    Un super appartement qui réjouira less gens qui veulent passer plusieurs jours à Montréal. Un vrai appartement dans lequel on peut "vivre" : cuisiner, ce qui évite les dépenses en restaurants. Il est idéalement situé : à 2 minutes du métro, 2 minutes de la rue Sainte Cahterine pour les boutiaues... que du positif!

We were offered compensation in the form of a voucher against another booking - this when we told them we had no plans for another stay in the country. Unimpressed by the lack of empathy and lack of service back up.

  36. Gute Location für Abenteuerlustige

    Positive: Kommt man in die Nähe der Unterkunft, äugt man erst einmal ... man ist sozusagen aus dem Glitzerviertel heraus. Viele Studenten, viele "Typen" auch einige Armut sieht mal ... was dem Sicherheitsempfinden jedoch keinen Abbruch tut. Die Unterkunft ist in einem Hochhaus, codegesichert und gut zu finden. Die Zimmer sind groß und hoch und gut (weil bequem) eingerichtet. Vor allem die Küche ist gut (wenn man kochen will). Muss man aber nicht weil umenum ganz viele internationale Imbisse sind. Die Dusche ist sehr schön (aber die Mischbatterie nicht so, weil es etwas länger dauert, ehe warmes Wasser kommt). Es hat Waschmaschine und Trockner - ein weiteres Plus. Negative: Kleinigkeiten - bei uns waren die Töpfe leider unsauber (wir haben nämlich mal selbst gekocht, die asiatischen und orientalischen Supermärkte auf der St. Catherine laden gerade dazu ein). Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist es auch, die Fenster nicht öffnen zu können sondern die Temperatur mit der Klimaanlage regeln zu müssen.

I don’t know how you can stay there, because the apartment is very dirty, worn out, dusty, repairs are not completed in some places, the window is so dirty that the lighting in the room is dim, there is no soap in the kitchen…. In this place where the house is located, a very noisy place, conversations are hidden, someone is yelling, it was difficult to sleep, there is no soundproofing. I also noticed that the dishes in the dishwasher are washed with laundry capsules and this is dangerous, it is harmful and the dishes stink of chemicals, I will provide a photo. This is truly outrageous. This is the first time I've had such a bad experience. My husband will contact the service, but nothing was removed, it was ridiculous! They don't care about the client. What was in the photos on this site and what is actually different things ... my mood was spoiled, my child could not play and crawl. Avoid this place for your own sake.

Auch der zahlencode hat mir gefallen, da man dich keine Sorgen um verlorene Schlüssel zu machen braucht. Das Bett war groß und gemütlich und auch die Regendusche mit vielen verschiedenen Einstellungen hat mir gut gefallen. 10/10, würde ich wieder buchen. Negative: Die Zimmer earen etwas kalt und wir haben keine Heizung gefunden, abgesehen davon war alles perfekt!

    Positive: The bed was super comfortable, the apartment was clean and the wifi was great -- I had to teach online during my stay and the connection worked well for this. There's lots of food places nearby, I recommend the dumpling shop just across the street! It was also super close to the metro. Negative: The lobby seemed a little unfinished. The area was noisy at night with lots of students out partying and shouting outside. Also, one morning when I woke up to grab breakfast, there was a homeless man sleeping on the ground in the foyer beside where you enter your passcode to get into the main lobby. I know the property can't help this as there is no staffed front desk, but just something to note.

Et pourquoi devoir présenter une 2e pièce d’identité? Ce n’était pas demandé au départ. Nous avons dû appeler le support à 3 reprises. - La poignée de réglage pour la chaleur de la douche était défectueuse. Elle n’était pas fixé convenablement et tombait facilement. Cela rendait très difficile le réglage la temperature de la douche. -Le lavabo de la salle de bain se rempli et prend un long moment pour se vider. Il doit être bloqué. Bref, considérant le prix beaucoup plus élevé qu’à l’habitude car il s’agissait de la fin de semaine de la saint-Valentin, je trouve que notre séjour ne valait pas le prix payé.

    On the day of my arrival, in the beginning I just received the access code to the apartment and the wifi password. I did not have the access code to the building and the elevators. At the beginning I thought it is the same thing but after I stayed more than an hour in front of the building with all my luggage because I called and there was no one to answer me it was 7 p.m. at roughly. After an hour standing in front of the door, luckily a tenant helped me to access with his code. I got the first response from Simplissimo at 8:30 p.m. and that's when they gave me the building and elevators code. it was a very poor service.

    Les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité, j’ai retrouver ma chambre avec des plafonds encore en travaux je trouve ça irrespectueux ! L’homme que j’ai eu au téléphone n’était pas correcte je devais me débrouiller toute seule quand j’avais une question car il n’y a pas d’accueil. Il a y beaucoup trop de point négatif concernant cette chambre pour un tel prix. Un prix qui m’a d’ailleurs était annoncé à 135$ alors que sur l’application booking le prix avec taxe était de 80$ environ!!

    Overall the apartment was very clean, modern, secure and centrally located however there were concerns / problems with the check-in process and customer service. Being a seasoned traveller I am used to courteous and pleasant customer service experiences, which is why I pay a premium / higher rate for however when I complained that the TV was not working as well as mentioned a power outage, the response from the customer service representative was that the electricity was beyond their control and only went out for 9 minutes as if it was acceptable and should not be addressed. Part of the checking in requires all customers to send them photo of their official photo ID document, as well as a rather bizarre photo of themselves holding the ID document; which I have never come across before. This made me very uncomfortable because if data protection regulations are not adhered to will further expose customers to their personal information being fraudulently obtained and used I would recommend that the hotel / apartment to review their check-in process as well as address my complaint email re: the lack of TV and electricity during my / our stay. Thanks!

    Nice and clean room. Once we got use to accessing the building and elevators, it was an easy transition. Building is an apartment for full time residence. Was a little leery about the whole process to get check-in instructions and there not being a host in the building, but everything went smooth and we really enjoyed the stay. Wish the internet was faster though.

  107. Felt like my home away from home

    Loved the design and the attentiion to detail in this boutique hotel meets condo meets Air BnB. The technology of using an app to lock the door was something new to me and was a very cool way to approach having a keyless entry. The condo was fully equipted with everything you need for even a two week stay including an in house laundry and a full kitchen. The bed was very comfy and all new very clean bedding. The shower was like a big spa with jets in every direction. I sat at the kitchenette as my desk and worked there all day. It felt like home. The location is right next to one of the main downtown streets St. Catherine. Starbucks on the corner and a hair salon across the street. It was the first time I stayed at something like this. I would highly recommend it !
