Positive: L’espace et le confort. Machines à laver à disposition c’est très pratique. Hygiène ok toilette et douche. Très joli loft dans l’ensemble sans parler des défauts. Le métro est juste à côté du loft c’est très pratique. Negative: Les murs et peinture abîmés, Meubles de cuisines pleins de traces et sale. Chaises de salle à manger pleine de taches et fauteuil également très abîmé. Lave vaisselle pas très bien entretenu. L’équipement laisse à revoir. Il manque un petit aspirateur ou un balaie. Car pas d’entretien pendant une semaine. La vue extérieur pas très joli, et pleins de mego de cigarettes.

The perfect place to stay!
Positive: It was spacious, clean and so very comfortable. We loved the area and all of the local cafes, markets and bars. You are around 10-15 mins by car to city centre and 30mins by bike. We used the BIXI bikes a lot. The Atwater market is great and I can highly recommend know restaurant up the street. Negative: The only thing i could recommend would be more tea and coffee and washing pods. But that is minor.

Positive: L'appartement est situé au dessus d'un Dollarama et l'extérieur ne paie pas de mine. Par contre, l'appartement est très joli et très bien équipé et on se sent tout de suite chez soi. Negative: A l'entrée du complexe se trouvent les poubelles, ce qui selon les jours et la chaleur dégage une certaine odeur. De plus, il y a pas mal de mendiants dans la rue, car pas très loin se trouve une soupe populaire. Malgré ceci, je reviendrai avec plaisir dans ce loft. Le quartier est en pleine restructuration et juste à côté d'une promenade le long du canal. Il serait bien aussi, qu'il y ait plus d'explications pour gérer l'entrée et la sortie du loft.

Positive: I liked that it was an enormous place to stay at. It was close to the metro (which we used all the time during our stay). It was walkable to a big park. Negative: It was the garbage bins that greeted you the moment you enter the premises before you get up the stairs. Every time you’re near the staircase, it reeks of garbage smell.

Stock direkt über einem Dollarama (1 Euro Laden) ist aber bis auf das erhebliche Vogelgezwitscher (ein sehr beflogener Baum stand direkt neben dem Parkplatz) sehr ruhig. Es gab einen Parkplatz direkt unter dem Schlafzimmerfenster. Tolle Küchenausstattung und großes Bad mit sehr großer Dusche. Klimaanlage. Die Lage ist für Montreal zentral und mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten am alten Hafen. Negative: Nur ein Bad/Toilette für bis zu 6 Personen

La communication est simple, l’accès au bâtiment + appartement très pratique d’accès grâce aux codes. Spacieux, fonctionnel, le seul bé mol est à cause de la poussière trouvée dans l’appartement et quelques mobiliers/objets endommagés : fauteuils sales, poubelle cabossée, quelques marques au sol. Je ne sais pas pourquoi il est interdit de fumer sur le balcon mais c’est un peu dommage.

I asked the company for compensation and all they were willing to do was a gift card for a future stay at one of their hotels. I don’t want to go back to any of their hotels. Customer service was very poor.

Positive: Host was very good, everything was good and comfortable. I was very happy with how the photos matches everything that we saw. Negative: I think a little more attention could be paid on the cleaning. NOT being picky here as I understand not all things can be fully cleaned. But we did face some uncomfortable issue. example - when we got there, someone had forgotten to flush the toilet, it was filled with starbucks lemonade ( the one with dragonfruit ), and the blanket smelt really bad ( most likely it was left in the washer for too long without getting dried out properly ), the utensils in the kitchen drawers are really dirty, most of the forks still had food stains on it / dry pieces of food stuck on it. So personally, I think either the cleaning crew were just in a rush, or something had came up and thus resulting the apartment not getting the cleaning that it was supposed to get.

Negative: This is not a complaint, just an observation. 2 tables were broken, and the kettle wasn't working. The toilet bowl wasn't fully secured to the floor, causing a wobble. There are no elevators, so good luck to anyone who carries their heavy luggage. The laundry wasn't accessible due to a dislodged door that was already a work-in-progress.

Large space, fit for families
Positive: The beds were amazingly comfortable, the room very spacious and modern, and each bedroom was fully equipped with blackout blinds. An amazing price too for a two-bedroom apartment! Negative: The photos were really pretty, but when we got there, we were told to check for any flaws. In our particular room, two of the console tables were completely cracked though (though repaired), and we went about looking for more defects so we wouldn't get charged.

Great apartment in a great location, with all you need for a home away from home.
Positive: Great location and fact it had parking close by was a real bonus. Plenty of space for us and the kids. Accessing the apartment was easy and the hosts very communicative throughout. It was great to be able to make a meal together. Kitchen was well stocked with all needed dishes, cutlery, etc. Negative: Oven temperature was not reliable - had to run it very hot to cook our meal. Dishwasher also did not clean dishes thoroughly on a standard cycle, so we had to hand wash them again afterwards. But these are minor niggles and should not detract too much from the fact this is a great spot.

