We enjoyed staying in Milton Park Apt. The place is very spacious and quiet. The location is super easy, walkable distance from McGill University which is what we wanted. There are a lot of restaurants in the area. Just know there is no table in the apartment (there is a large bar area with chairs). If you need to work with a computer for a few hours, the bar is your only option. We made it work. Beds are very comfortable.

Only thing which are really details are some of the finishes like a duck tape to cover a hole in the wall on the side of the TV. An open hole accross from the kitchen. This was a beautiful place to stay. It doesn’t include two bathrooms as it says in the description, however the one washroom is nice and big. We couldn’t get the water temperature working right, it was always burning hot. When we arrived, there were about 10 homeless people that were in the entrance which did dishearten us and made us feel a bit unsafe, we couldn’t get our luggage through. But the coffee shop owner helped us a bit to get them to leave and mentioned they hang out there every so often. But other than that we had a great time, when we got inside, the pictures don’t do it justice, it is modern, beautiful and clean.

This property is advertised as having 2 bathrooms, but only has one. However, the one bathroom is quite nice. To adjust the water temperature take a rag and put it around the knob then twist with all your might. After 3 or 4 tries the knob will move a little. The "bedrooms" are actually sleeping areas surrounded by partitions that go about 3/4 of the way up to the ceiling. There are no doors on the so-called bedrooms. You can hear anything and everything going on anywhere in this apartment from anywhere else in this apartment. This is particularly true of the bathroom, which tends to amplify every sound and more or less broadcast it throughout the unit. The only coffee machine is a Nespresso espresso maker. If you already own a Nespresso, bring some of your pods with you. We were only given 2 pods for 4 people for 3 days. So, if you want to make coffee in the morning you will have to go to a specialty store and buy the pods yourself. Fortunately, there's a Starbucks across the street. It would have been nice to not have to go out for coffee on a 18F morning. On the good side, the beds are great - very big and comfortable. The apartment is also in a nice neighborhood with stores and services located nearby.

What a cute place to stay with another couple. We had everything we needed to make our 4 day visit comfortable.
Positive: The security, close to restaurants, close to bus stops. Negative: We really loved the property and stay, but if we had to mention anything it would be; the vagrants at entrance of property. Pillow cases too rough, and had to sleep with a t-shirt over the pillow. Mold in the washer.

I disagree with (and question) the comments using the word "luxury" because this place had many uncomfortable features. First: great location, very big space, excellent host communication. I've never left a negative review, but I believe additional details should appear in the description, especially at the price: *Neither bedroom has a door. The main floor bedroom is like a cubicle- the walls end about 1 meter (yard) below the ceiling, and one of the walls is glass, so you are constantly visible to other guests when you go to bed. Also no way to block the sunshine coming in the bedroom from kitchen *Staircase leading down from loft bedroom is dangerous because it is black and invisible at night. Needs safety tape to line the steps (very high risk at night to go to bathroom which is on main floor) *Concrete walls/floors create very loud echo. If one guest in on the phone or watching TV, the other guest must listen. No privacy at all *Bathroom door is glass, very awkward

Les serviettes sont très reches, l'appartement à de gros courant froid, le bruit des portes avoisinantes, pas de panier d'acceuille comme certaine compagnie offrent, rien qui justifie le prix pour la nuit. Surtout quand tu te présentes à l'avant dans l'entrée et qu'il y a une odeur insoutenable d'urine ... beaucoup d'ittinérant à l'entrée qui semblaient en psychose et menaçant. Donc encore une fois je compare au cout vs sécurité et commodité, c'était okay sans wow pour le prix. Outre celon le service est rapide, simple et courtois :) J'ai adorer leur rapidité quand j'ai éprouvé des difficultés à entré dans l'immeuble et j'ai aussi vraiment aimé le système simple et efficace de l'entreprise pour log in et check out!

Our stay at MiltonParc was wonderful. Check-in was seamless and the loft was the perfect size for three of us. It’s located directly beside a restaurant and there is a grocery, pharmacy and convenience store less than 3 mins away. It was a short driving distance from everything downtown. The host was kind enough to return my glasses after I lost them after checkout. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

The photos of this beautiful place do not do it justice. It is lovely with immaculately clean floors, kitchen, rooms, bathroom. One thing you can never know about these listings is what it smells like. This is situated on top of Cacao 70 which is a chocolate fondue place. The smells are yummy! The location is very close to Schulich School of Music. Definitely recommend staying here!

