    Positive: J'ai aimé le fait qu'il y avait tout à proximité, service restaurant, magasinage et attraction c'est très plaisant et agréable pour cela et l'appartement était très très propre bien entretenue. Negative: Pas de stationnement pour l'immeuble. mais, ce n'était pas grave il y en avait autour pas trop dispendieux.

    Positive: Le confort, la propreté , sécurité et surtout l’emplacement exceptionnel en plein centre : commerces et restaurants à proximité, moyens de transport aussi c’était parfait! Negative: Que c’est à nous de faire le ménage pendant tout le séjour et c’était un long séjour :p et le chauffage du salon qui était en panne pendant 24h mais le personnel a fait le nécessaire illico et gentiment. Tout était parfait 👍

    Positive: C’est un bon emplacement au centre de ville , les restaurants sont à l’alentour même les supermarchés pour les shopping à pied tu te déplace et c’est à 26mn de l’aéroport Yul Montréal Negative: Bon à l’avenir il faut prévoir au niveau ustensiles machine à écraser les condiments, puisque si l’appartement a de la cuisine c’est pour cuisiner des variété de mer !

    Positive: Отель располагается в центре города, поэтому все основные достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Апартаменты просторные, для одного человека места более чем достаточно. В апартаментах есть все необходимое, включая стиральную машину с сушилкой, утюг с гладильной доской, набор столовых приборов и принадлежностей. Очень порадовало наличие оливкового масла, соли и перца на кухне, а также капсул для стирки, бумажных полотенец и сменных мешков для мусора. В ванной было большое количество разнокалиберных полотенец, что тоже приятно для чистюль, как я. Процесс заселения был довольно простым, в сообщениях было все подробно расписано. Мне понадобилось уточнить один вопрос по поводу банковской карты, для чего нужно было позвонить сотруднику по указанному в сообщениях номеру. Вопрос быстро решили, несмотря на то что это был выходной. В целом, впечатления положительные. Negative: Во-первых, конечно, цена показалась завышенной. Но это субъективная оценка и зависела от текущего курса доллара, так как я меняла валюту моей страны на канадские доллары. Во-вторых, в первый день пребывания я обнаружила в ванной таракана, бегающего среди моих принадлежностей, что было крайне неприятно. У меня боязнь таких насекомых, поэтому оставшиеся 6 дней пребывания я постоянно проверяла, нет ли кого-то кроме меня в апартаментах. Это напоминало обсесссивно-компульсивный синдром. В-третьих, и это опять довольно субъективно, я чистюля и люблю, когда нет пыли на поверхностях и мусора на полу. Пыль и мусор был замечены на телевизоре, диване, полу. Немного, но в глаза бросилось. Я была бы рада, если бы владелец оставил швабру с тряпкой и ведро для воды (или хотя бы пылесос). Так как я останавливалась на неделю, я бы с удовольствием раза 3-4 подмела пол и протерла пыль. В-четвертых, это совсем минорное замечание, но в душе был подписан гель для душа, однако вторая баночка не была подписана. Поэтому я не понимала, шампунь это или что-то иное. Пользовалась в любом случае своим.

    Positive: Location and simplicity of checking in. Loved the bed and linens!! Staff (Nada) was very helpful in allowing us to store our luggage in our next room. (We had to change rooms in the middle of our stay.) Negative: Maybe I missed the message, but it wasn't obvious that there were 2 keypads at the entrance...and that the pierce hotel keypad was actually below the main key. It was only after multiple attempts to open the door that I finally noticed the Pierce hotel sign below.

  18. Awesome place, but noisy airco's

    Positive: The place has everything you need, bed is very comfy, shower was amazing. Interior is modern and nice. A lot of storage space. Very big appartement. Well equipped Negative: The only issue was the fact that the room gets veeery hot, but the airco is old and makes so much noise it's impossible to sleep with it on. Opening windows was also noisy due very central location. Newer airco's would fix the issue.