I probably does not have to explain to you that this was a BAD start on our stay. I’m really put off by the way your kind of businesses decides to handle valid complaints. There right thing would have been an sincere apology and a fair compensation instead of this rude type of ”I do not believe your story” argumentation. You did not reply the next day on your email and you did not answer in person on the emergency number that night. My contact was Alex.

Thee Best BNB stay !
Wow ! I really don't know where to begin. The communication and customer service was at an all time high. I was having a very rough beginning of my getaway trip because of the car rental issues that occurred in Toronto. My drive was approximately 6 hours from Toronto to Montreal, So my focus was on the road all day. I totally forgot about getting the information for the keepass to get into the bnb Untilthe late hours of the day (10pm!) where hours of operation for my BNB owner was past. Thankfully I was able to still get into my BNB Because when they say their communication and response are very fast believe it, it is not just a selling tactic they really are on top of all inquiries atleast 24hrs a day lol. And the response is extremely fast. Any concerns I had were ready pre answered when my invoice came through vua email, so there wasn't much to ask everything was already there from the WI fi password to Where to find the utensils in the house etc. The house is beautiful welcoming well designed and very warm I will definitely be coming back to this being B before the end of this year at least 2 more times. I have atleast recommended 8 of my friends and family to come Montreal just for the sake of seeing and staying in the bnb !!!! ❤

Its a very nice apartment however a lot of their furniture including the small marble top tables around the apartment are broken and some even broken in half. The shower head also leaks and needed to be changed. For the price, I expected better in that location.

We loved the loft. The pictures advertised were accurate and we were extremely pleased when we arrived. The location is great. It is within walking distance of a grocery store, Dollarama, the canal and bike rentals (Bixi). When I had questions responses from the company were quick.

Cetai Franchement pas terrible plutôt très engouassent, de 1h am jusqu’à 6 am ça fêter dans l’unité à coter la 205 pour être plus précis impossible d’avoir de la tranquillité, le va et viens , au lieux de sonner au 205 ça sonner au 204 en bas Cetai vraiment un chauchemar, ji pas pue me reposer du tout

PERFECT!!
Everything was great. Check in was so smooth. Apartment was even nicer than I had expected. Apartment was sparkling clean when we entered. The room was a bit warm at times (we traveled in the winter) and we couldn’t figure out the AC (we didn’t give our best effort in figuring it out, though) but we were able to open the windows and the breeze was perfect. Plenty of towels, we ran out of toilet paper, but the dollar store is right next door (10 steps out the door!) and we were able to buy toilet paper there. We also were able to get waters, drinks, snacks, etc at the dollar store, it was SO convenient! There is a pizza/burgerplace down the street too (3 minute walk) that we went to to eat a couple times, and a bar with very cheap drinks! $5 shots wohoo! Great experience, everything was perfect. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Appartement tranquille et spacieux et joliment décoré . Nous n’avons entendu aucun bruit de voisin durant notre séjour. La location est idéale pour se promener dans Montréal meme sans voiture car il y a une station de métro à moins de 100 m. Toutefois ,il y aurait quelques petits détails à améliorer mais rien de majeur Ex: deux petites tables craquées qui devrait être remplacées et besoin d’un peu d’un peu plus de ménage. La valeur qualité prix est excellente je recommande car je retournerai sans hésitation. C’est beaucoup mieux que de louer une chambre d’hôtel pour le même prix.

Did not meet our expectations!
The location was a short Uber ride to downtown but there wasn't much in the direct vicinity of the apartment. The apartment was okay - looked better in the pictures. There were four women staying in the apartment - there was literally 1.5 rolls of toilet paper in the place (and not the double rolls but the small single rolls). The towels were stained and quite dingy and there was visible mold in the shower. The smaller bedroom with the queen size bed didn't appear to have been cleaned properly prior to our arrival as in between the sheet and the duvet there were someone else's toe nail clippings and, there was a size able cobweb in the corner. We couldn't get the television set to work properly. Unfortunately there was no instruction manual anywhere in the apartment to assist. Overall, this was a decent apartment for what we paid but only because I booked through AirMiles and redeemed some AirMiles to bring the cost of our stay down.

Great apartment near Atwater market and the lachine canal
This apartment has it all. It is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It is half a block from a metro stop so you can get anywhere in the city. The walk along the lachine canal is so pleasant and shopping at the Atwater market is a gourmet delight. You are a short walk to great restaurants like Joe beef and chez Sophie. The on site parking was a bonus. The directions and instructions for the apartment were great. The neighborhood is in transition with lots of buildings being renovated or new ones going up. There are a few street characters, but they didn't bother us or propose any problems. I would definitely stay here again. It is great to enjoy Montreal but not have to stay downtown

Wonderful loft within walking distance of everything!
The loft was clean, quiet, and felt spacious. Great area, near the Metro and some shops. Be aware the unit door doesn't lock unless you key in the code before you leave - I left it unlocked for a few hours before realizing this.

Lovely apartment
Our stay was lovely. Everything was convenient and easy to access. The only 2 things were 1 The smell of the garbage cans when you enter the building. Would need to empty them maybe more Often. 2- The bath towels. One of them was quite rough. Seemed to have been air dried and not in a dryer. Beside that, everything was lovely.
