. I definitely recommend this place and would look forward to staying here again when I'm in Montreal.

They never clean the floor you need to bring your own cleaning supplies
The apartment it’s amazing, a lot of space and the location is perfect. This is where you want to be when you visit Montreal. I give 3 stars because the floor is filthy, they never wash it. This is second time we rented this apartment and we made a request to wash the floor or to leave the cleaning supplies knowing from the first time how dirty the floor is. I payed a cleaning fee for this apartment and the job wasn’t done as requested. You need a new cleaning company if you want your customers to return to your apartment. We travel to Montreal every other month and because our basic requirements were not meet we will have to find another place like Marriott across the street. Also the bar chairs are all broken they are dangerous to use.

The stay is so downtown that Bell center located itself at two street corners. There is plenty of room for a large group and the kitchen island is just the longest ever. Bedrooms are pretty cosy too.

One day in Presidential loft
Great location, very spacious and well equipped (some maintenance required on some plumbing accessories, but functional) Check-in: Need to meet someone at the building to obtain keys. That person does a good job showing and explaining the place. Lobby: Need to be maintained better. Strong smell upon arrival does not leave good first impression. I would recommend the place.

We were planning a bachelor party in Montreal during the Formula One weekend. At the time, the Holland Hotel Presidential Loft was one of few places that could accomodate our group. It was pricier than what we wanted to spend but we had to bite the bullet as a lot of the hotels were already sold out. When we arrived, we had no idea that it was in the heart of the Formula One area of downtown Montreal. As the elevator opened and when we saw the place, it was the perfect venue for us to have our group, tons of space, and the bedrooms and washrooms were nothing short of incredible. The TV was perfect for when we watched the Raptors play in the finals and the Stanley Cup Finals too. The perfect place for our venue! We will definitely be coming back!

Fun place to stay with friends.
We stayed for three nights at the lofts at Holland Hotel. We enjoyed the place and its modern decor. The location was great for walking to many different sites, including the hop on/hop off bus. The kitchen was well equipped, although we didn't really do any cooking. We had four couples and it was very spacious for our group. The only negative was that there was no place to unpack your belongings because of the modern decor in the bedrooms. There was only a closet in each room so bring lots of hangers to hang everything you bring with you. My other complaint is that the person checking us in was an hour late. After a seven hour drive to get there, that was quite disappointing. However, he made up for it by extending our check out time by an hour. Also, there is no onsite parking, but there is a good lot around the corner. When you arrive at the parking garage, the door is down and it appears that the place is closed. But if you go to the door and walk through, there is someone inside who will open the garage door for you. It would have been helpful to know this in advance as the hotel had recommended this garage. Overall, a fun place to stay.

Very Dirty
The location was the only thing good about this place. The apartment was very dirty and the bed sheets were soiled and had not been changed so we ended up washing our own sheets. The towels were soiled and in need of replacement. The couches were very uncomfortable and also soiled.The quality of the place was in very poor condition. All in all this place needs help. Very over priced for what you are getting in terms of cleanliness.