Positive: We really love the place. The place was sparkling clean and the beds were the best! It is also very quiet during our stay which was a bonus. Negative: Unfortunately there's no free parking. If you come home early you might have to pay for street parking for a bit and then the rest of the night is free depending on what time it says on the parking. There were also homeless people right infront of the building during our stay. They kept bothering us for some food/money every time we come home..

Positive: Rien Negative: l’unité était tellement sale il y avait de la poussière datant de plusieurs semaines, la poubelle était remplie de gras de nourriture, la toilette était taché de selles, les planchers n’avaient pas été nettoyé depuis longtemps il y avait une boucle d’oreille sur le plancher de salle de bain, des cernes sur la table de salon, des cheveux partout dans les tables de chevets, une cigarette dans le garde robe, il n’y avait pas deau chaude, le lave-vaisselle était plein, la finition du logement en médiocre, les murs sont dégoûtants, la mural d’air climatisé remplit de poussière. je n’ai jamais vue un unité aussi sale et mal entretenue. le service à la clientèle est épouvantable, nous ne sommes pas restés à dormir vue la situation et ils n’ont pas voulu nous rembourser malgré le manque d’hygiène. en plus que l’hygiène devrait être encore plus grand avec la pandémie inacceptable.

Positive: Gorgeous and spacious loft. Location is close to many sites (my friend and I walked most days), including Mount Royal and the art museum. Negative: The loft was not properly clean prior to our arrival. There was dust on the lighting fixture (someone even wrote in the dust so it was really obvious), one of the bathroom sinks was plugged and there was tape on the walls (assuming from the previous visitors). I sent photos to the host and they responded immediately, but only said that they use a cleaning service. Nothing was done about the state of the loft while we stayed, which was unfortunate. The loft is gorgeous and if it was given the maintenance it needed, it would have been an exceptional experience.

Clean and quiet Strict and respectful of guests Other than these mostly fixable and external factors, the appartement is quite stunning. Negative: - The cleaning was fine but some shit stains on the toilet bowl and the sheets were stained. NOTE: that the neighborhood is a rough part of Montreal. I’m originally from mtl so i know this. Alot of homeless and squatters so, really if you have a car just be careful. Parking isn’t free but not too expensive on the street which they should mention. - We had a description of the Strict rules before booking and then, we got a message explaining the rules AGAIN. And then after arrival around 9 pm we got a visit from the owner to explain the rule AGAAAAINNNNN and then before leaving we got a message about the rules AGAIINNNNNNNNN!!!! I mean we got it the first time. 1 reminder or 2 MAX, would be just fine especially since we were very respectful of these rules. I felt like that was a bit overboard and limit unprofessional. Just an advise: for those of us who actually want to clean up, having a broom and mop would be nice especially since the vacuum is broken.

Positive: No comment Negative: Le quartier est pauvre et il y a plein d'itinérants qui nous sollicitent et de drogués. On ne se sent pas en sécurité à l'extérieur, Il y a plein de déchet dans la rue. Le code à la porte ne fonctionnait pas, le concierge nous a aidé à communiquer avec l'hôte pour avoir le bon code pour débarrer la porte. La finition du loft est lamentable. La cuisine n'est pas équipée suffisamment: pas de poêle, pas de plaque de four, pas de coupes de vin, pas de guénilles et de linge à vaisselle..... Il y a seulement 1 cup à café par personne par jour. À notre arrivée la plaque de cuisson était sale. Le lave vaisselle est tout croche. Le lit du haut enfonce dans le milieu. Le canapé est raide et déchiré. Il n'y a pas de manette de TV et le terminal est coincé derrière la télé donc la manette ne l'atteint pas. Nous sommes restés embarrer sur la terrasse parce que le manche de protection est lousse et est retombé. Nous étions 4 et il y a seulement 2 chaises sur la terrasse dont une tout déchirée.

When arrived in, we found awful dusty in the everywhere in the room, such as sofa in the living room, top work in the kitchen , wardrobe in the bedroom and so on. The key issue was that there was big blood mark on the duvet in upstair bedroom which we definitely cannot accept it due to hygiene concerns. Besides, as four of us lived in the apartment for 3 days, the accessories were not enough, only one plastic rubbish bags, 2 bathroom rolls, no kitchen rolls..... Negative: No comment

Un endroit vaste avec une déco incroyable. Le loft est situé en plein coeur de la rue St-Catherine. On peut aller à la pharmacie en urgence en moins de 10 minutes, en plus d'avoir pleines d'addresses intéressantes à proximité. Le loft est très bien équipé. Par contre, il n'y a pas de câble et impossible de se connecter à notre compte Netflix, mais il y a un bon système de son. Il y a 4 chambre dans le loft toutes situées dans un coin du loft et elles sont spacieuses et équipées de leur propre douche. La douche de la suite (Chambre 1) était fonctionnelle comparativement à celle de la chambre 3 qui ne donnait que de l'eau bouillante. En gros, l'endroit est beau et spacieux et bien équipé avec une localisation incroyable, il n'y a que de petits détails à réglé. Mais rien qui ne peut vraiment affecter votre séjour, je vous le recommande !

