The neighbourhood is a bit tired and the street a little noisy, but the apartment was very nice. The acception was fast and they check up on you and give you all the tools you need from how to use stuff in the loft!! Very clean and they also answer very fast. DO NOT STAY HERE The appartment was beautiful it looked just like the pictures. However……. You’re required to also put down a $500 deposit on a third party website which I found sketchy. The real problem was that there were so many homeless people around the entrance of the air bnb to the point where we had to wait outside of our cars for them to move. They screamed all night long every night. The air bnb owners did not care about this and told us it was not their problem. I’ve stayed many places and have never had anything bad to say but I felt very unsafe the whole trip with this going on. I’m my opinion I would have rather stayed in a dump than to have to deal with feeling unsafe the whole Christmas trip. They were literally in a gated entry way that was supposed to be locked. Trust me just don’t do it.

We had a great stay at milton parc! The location is great but it is noisy. The building itself was very quiet but there’s lots going on right outside (sirens, car alarms, people yelling) they may wake you up. Also note that there aren’t any blackout curtains, just sheer drapes on the large window so it gets quite bright in the mornings. Very modern and clean and has everything you would need. Love the dual sink and dual shower heads. Overall would recommend!

The apartment itself was perfect. Exactly what it looks like on the pictures and very luxurious. It was walking distance from just about every part of the city we wanted to explore, so once we found a spot to park our car, there wasn’t really a need for it afterwards. In terms of the room itself and the walkability, zero complaints. However, the neighborhood the Airbnb was in was pretty sketchy. There is a very high homeless population on the street that is not afraid to approach you, which was a pretty disappointing drawback.

The apartment was great and super comfortable. The service was also great with Simplissimo. The location, not so much. The homeless population was incredibly loud at all hours of the day and night. It felt pretty sketchy right outside the loft apartment walking around. Also, parking our car was challenging, and there was no way to safely lock our bikes up inside the building, which also posed an issue at night because we didn’t feel safe locking them up outside the building we were staying.

The space was very clean and looked exactly as displayed in the pictures. Instructions were also very clear, so an easy check-in. Only issue I had was finding parking, other than that great place, would recommend.

I only wish that the great kitchen came with more kitchen appliances / kitchen utensils! The area was also a bit sketchy at times, especially at night. But for how nice the place was, it was definitely such a good deal price wise.

The check-in was a bit more complicated than necessary but given some of the horror stories about bad guests at Air BnB locations I can cut them some slack. It is a little further from the busier parts of the old port than we would have liked but in slightly warmer weather it wouldn't have been a big deal. Overall it was a nice spot for the weekend.

Parking was easy, we were able to park right in front of the apartment on the street 3 out of 4 days. The other day we parked at a underground parking very close. There's an AMAZING cafe in the same building and restraunts all around that we enjoyed. The only negative is we're from a small town so not really used to the neighborhood but it wasn't a big deal. Deffinetly reccomend staying here you won't regret it!

Negative: Mise en place d'une consigne pour ses bagages car il faut quitter l'appartement avant 11H00 et la plupart des vols pour l'Europe partent en soirée. Il faut utiliser une application pour laisser ses bagages dans un autre hôtel en attendant son vol. Le Wifi était parfois capricieux en soirée. Beaucoup de sans abris présents et bruyants au pied de l'immeuble.

Positive: The loft looked as advertised. If you needed to use the kitchen facilities during your stay that was nice. Bed was comfortable. Negative: I had to clean all the surfaces. Bar stools were dirty. Floors were marked up. They use a strong air refresher that did not smell great. The dish washer in our unit doesn’t have a soft stop and opened right to the floor hitting our feet twice. Unfortunately there are also homeless people right outside your door, I hate to complain about that but you were constantly asked for money when entering and leaving the property. Luckily it was cold outside so we didn’t do much exploring in the area. There was a loud get together in the building but because there is no concierge nothing could be done about it at that time at night aside from calling the police which we didn’t want to do.

A cama é confortável. Negative: Para ser 5 estrelas tudo precisa estar 100%. Então algumas pequenas coisas precisam ser ajustadas. O pendurador de toalha não está bem fixado. Uma das duchas não está bem fixada e o chuverinho está meio caído. A TV do quarto dizia que ´não tem sinal´ (a limpeza deve ter desconectado algum cabo) e portanto não funcionou. Para que o controle remoto da TV da sala funcione vc precisa ir até debaixo da TV senão não consegue trocar de canal. Para se apresentar como 5 estrelas nada disso poderia acontecer. Informei os problemas ao hotel no dia da minha chegada e avisei que não era nada tão grave que precisasse ajuste imediato, mas sugeri acertar antes da entrada do próximo cliente. É verdade que existem pessoas sem teto morando na rua perto da propriedade, mas isso não é culpa da acomodação. Eles estendem a mão pedindo dinheiro quando vc passa, mas nenhum incomodo maior.