    Positive: To many bad expierience Negative: The apartment differs significantly from the photos published by the owner. The apartment is worn; it is cleaned but only superficially. In addition, there are cockroaches in the apartment. Although I reported the matter to the host twice, he did not respond in any way. I also reported the case via booking, but booking.com could not do anything because the host does not charge the fee via the booking site, only via a link sent in a separate message. If you decide to rent this place, I strongly warn against sending money via a separate link because, in this case, booking cannot help if you have any claims. Even though I informed the host that I was leaving the day before due to the presence of cockroaches, I did not receive any refund. What I was offered was a 15% discount on the next stay. I heartily do not recommend it!

    Positive: Chance to do laundry. Ability to relax. Easy access to Metro and eateries. Negative: Getting the access code. Initial instructions were unclear about when the code would be available. Luckily we had somewhere to sit and wait until the check-in time so we could get the code.

Negative: Le fait qu'il n'existe aucun accueil humain n'est pas assez mis en avant dans l'offre. Les codes sont donnés trop tardivement pour un voyageur qui vient de l'Europe Il y a une retenue financière en cas de dégradation mais aucune entrée dans les lieux ni sortie. Pas très rassurant financièrement

    Positive: Location to 24 hr parking lot $28/day and metro station Negative: Too much to tell. Glass entry to bldg, broken, not secure and dirty. No batteries in TV remote nor instructions to operate system. Missing lampshade. All reported to staff within 1 hr of arrival. Mold in shower grout, stretch upholstery covers on some sofa cushions, not as photographed &smoker neighbor - against rules. Its a property with long-term tenants and folks like me. Management was responsive to complaints saying they'd fix things but never accepted my request for housekeeping refund of $70+ TX. The least they could afford to compensate.

    Positive: Le info per entrare nella struttura sono arrivate come previsto alle 9, quindi varie ore prima dell’arrivo e con indicazione chiare( disponibile un video spiegazione). La posizione era perfetta a due passi dalla stazione metro e anche molti ristoranti e supermercati. Vicino anche a strade principali. Negative: Purtroppo quando sono arrivata c’erano ancora i sacchi delle lenzuola fuori dalla porta e quando sono entrata l’appartamento non era del tutto pulito. La carta igienica non era stata cambiata, le sedie nel soggiorno avevo le impronte di olio sopra e c’erano dei capelli nel lavandino. Devo dire che comunque poco dopo é arrivata la signora che supervisiona la stanza dopo essere stata pulita e ha subito sistemato le cose dicendo che c’era una ragazza nuova per le pulizie.

  85. pas Simplissimo ! pas pour les clients européens, mais excellente situation dans Montreal

    Positive: appartement bien placé à proximité de bus et métro. Déco un peu surprenante, mais acceptable. l’appartement est globalement propre. Negative: Mise en œuvre. Le système simplismo manque de simplicité pour les clients et nécessite une bonne pratique d’internet. Aller prendre des photos avec son visage et une pièce d’identité n’est pas forcément très simple . Le paiement de chaque montant par carte bancaire pour des européens est pour certaines banques sont soumis à des coûts non négligeables. Il serait souhaitable de prévenir les futurs clients lors de la réservation. Séjour Il serait souhaitable d avoir une liste du matériel de cuisine car trois jeux de couverts et une seule cuillère ? Trois poêles et pas de casserole, 2 tasses, des verres dépareillés. C’est un peu surprenant. Quelques points de propreté le filtre de la sécheuse était « encombré ». Il commence à rouiller et devrait être nettoyé. Le balai est très sale…. Vitres très sales on ne verra bientôt plus le soleil.

    Positive: Appartement bien décoré, grand et bien équipé. Negative: Les règles sanitaires découlant de la COVID n’étaient pas respectées. Au moins la moitié des personnes croisées à l’intérieur ne portaient pas de masque. Il n’y a pas de réception donc personne pour vérifier qui entre et sort. Le soir, il y a eu plusieurs rassemblements, ce qui n’est pas permis présentement au Québec, et le bruit nous a empêché de dormir. A minuit, quelqu’un s’est même mis à frapper fort dans notre porte. Nous avons si mal dormi que nous avons écourté notre séjour. Il y avait en plus une odeur de cannabis dans la salle de bain, comme si les canalisations nous renvoyaient les émanations des voisins. A notre plainte, l’hôtel a répondu “ Nous pouvons vous confirmer que notre établissement est 100% non-fumeur cependant, nous ne sommes pas à l'abri des contrevenants. ”

  108. Great stay but would have loved the place to be more cleaner!

    Positive: Excellent location with a lot of restaurants within walking distance (which are open late!!). The apartment setup is super trendy and modern. Check in is extremely user friendly and comes with great instructions to follow. Negative: The apartment could have been cleaned better. Did not smell that great and definitely had signs of mildew and stains on the floor everywhere. Bed wasn't very comfortable either.