We were looking forward to going to this airbnb for both short vacations and interviews for potential work. Unfortunately we ran into some disappointments. There is parking available next to the building but it entails a 8 spaces parking where you pay the corner store who owns it. It is highly probable place for getting your car scratched given the tight space and quite busy street. In addition, it should also be noted that this apartment is also in a somewhat rougher area of town with much homelessness around (hence also sketchy parking). While the inside appear luxurious, the outside is drastically different and I would not recommend for people that are less adventurous/looking for safe neighborhood. To my recollection, I do not recall this to be overtly said in the ads but correct me if I am wrong. This aspect could easily be missed for someone who doesn’t know MTL well prior to booking. Upon getting on our floor where the apartment is located, there was a good amount of garbage, which consequently lead to a very unpleasant and unwelcoming smell throughout the hallways leading to the apartment. Walking into the apartment, the apartment looked as advertised but there was quite a few work-in-progress fixes happening (holes in wall and doors), something we could certainly live with. As we went to bed, we realized that one of the blind in the room was not going down in one of the bedrooms and one of the duvet was stained. The next morning we also realized that the shower was not working properly and only had burning hot water as the knob for temperature was not working. This over the rest of the stay became a major issue as the purpose of the stay was for interviews for prospective work opportunities and not being able to shower was a major drawback. We communicated with the host, who answered well, at somewhat slow pace (but this was bi-directional as I was interviews). Knowing that the host seem to be a company rather than an individual , I had high hope that they were going to be able to fix the issues. They promptly Cleared the garbage, provided a second duvet, which was much appreciated. They also mentioned that they would be working on getting the shower and blinds fixed. Over the day we had occasional back and forth until about 5PM where I was told they would look and get back to me. The next message I received was the next day (after checkout) that a plumber went yesterday but could not fix it and would do it today (unfortunately this was the day of checkout for us, had an interview that morning, with no possibilities of showering for the last two nights I had stayed there). Needless to say that this was highly deceiving, inconvenient and unfortunate as we hope that those are not details you would be focusing on in the midst of interviews for work. I should also mentioned that the blinds were also not fixed. Apart from that, the loft was as advertised. The pictures are representative of the rest of the apartment. There was enough plates cutlery and glasses to make food (minus a cookie baking sheet to make frozen food in the oven). The rest of the amenities were working well. Self check-in and check-out were well explained, no need to meet host which simplify the process in mtl. Overall, if all fixed (shower, blinds, finished dry wall, no stains on duvet) it would be a very good stay, keeping in mind that the neighborhood is on the rough side (ideal for younger couples in my opinion).

Great location and beautiful space. The beds were comfortable and there was enough closet space to place our belongings. The location was perfect. Super close to the grocery store and many restaurants around the area to eat. However when we arrived on our floor, the hallway immediately had a very strong garbage smell. Come to find that the garbage bins (that were not placed in a separate enclosed room) were located right outside our door that looked like they were left there the entire week. The garbage bins were not taken out during our stay, so the smell did creep into the apartment. When we arrived inside our space, there were 4 large flies that we had to get rid of, the mirrors of the closet door in the bedroom had finger prints, and there were dishes in the dishwasher that were not even cleaned. We also noticed that there were finger prints on the stove vent on either side which made sense because there was a music video filmed in the space from guests before us. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XxVuv6Cx_bg Overall, great location but I wouldn't stay here again. It's best to look elsewhere if you do not want to stay in a space that smells like garbage.

La TV dans la chambre principale ne marchait pas ..les verres étaient tous sale sauf les 2 premiers du devant ..je suis arrivée pour me servir un verre d’eau j’ai du passé à travers les 6 verres sales restants ..le plancher était sale ..sur le lit je me demandais pourquoi il y avait plein de poussière et de saleté jusqu’à ce que je regarde le dessous de mes pieds tout noir j’ai compris que les planchers étaient loin d’être propre ..pour finir je vais prendre une douche et il n’y à plus de savon dans le distributeur alors j’ai du me laver avec du shampoing ..