Positive: The modern design of the loft and the large double shower. Nice apartment layout. Close to restaurants, malls, banks. The King bed was spacious. Given lots of towels for shower, drying hands and washing your face. Negative: I wasn't a fan of the dirty sofa. In each of the button areas - you saw dust, hair, food crumbs. You could tell that the sofa is not really cleaned up thoroughly. One tea cup, one glass drinking cup for a couple is not very realistic. Need more forks as well. There was only one fork between my hubby and me. The set up of the main TV and box made it difficult to change channels. It should be moved from behind the TV to a spot where you can change the channel from anywhere on chairs. The bedroom TV had issues connecting to the WiFi and staying connected. I couldn't get someone to help with this because it would not be considered an emergency. Not a fan of the difficulty found with parking.

Positive: emplacement, décor, ambiance tout y est pour bien relaxer en amoureux Tellement aimé que nous avons loué un week-end en octobre dans un autre édifice leur appartenant et surement pas notre dernière réservation Negative: stationnement pas évident et pas les options nous les découvrons sur place. Manque capsules à café pour un séjour de 2 jours, pas de linge à vaiselles et un plus grand nombre de serviettes et produits ménager seraient bien pour les séjours de plus d'une journée. Mais que de petits détails

The traffic noise is low at night but picks up in the early morning. There was a big pile of trash next to the main entrance while we were there. Not sure if it's from the store downstairs or the rental units upstairs. But we had to walk past it every time we got in and out. Otherwise, the unit is very modern and stylish, with quality furniture, and very convenient to downtown.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Milton Parc! It was exactly what I was looking for. I would love to give it 5 stars; however, there were a few small maintenance issues. There were a few door handles and wall hooks that need tightening, some light bulbs that need changing, remote battery covers that wouldn't stay on, and the dishwasher did not seem to work (and the door needs to be fixed). Additionally the bed sheets/comforter were both (understandably) a bit stained, and smelled a little too strongly of bleach. One recommendation would be to leave instructions on how guests can connect their devices to the smart TV's via the wifi, as it was a concussing process. Despite these few things I would most certainly stay there again, as would I recommend it to others! It was a very pleasant, and private space. The layout worked very well. I spent a lot of time in the shower, it was so lovely. Check-in/out, and the keyless entry made for a smooth uninterrupted stay. The location, despite its proximity to a few groups of vagrants, was convenient in terms of getting groceries or 24hr food/alcohol. There is even a chic chocolate restaurant downstairs for those with a sweet tooth! I look forward to booking at Milton Parc in the future, maybe a different apt, just to mix it up!

Worth the Experience
My stay at the Lofts Milton Parc was absolutely wonderful and better than I had expected. I had rented a room as a staycation for my birthday. Within those two days, I had friends come and go to wish me a HBD. At one point however, I did go over the permitted capacity. Instead of simply kicking us out or deducting my security deposit, with the utmost professionalism, the security advised that after 11pm, only 2 people should remain in the room; which was respected. He was very understanding and cordial and even wished me a happy birthday🤗. The room looked exactly as it appeared to be online; probably even better. Very clean, a large space to move around, gorgeous his and her showers and beautiful wall art. The loft came with a full kitchen with all appropriate utilities. The location was convenient as it is situated near multiple stores, restaurants, saq, not far from transportation or the sqdc (lol). They have great thick walls , to be honest we rarely; maybe even ever heard noise from neighbouring rooms. Unlike other hotels there is no concierge, However, this is more of an independent loft style lodging. If you are familiar with Airbnb and are comfortable with it, this is definitely the place for you. Other than that, everything else was amazing. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who would like a place where they can get their money’s worth, loves privacy and needs a place to relax and unwind, especially in the mists of this pandemic!

The place was beautiful and super clean! The amenities were great too. A couple notes: the garbages were not emptied and the smell that came from them was not pleasant. There was only 1 wine glass which resulted in my partner and I having to drink out of a coffee cup... not a big deal! Aside from those two things would totally recommend.

