    Lofts confortables et très bien situé. Proche du canal Lachine, marché Atwater et du Métro Charlevoix permettant d’aller où l’on veut rapidement. De plus, resto, bar et microbrasserie à proximité.

  5. Du samedi au dimanche

    Le loft était exactement comme sur les photos ! Propre, lit très confortable. Tout fonctionne avec des codes mais c'est très facile à faire. (J'avoue qu'on a eu un peu peur en voyant l'entrée avec la cage d'escalier pas très accueillante mais une fois qu'on passe la porte en haut des escaliers arrive dans un autre monde :)). L'endroit est juste à côté d'un super bon café (Clarke) proche d'une épicerie, dépanneur,... Le coin est très calme. Nous avons trouvé à nous stationner quasiment juste en face de l'endroit gratuitement. Nous avons adoré notre mini séjour la bas ! S et P

    The place is as seen in the pictures beautiful! All amenities listed are there, the bed is so comfortable. Instructions to the location are very precise can’t complain. Great stay, clean space!✨

    Very nice place. Easy to locate and very nice place. I really enjoy because you feel like you are in hotel but it not. The owner respond quick to your inquiries, simple process for checking. I will definitely come back again

  11. Great Stay, Beautiful Loft+ Excellent service.

    Our stay at Les Lofts Du Centre was great. No complaints whatsoever. Parking was a little hard to find but nothing very complicated. The loft is located near many restaurants and supermarkets. Definitely coming back sometime soon. Beautiful loft. We really enjoyed every minute of our stay. They even offer extra time during check out if you would like.

    Second time booking at one of simplissimo's unit and as usual it was a super experience! There room are beautiful, clean and always well furnished with everything that you would need, especially kitchen equipement for cooking! My last stay was at Loft du centre and I was so impressed by how big, clean and well furnished the room actually was! Finally, their customer service is really on top! A1+++!!!     We enjoyed our stay in this location. The space was very conveniently located to stores, groceries and transit. Getting into the core of the downtown was easy and accessible. Our stay was short, but a comfortable and enjoyable one.

  17. Exactly what I needed!

    A stylish, cozy loft and fully loaded with amenities in an accessible and quiet location near downtown, surrounded by supermarkets and various restaurants. Not far from perfection! The only downside was that the cable TV had no signal. But it didn’t bother me much, because I don’t watch TV anyway. Management responded to my email promptly and sorted out a concern I had. The verification process prior check in could be improved.

    Our stay at Lofts Du Centre in Point-St-Charles was great ... very close to all amenities, within walking distance (across a bridge over a canal!) to the fabulous Atwater Market and on the same street as a few trendy eating spots. The condo itself is in excellent condition - very modern and clean - and they have good cable TV! Highly recommended.

  19. Lofts Du Centre

    This property looks more to be like a RB&B. It is good for those people who need to stay for couple of days in an apartment in a rental format. However, I do not recommend it for few days visiting. The price is relatively high for that kind of quality hotel. One can definitely find a much better quality hotel at that offered price (after discount!!). The biggest problem starts with the reservation. After finishing my reservation with Hotel.ca and received the confirmation, I thought everything was done whereas it was not! I was lucky that I checked my email at the airport and prior to my flight! The hotel management was asking me to send a Photo ID AND a face photo next to my ID!! I was really lucky that I had enough time to complete this request, otherwise, I would arrive in Montreal late and probably should stay on the street! There is no lobby in the property and if you call, you have to wait for a while until somebody gets back to you Or you should send an email and wait for somebody to get back to you. As a matter of fact, if you call, I guess, after 9PM, you can just leave a message and hope that somebody gets back to you by next day!!!. This would definitely not be a good option especially during the cold Wintertime of Montreal. For the parking, you have to pay extra, however, they have very limited spots available and you need to book it in advance. If there is no spot available, it would be a nightmare to find parking in that neighbourhood. There are not too many choices in terms of the restaurants nearby and you better bring or cook your food in the apartment.

    Très bel appartement. Bien équipé. Pas de problème avec les codes . Un employé de Simplissimmo est venu s'occuper de notre problème de télé avec le décodeur Vidéotron. Merci Victor. Tu es gentil et efficace .

  30. Little light, different from photos, several disturbances

    We had booked a loft with big windows. Instead the loft had just two small windows (chest level). In addition 2 skylights - we felt like in a cave. 2/3 lights broken in a bathroom without any windows, that we reported - they were fixed after asking again 2 days after reporting on day 3. The place has fake granite as workplace and around the sink. They offer no kitchen towels - consequently the fake granite had plenty of gray-white spots and stains. A pity, it could look nice, much nicer (we have true granite workplaces at home). More cutlery would be better, especially since no dishwasher tablets are provided (Standard in all other 9 apartments we rented over the years in different parts of Canada). Wet and stained towels in the shelf-Unit were replaced quickly The entrance codes we should receive on arrival day - even though I told, that we were on the plane at that time (from Germany, an 8 h flight). On the day of arrival there was a nationwide electronic blackout at airports, harbours etc for > 8 hours when we arrived. WiFi didn’t really work at Montreal airport. Happily a person at Simplissimo sent the entrance codes before our departure in Germany. The location of the place very near to public transport is perfect. Atwater market is just 10 minutes by foot. We wouldn’t choose the place again.

  31. Good to great

    I actually stayed at 2521 centre st. My initial thoughts were wtf ?? The area is on the come up so there is a mix of new and old. The neighborhood is very quiet and low key. However not much opened around the apartment after 9pm The apartment it self was amazing, spacious, clean , modern. The bed was very comfortable, all new appliances. Was more than I was expecting considering the cost of it.

  33. On a adoré cet appartement!

    On s'est senti bien dès notre arrivée. L'appartement est très bien équipé et vraiment super tranquille. Le lit est confortable et les petits appareils ménagers fonctionnent très bien. On a aussi aimé le quartier avec pleins de commodités tout près. Nous aurions voulu prolonger notre séjour mais l'appartement n'était pas dispo alors faites vite!

    This was without a doubt one of my best experiences at an AirbnB! The property is very modern, extremely attractive and has all the comforts of home. Added to that, the staff at Simplissimmo couldn’t be more helpful and delightful. They are always available to resolve even the smallest of problems and are exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable. If you are in need of a place to stay in Montreal, this property should definitely be number one on your list!

    Excellent room, design, decor, location, ambiance one thing please check the mattress very hard almost to hard to sleep on. ( my opinion ) but not a deal breaker. 😊 Everything else exquisite. Thank you for a lovely place to stay.

    Tout était parfait mais le seul hic que nous avons eu est la clée virtuelle...tu fais quoi si ton telephone manque et que tu arrives tard l nuit ??? Je suis peut etre attartée avec la technologie mais pour moi c'est un procédé que j'aime moins sinon le loft wowww vraiment auper beau😍😍😍et le lit oh my god trop comfortable...d'ailleurs j'aimerais bien savoir d'où il provient ce matelas en micro-mousse.Mon dos vous dit merciiiiiiiiiiii
