Came in for work -- perfect for a short stay. Everything self serve with clear instructions for checking in. Will need wifi or connection to access the instructions for checking in. Location was convenient, easy to walk to public transit and get around the city. Cool neighbourhood, close to many restaurants, can walk down to the waterfront or historic old port neighbourhood. Room was one long space, kitchen, bedroom and shower all in the same open space. Kitchen had good amenities but I couldn't find any cutlery anywhere.

Our stay here was fantastic and was more than enough for us as we spent a lot of time outside the appartment. Really good placement as it is central to vieux MTL and made for great walks, great food and fun time.

David was a great host and went above and beyond to make my stay excellent. The building is easy to find and really close to the main shopping street in Old Montréal. The room was super clean with a full kitchen. There were so many towels we didn’t even use them all! The bed was comfy and the space was just really big and minimalist, which was great for winding down after sight seeing. He even offered a really cute tote bag which came in handy while I was there and which I took home to enjoy! I very much recommend staying here!

Worth it.
All around great stay. Everything was clean and quality. The only complaint would be that the TV wasn’t working right but we didn’t care much. It couldn’t be in a better location. Pretty much everything we wanted to get to was in walking distance.

Perfect in every way.
Arrived in MTL at 9PM, and the booking wasn’t completed by myself online. Dropped the hotel a message on Google Chat requesting assistance with the booking online as I was receiving an error. They got back to me within a minute and helped right up until I walked into the room. Extremely helpful staff! Location, quality, size of rooms, facilities, and overall experience was perfect! Every room has pretty much anything you could want out of apartment, appliances, cutlery, coffee machine, full kitchen pretty much. A no brainer. Will definitely be returning!

Charming Old Montreal Condo, awkward set up and lack of certainty if large deposit returned.
Positive: Booked as located next door to our adult children's apt who we were visiting. My husband love the space. I was less enthralled. Negative: No guests after 11, and was declined permission to hang out with my 16 yo when my husband went out with friends. The shower has no door and is abutting the only spot to hang jacket/clothes which is open to your bed. You have to walk around this clothing rack to get to the toilet. The sink is right by the bed. An awkward arrangement if you desire any privacy and difficult to navigate in the middle of the night or not wake your partner if on a different sleep schedule. The kitchen space which we did not use at all, was massive in comparison with the bed. There was no comfortable sofa/ desk to lounge. The main reason for reduced rating was the lack of response as to whether they refunded our 500 dollar security deposit. It is a relatively large sum, and now I need to wait for my end of month banking statement, review this and then retroactively seek recourse if not returned. For this reason, I will not be staying again even if it is super convenient for us. Maybe for the best as the downtown core offers better value.

AMAZING! WOULD STAY AGAIN!
Me and my fiancé booked the David hotel and fell in love as soon as we walked in. The loft style, modern elements, unique decor and self check in was amazing. It was comfortable, clean, easy to use and we felt like it was a little home for us. Also very close to all the little shops and places we wanted to visit! We’ve already started recommending this hotel to friends and family!

Fabulous stay in loft for first timers
My daughter and I loved our stay over Thanksgiving in this beautiful immaculately clean spacious loft on a quiet street in Old Montreal, with its minimalist design, old stone wall, old ceiling beam, bounty of lights and drawer space, separate toilet room, futuristic shower (ask morning cleaners for an extra bath mat to prevent slipping), extraordinarily comfortable bed (we had great sleeps) where we watched Netflix on tv (2nd tv by the window), and the kitchen appliances! We could have made a gourmet dinner for 6, with 6 stools under the long table, but one of the rules is allowing only two guests and two occupants at a time. (Not cooking on a holiday, but very handy for breakfast, snacks, and cocktails.) I would definitely return, especially now that I have the experience to comfortably use my iPhone to manage the check in and lock system.

Cute stay in a well-equipped room in the heart of Old Montreal
Positive: Location is perfect in Old Montreal, slightly away from the main streets packed with tourists. The room itself is super spacious and gorgeously setup with all the amenities you need for a short trip. Negative: The cleaning was subpar at best - simple things were overlooked like dirty dishes left in the dishwasher and unclean glassware left on the shelves. Albeit the rest of the unit seemed clean.