Lack of enforcement with apartment rules.
A massive house party happened above us the entire night we stayed that was only broken up at 11 yet still continued. It ruined our entire stay, and we had to leave a poor review on AirBnb as well as here. This was a crazy amount of money to spend on a place we did not feel comfortable in for any longer than 30 minutes. We will never be back and will not recommend this place to anyone.

Each night we were greeted at the door by multiple homeless people. So bad that we could not even enter the unit without stepping over sleeping bodies. The parking lot that you pay for through Milton Parc is in a alley way convenience store. There was someone in our spot and a random man from the conscience store came out and moved the car. Again this parking lot is VERY Unsafe and we were approached by homeless every time we left and returned. Milton Parc would not refund us or move us to another location, so we left and paid for our own accommodations to get away from this terrible spot. Terrible customer service and I explained multiple times how unsafe it is. Thankfully Expedia was kind enough to help us (after 3 days of calling) I would never stay here.

A summer weekend at Hotel Milton-Parc
The unit that we stayed in was really lovely, with a modern urban aesthetic and lots of nice appliances and furniture. It seemed like a great place for a long-term stay, as the kitchen was quite well-equipped and there was a washer/dryer and ample closet space. The neighborhood is near McGill University, so ur leans young and hip. Unfortunately the front entrance is a bit recessed from the street and seems to be a popular nook for public urination, so there’s a bit of an odor as you reach the front lobby space. We had no trouble getting into the unit and the building itself felt quite secure. There were some insects in our room (small gnats/flies and a large, somewhat scary hornet-type creature) but otherwise our stay was comfortable.

Pleasant Stay
The check in process was easy to follow. The studio was spacious for two people and very clean. It's a double sink bathroom and the shower has shower heads at both ends. The unit has a stacked washer and dryer but no laundry detergent but we didn't plan on doing laundry anyway. The bed is in good shape and not sunken in. Bedroom closet had an iron and plenty of room for hanging with hangers. A TV in the bedroom and living room. Kitchen has a large island with barstools. There are oven, fridge, dish washer, double sided sinks. Plenty of pots and pans and utensils were provided. Living room has black out shade which kept the unit dark and quiet in the morning. Wished there's luggage holding service but that's part of not staying at a hotel. There are homeless people downstairs and you can hear them in the morning if you're in the living room. On the day we left we were waiting downstairs for Uber and two homeless people went into the Cacao70 restaurant that was next to the unit. Bus stops are on the corners of the block. Subway station is a few minutes walk away. It's steps away from the market and a block away from bakery shop. Restaurants and cafes also within walking distance. We walked to Bouillon Bilk the first night. Highly recommend the restaurant. Location is about 10 minutes bus ride to downtown. I liked the central location since we visited downtown, old Montreal, Mont Royal, Jean Talon market, miles end, and botanical garden. I would stay here again for our next trip.

My only problem is with the check out time and the chores one has to do before leaving, I mean come on we already paid a hefty cleaning fee, why should we take the trash out and do dishes. One already has so much of their own stuff to take care of on the day of check out and that too by 11am it's not convenient from a guest's perspective at all.

A good place to stay in beautiful Montreal
The rental unit was beautiful and had plenty of space. It was ideally located and it was stylish and impressive. However, there were some small negatives. First, it wasn't ready when we arrived at our check in time. We travelled 5.5 hours only to sit on the sofa while the unit was cleaned. After she was done, it wasn't perfect, but adequate. Clearly she was rushed by finishing late. The entry door had damage and was recently Polly filled, but not completed and the dishes were dirty. Parking was very expensive and the main window needs to be resealed as it was very drafty. However, we had a great time in Montreal and would stay at your hotel again.

Loved this place!
Clean, modern, spacious, and quiet. Had everything you need for a short or long stay. PLUS, the shower is the best shower I've ever been in. Highly recommend.

Great boujiee place to stay
This was an awesome place to stay. I was here for 4 days. My only complaint is that the pillows are a little flat, more toilet paper should had been provided and maybe a sponge in the kitchen. Other than that amazing place and decor as well as great location. Thank you so much for the beautiful accommodation.

Outstanding location, great value for a home away from home
Love the location of this place. There is a spin studio right next door. A grocery store a block away and Starbucks, Freshi and Tim Horton's on the same block. A huge convenience to anywhere and walkable to the city Centre. Bring Nespresso original pods, then you can enjoy a nice coffee. A real home away from home.
