  2. I love this place, I have been there multiple times and will again

    Positive: This hotel is a great location with every thing you will need for a nice stay. lots of restaurants and supply stores near by Negative: for a long stay of more than three days, paying for coffee or maid service is a ridiculous thought

    Positive: Very spacious room equipped with everything you might need for a short stay. Conveniently located in Old Montréal near tourist attractions and great cafes. Negative: - Would be nice to have a password locked storage room for luggage - Towels were stained and ripped - Water from shower easily leaks into bathroom area

  7. Modern Romantic Spacious Accomodations in the heart of Old Montreal

    Positive: This was hands down the best place that we have stayed while traveling. Perfect location - spacious and open - clean and modern - everything we would think of needing for our week long stay in Montréal. Close to many restaurants and attractions without ever getting in a cab. Will be passing along this to anyone who is planning a visit to Montréal. Negative: There was nothing we did not like.

  11. A unique experience in a modern room. We would stay again.

    Positive: Clean, convenient and quiet. Modern conveniences and well stocked room. Lots of room, good value for the money. Negative: 1. Bathroom door stuck and was difficult to open. 2. No channels on TV so could not get news or weather. Only Netflix. 3. Nine digit code to get into room. Dark hallway made this difficult sometimes. 4. Loft windows were small and could not open.

    Positive: It’s a great place. Good location. Negative: There are two disadvantages: - The noise cancellation is not great. It wakes me up, but it’s a minor disadvantage. - The major disadvantage is that there is no place to store my suitcase. My flight was at night and I had to carry my suitcase with me where ever I go.

    Positive: This was a really good accommodation. Positioned in the old part of town, it was close to most places we wanted to visit. It was quiet, no guest or street noise. The kitchen was great. We would have appreciated a few more glasses and cutlery so we didn't need to wash things so quickly, but apart from that, it was great. I would definitely recommend David Hotel to others. Negative: No comment

    With everything because contactless (which is so easy and great), we were so surprised to have so much support and help and friendliness when we needed it during our stay. Not only was the whole experience clean, fun and comfortable but it was also easy and stress free for us out-of-town visitors. Thank you so much!

  22. Great potential completely ruined by poor service.

    2/7/23 PM - After a long day traveling arrived in room to the smell of marijuana. As it was already late, went to bed only to find the mattress moist with the stench of urine. Called the service line. Spoke with overnight security. Fellow was very polite and apologized…said he’d message responsible manager(s) and respond ASAP. After almost 2 hours waiting for an answer, packed to leave for a more expensive hotel - the only option available on short notice. Seconds before departure, security knocked on door to give a key to an adjacent unit. New unit had cigarette odors (by the sink). It was otherwise clean and neat…received assurances that “management” would be in contact the next AM. After no call, dialed info line later that morning. Manager claimed that he left a voicemail, which could not be true as I received several other vmails the same morning. Received no apology - no offer to compensate in any way for a ruined, sleepless night and start to our vacation. Review (by category): Security fellow: 5 stars. Quality of the room itself: 5 stars. Cleaning (of both rooms) 1 star. Management response: zero stars. Would not return to any rental managed by Simplissimo. Service was execrable. Having owned and managed rental properties myself, I would rarely leave a poor review…but this review has been earned.I cannot recommend David Hotel.

    Positive: Frisch renoviertes, modernes, toll und hochwertig ausgestattetes Apartment in toller Lage von Old Montreal. Negative: Der gesamte Check-in/Out-Prozess läuft online, man sieht keine Person des Hotels. Im Prinzip nicht schlecht, aber der ganze Prozess im Vorfeld war mir etwas zu kompliziert.
