  1. Appartement de qualité au coeur de la ville

    Appartement spacieux et de qualité. Bien équipé avec une bonne literie. Situé au centre ville, à 50 mètres du métro Guy Concordia. A noter toutefois que l'ensemble des échanges sont dématérialisés sans contact direct avec du personnel

    Nice cozy place. Easy access to subway and walking distance to most places downtown. A perfect place to stay when one is out and about in the city for a weekend

  10. Everything was good except for TV in bedroom

    Tv in bedroom could not play Youtube for more than 15minutes. After that, it would start just loading the videos until the TV is turned off and back on. The remote was hard to work with, felt like some buttons just did not work, while the others had to be pushed hard to work. Other than that, it was a good stay.

    I booked for my daughter for 8 days during the Covid-19 pandemic. This is her first time in her life stays alone by herself. I was very worries about her if she could not handle this stress because no one can be seen in the lobby as hotel in the normal day.But the hotel room is quite nice, clean and decor is good. Everything is pleasant. She was very happy with the stay.

  14. Very nice and convenient

    I stayed at the 507 appartement and it was very convenient. I was surprised at how clean it was. You even have washer and dryer and cutlery! Great spot downtown, nice stay!

  23. Nice apt

    The street on which the hotel is located seems a little sketchy, but the apt itself and its overall location in downtown Mtl makes up for it. Easy to locate, code to the front door, elevator and apt were easy and provided additional security. Codes came in the day of check-in. I found the on line check-in a little lengthy and complicated having to provide 2 photos and $300 deposit. The apt is spacious with full bathroom, with an amazing shower, king size bed that is comfy with high quality bedding. Nice kitchen, living room with new in suite washer and dryer. A great feature if you are stopping here for several nights as part of a longer trip. I would have rated it s 5 if the windows would have been cleaned and if some of the areas of the apt were cleaner. I found the bathroom door and other white coloured areas to be dirty despite the overall cleanliness of the fixtures and floor. Good value for money and a spacious, modern apt.

  25. Good Place, with few improvements

    Hello, we enjoyed our stay with Pierce. Would recommend two things though, 1. Please check the shower taps. It is very hot only, impossible to use. 2. The shower seems to leak. We noticed some water dripping into the bedroom first time we used it. Otherwise, everything is ok.

    Stayed for 4 days with my best friend and is honestly so much better than expected. Looks exactly like the pictures and comes fully stocked with cooking utensils. 10/10 would recommend!!!

  28. Good concept - nice apartment but ...

    Enjoyed my stay Good location Nice apartment and well appointed Two areas of feedback: 1. Fridge was very loud / whirring etc. 2. Construction works from 8.30/9am - I had to work one of the days in the apartment - it was impossible so had to go to a coffee shop Thanks again

  29. Pretty good except the inspection

    1. The upstairs is doing the inspection at 7 am.Which really annoying people's rest. 2. It is not like normal hotel. There is no Toothbrush or toothpaste. 3. There is no slipper

  30. great experience

    building doesnt look great from the outside but inside the unit, it is newly refurbished, large and clean. keyless entry was very helpful. cable TV with plenty of channels. towels and shampoo/body wash provided. bed was comfortable. there were plenty of electric outlets and there was a hair dryer. Wifi was fast enough at 12mbps generally. plenty of restaurants and stores in the area. literally across the street from the guy concordia green line metro subway. would come back for sure. great value especially if you are familiar with montreal or a good navigator

    Fantastic place to stay when visiting Montréal. The apartment is clean and cozy everything is perfect. One block away from the metro too. I definitely need to book a room here next time I stay.

    Access was a big problem, we tried calling and after three attempts got through to a human being.He gave me a code that worked and told me to download the August app but that did not work. After a long trip, not a good welcome. So we stayed in that night , not sure if we could get back in. This may be a good student residence but cannot be called a hotel.