Let me start off by saying that the place was beautiful. The apartment was exactly as pictured and very easy to get to. The beds were very comfortable, the apartment was extremely clean, and everything worked as it should. My only complaint was the television situation. There are three TVs in the apartment, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. The TVs in the bedroom didn’t have any access to entertainment (not smart TVs and no cable boxes). In the living room, the tv is only a smart tv without a cable box and most of the apps on the smart tv are unavailable in Canada.

Upon arrival at 3:15 pm, the apartment had not been cleaned at all since the prior guests had left. I have never experienced anything like this. There was garbage, dirty dishes and cigarettes strewn about the living room and kitchen area. There was hair in the sinks and shower, and urine in the toilet. Both beds were unmade. After discovering the apartment had not been cleaned, I immediately called the number provided by the host to alert them to this fact. I was transferred twice and hung up on once. When I finally spoke to the person who appeared to be in charge, he said he would send a cleaning person who was "already in the building." No one came, and an hour later I had to call again. He acted surprised and insisted he would take care of the issue and have someone to the house in 15 minutes. Apologizing, he insisted he would make it right by leaving a gift of "a nice bottle of wine" the next day. (I didn't particularly want a bottle of wine but at least the gesture was appreciated). 45 minutes after this conversation, hearing nothing further from the host, I called AGAIN when the cleaning person still had not arrived. It was now around 5:00 and I had to deliver an ultimatum of cancelling the reservation, after which the apartment was finally clean around 7:45pm. After all that, the host never even brought the bottle of wine that he promised.... Additinoally, the apartment is in an uninteresting and sketchy part of town that I would suggest avoiding--it features lots of homeless, including some buzzing our unit in the middle of the night trying to gain access, and grafitti on nearby buildings and on the patio of the apartment (not visible in listing photos).

This is certainly a beautiful, spacious loft apartment matches its description. All the furnitures and appliances are very good. A few things have made our stay not perfect are: 1. Temperature, the upper floor was fine but the main floor was incredibly cold. We stayed there when the outside temperature was -26 degree. Maybe the heating system is not efficient enough to warm a whole floor since I set it to 30 degree but it only stayed at 20. Also, the extra thin blanket didn’t help much. 2. The cleaness could be improved. There was some dust on tables and some dried YELLOW blots on toilet rim.

This made my trip uncomfortable because the heating system was a little hard to use and the temperature remained cold the whole time, with -20 weather that weekend I personally got sick. Also we were left with one garbage bag, 1 roll of toilet paper, and 1 roll of paper towel, lack of basic amenities like sugar and coffee. Even though a coffee machine is advertised didn’t make any use of it. The door in the bathroom and to the bathroom was coming loose and falling apart, which made it very difficult to get in and out. When I tried to contact the host about these various things I didn’t get a response, but instead was asked to pay $150 for things that were already like that when I go to the condo. I definitely overall liked the place, and I understand it’s holiday season and everyone is busy but lack of communication and working out some the kinks could make this a better property to stay at.

It looks like the picture: a very modern stylish place. It is very well laid out. We were happy but here are some comments mostly critical in nature or at least things people should be aware of. Although it contained numerous pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc. the kitchen is not well provisioned with dishwasher soap, salt, pepper, coffee, etc. The good new is there is a grocery store very close. Although very nice inside, the outside access is frequently littered with garbage and occupied by homeless for shelter. A scary first impression that is only removed when you enter your suite. The windows overlook an alley where less than pleasant events are heard to happen if the windows are open. You have AC so the windows don't have to open. The building is close to McGill University so there are mostly students and academics on the streets. Lots of amenities, including coffee shops, grocery stores and pharmacies within a block. It's a very nice place and neighbourhood, but if the negatives I list would bother you, you now know better.

Really enjoyed our stay. This was a fantastic location to explore Montreal. There was a parking garage that we used about a block away for $20/night and exited at an underground shopping area with a market and cinema. Walking distance to clubs and fantastic restaurants in the Plateau neighborhood. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, exactly as depicted in the pictures. Check in was smooth and easy with Yan's instructions. I recommend this apartment.