    Great space! We arrived late at night and had no issues checking in. The area looks "sketchy" but we encountered no issues as it was mainly filled with college kids. The room itself was as advertised-minus the sofa. It was not as pictured, but it did not take away from our stay at all. The location is close to a lot of cool places to visit. I had more than a few questions, and they were always kind and timely in their responses. I would stay again.

    Make sure you take photos of everything in the hotel or they will try to charge you for stains or damage that you didn’t do. It may have been a mistake on their end but it did change my experience. Other than that it was a good stay and great location. Finding parking can be hard because it’s not provided.

  131. Everything was good except for TV in bedroom

    Tv in bedroom could not play Youtube for more than 15minutes. After that, it would start just loading the videos until the TV is turned off and back on. The remote was hard to work with, felt like some buttons just did not work, while the others had to be pushed hard to work. Other than that, it was a good stay.

    I booked for my daughter for 8 days during the Covid-19 pandemic. This is her first time in her life stays alone by herself. I was very worries about her if she could not handle this stress because no one can be seen in the lobby as hotel in the normal day.But the hotel room is quite nice, clean and decor is good. Everything is pleasant. She was very happy with the stay.

    I stayed at the 507 appartement and it was very convenient. I was surprised at how clean it was. You even have washer and dryer and cutlery! Great spot downtown, nice stay!

    The street on which the hotel is located seems a little sketchy, but the apt itself and its overall location in downtown Mtl makes up for it. Easy to locate, code to the front door, elevator and apt were easy and provided additional security. Codes came in the day of check-in. I found the on line check-in a little lengthy and complicated having to provide 2 photos and $300 deposit. The apt is spacious with full bathroom, with an amazing shower, king size bed that is comfy with high quality bedding. Nice kitchen, living room with new in suite washer and dryer. A great feature if you are stopping here for several nights as part of a longer trip. I would have rated it s 5 if the windows would have been cleaned and if some of the areas of the apt were cleaner. I found the bathroom door and other white coloured areas to be dirty despite the overall cleanliness of the fixtures and floor. Good value for money and a spacious, modern apt.

    Hello, we enjoyed our stay with Pierce. Would recommend two things though, 1. Please check the shower taps. It is very hot only, impossible to use. 2. The shower seems to leak. We noticed some water dripping into the bedroom first time we used it. Otherwise, everything is ok.

    Stayed for 4 days with my best friend and is honestly so much better than expected. Looks exactly like the pictures and comes fully stocked with cooking utensils. 10/10 would recommend!!!

    Enjoyed my stay Good location Nice apartment and well appointed Two areas of feedback: 1. Fridge was very loud / whirring etc. 2. Construction works from 8.30/9am - I had to work one of the days in the apartment - it was impossible so had to go to a coffee shop Thanks again

    1. The upstairs is doing the inspection at 7 am.Which really annoying people's rest. 2. It is not like normal hotel. There is no Toothbrush or toothpaste. 3. There is no slipper

    building doesnt look great from the outside but inside the unit, it is newly refurbished, large and clean. keyless entry was very helpful. cable TV with plenty of channels. towels and shampoo/body wash provided. bed was comfortable. there were plenty of electric outlets and there was a hair dryer. Wifi was fast enough at 12mbps generally. plenty of restaurants and stores in the area. literally across the street from the guy concordia green line metro subway. would come back for sure. great value especially if you are familiar with montreal or a good navigator

    Access was a big problem, we tried calling and after three attempts got through to a human being.He gave me a code that worked and told me to download the August app but that did not work. After a long trip, not a good welcome. So we stayed in that night , not sure if we could get back in. This may be a good student residence but cannot be called a hotel.