Beautiful place, modern, nice decoration, spacious, and felt luxurious, once inside. Unfortunately it is surrounded by homeless/drunks that are very harassing. I felt like it was their street. They took over that whole area. Was not pleasant. But thankfully the way the building entry is set up, it was pretty safe. I was expecting the place to be recently renovated based on the pictures, and the price I paid for one night, but it was not the case. The couch was ripped and there was tape put over it to cover the rip…. The wood table was cracked in the middle. There were spots on the wall on the kitchen. The floors were scratched. There was no furniture for the patio. Ceiling was damaged, and their were missing cooking trays for the oven, as well as champagne glasses. When I tried to call the extension number provided to me to ask about the trays, the machine said that extension does not exist. But, the replies to my messages on the app were pretty quick. Overall I have to say that it is a beautiful place, and I enjoyed my stay, but it was obvious it has been through a lot. It needs a little refresher for the prices being charged. Especially since it is not being rented out for parties… Thank you:)

J’ai adoré la place. Le seul problème c’est le nombre de personnes que on avait droit qui embrouille les gens. Au moment de la réservation on dit clairement que on a droit à quatre autres visiteurs si réserve Un Loft a deux chambres Techniquement logic mais Cela n’était pas respectée Avec la sécurité.

Hi i am user since more then 10 years now , and i always had a 5star review, this is my first bad review for a host. My girl friend book this place for my birthday and she did me a birthday surprise invited more then 5 poeple over at the place, i understand it was outside the rules, i explain to her the rules and she didn know so we only stay for the cake and we left, i didn even sleep there with my girl because the Manager came and i even explain him the situation and i understand that we are in Covid and i told him me and my friend we all gona leave. He came around 10:30 we all left at 10:50 i didn want to stay because of his rude atttiude , i think is ways to talk to poeple with respect , i understand that all the host have the rules and i always respect the house rules , i told him we all gona leave and he was treating me by phone calling me non caller id ... telling me that now we are being spoted and watched .. That was my worst experience ever ... i dont understand why this person call me No Caller id and trating me over the phone .. for reall .. woww .. best gift ever ... anyways now i will talk about the place ... everything look amazing from the first step inside the appartment ... but the TV didnt work .. the couch is a lot of little holes of cigarette burn and they cover with black tape , the table in the middle not solid at all and in the washroom only one Towel. This is my bad experience with airbnb , i invite you to book it and try by your own and you wil understand ... look amazing from the outside but when get Inside is another history. This is my bad reviews 0 start for the communication and the manager call me no caller id and treating me 3 star for cleaning 4 star for the presentation and area location Thank you

Worst birthday
Hi today I'm requesting this money because on my birthday I rented this place for my birthday. We were about 5people before 7pm . The host contacted me to make sure at 7pm we only 4 in the room. My best friend left 5mins after 7pm. The host was watching the camera called us to make sure my friend leave. He said I will call the police if u guys are more then 4 were 5. My friend leave 10mins the cops came asking question saying the host called because we were to much it was 1 person extra. The cops pretty killed the vibe and on top of the the host told.me if there was 1 extra person he will unlock the door all night and that's what he did with no heads up and the extra personleft on camera so it was unfair for me . So I couldn't sleep there and I did even enjoy my 29th bday. I left the airbnb the same night there same a party the door right new to me they were over 10 people and these people were coming in my place because the door was unlock

Unnacceptable...
A nice interior place is all that it is. During my stay there was a very big invasion of privacy with the host calling then asking personal questions, as well as possibly having cameras inside the appartment watching you when he is not supposed to. It is very underwhelming from the outside and it is located in a neighborhood that does not look or feels safe at all. We were a total of 5 girls (3 staying over, 2 guests) and we were too scared to leave the appartment once it got dark to even go out for a walk because we felt it was so unsafe.

Je ne le recommande pas.
Le quartier est pauvre et il y a plein d'itinérants qui nous sollicitent et de drogués. On ne se sent pas en sécurité à l'extérieur, Il y a plein de déchet dans la rue. Communication seulement en anglais....? Le code à la porte ne fonctionnait pas, le concierge nous a aidé à communiquer avec l'hôte pour avoir le bon code pour débarrer la porte. La finition du loft est lamentable. La cuisine n'est pas équipée suffisamment: pas de poêle, pas de plaque de four, pas de coupes de vin, pas de guénilles ni de linge à vaisselle..... Il y a seulement 1 cup à café par personne par jour. À notre arrivée la plaque de cuisson était sale. Le lave vaisselle est tout croche. Le lit du haut enfonce dans le milieu. Le canapé est raide et déchiré. Il n'y a pas de manette de TV et le terminal est coincé derrière la télé donc la manette ne l'atteint pas. Nous sommes restés embarrer sur la terrasse parce que le manche de protection est lousse et est retombé. Nous étions 4 et il y a seulement 2 chaises sur la terrasse dont une tout déchirée.

Needs work
The apartment itself was very nice and clean. However, the management needs to put a packet of information in the unit that explains how to use the various appliances including the fireplace, shower, tv, dishwasher, stove and washing machine. You can’t assume everyone knows how to use them. Plus, there needs to be emergency contact numbers available for when things go wrong or are broken. The shower was broken in our unit and only scalding water came out. I tried the 2 phone numbers I had in my emails and couldn’t reach anyone on a weekend. Even though I left a message, no one got back to me until after we checked out in Monday. Plus, we couldn’t figure out how to use the fireplace. That was too bad as it was a feature of the place that made me choose it for a winter weekend in Montreal.

The location is pretty great because the neighborhood has that authentic vibe and it close to many things. It was a great size for 2 people not sure about 4 with only 1 bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

C’est très bien comme appartement, cependant l’entretien ménager pourrait être améliorer ( beaucoup de poussière sur les lustres et le nettoyage de la plaque de cuisson et de la hotte de poêle). Manque de produit d’hygiène (papier de toilette). Il devrait y avoir des instructions écrites pour le fonctionnement de la télé Le décodeur est caché derrière la télé, donc le télécommande ne fonctionne pas si le décodeur n’est pas visible.

Fausse représentation
Ce n’était pas le même loft que j’avais choisi. Sur les photos c'était celui en brique à l'intérieur. Lorsque qu’on paie 500$ la nuitée, nous espérons avoir le même condo que sur les photos.. de plus aucun ouvre bouteille ni verres de vin. ( ils sont venu nous en porter par contre le soir tard donc au moins) et la tv le décodeur ne fonctionnait pas (et aussi un employé de maintenance est venu le soir tard) par contre je ne comprend pas encore qu’à ce prix, c’est supposé être des choses qu’on regarde si on les a avant que les clients arrivent...

Excellent place to stay while visiting Montreal
We have enjoyed our stay at the MiltonParc. Very nice and clean place, rooms are big, comfortable beds and other facilities. Very centrally located and we walked to most places. The cafe next door and really nice. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Montreal.

Mom and Daughter Montreal Getaway
Stayed at Milton Parc, Montreal for the second time this year, once in February and just recently in November 2018 with my Mom for 2 nights. I've stayed during off season dates which kept my travel cost down but allows for a luxurious way to take advantage of really cool accommodations. What I love most about the units are the kitchen amenities, large bathroom with 2 sinks, and if you are lucky enough have access to the upper level bedroom with a walk out to the roof top patio with a view of the cross atop Mont Royale and finally the location close walk and proximity to everything. I usually buy groceries from the local market which is a 2 minute walk away and then enjoy cooking up a storm while drinking wine. Love this place and am planning a family vacation next year with the hopes to book at least 3 units on the top floor. I absolutely recommend staying a Milton Parc, the Simmplissimo team make it easy and a secure way access the unit without a concierge desk, and ask questions anytime you need to speak to someone. They quickly respond.

Spacious room
As the title suggests, the room was very big. Much bigger than I expected, which was a plus. It was also clean and well organized, and gave more of a loft feeling than a regular hotel room. It would suit more as a partying room with such spaciousness i guess? Now the cons. This place has no lobby. The appearance of the hotel's building doesn't seem anything like it. No signs, logos, whatsoever. And no early check-in or baggage service is possible so if you are arriving early, MAKE NOTE OF IT!! Oh and our room had no tubs when I thought I was getting one. Annnd finally the construction. Is the hotel going through a renovation or something even when the visitors are there? Other than that, the overall experience was good enough. Great location with walkable distance to most of Montreal's desired places. Cacao 70 is right below so you can grab your brunch there.

Amazing facilities, easy check in
We had reserved 2 lofts at Milton Parc. There were 7 of us, and we had a wonderful time. The lofts are clean, and are equipped with everything you could want -- plenty of fresh towels, silverware, plates and glasses. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are large. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

Close to McGill, roomy and comfortable
Attended my daughter’s grad from McGill and needed a roomy space for 4 adults. Our suite 304 had two comfortable king beds and the most amazing shower. Full kitchen incl Nespresso and Magic Bullet, tons of space to hang clothes for 4 people for 3 days. Got lots of use out of the two umbrellas provided. Improvements to consider: provide a corkscrew and clothes washing soap, wifi was not that strong. Overall my family enjoyed staying there.
