Way too expensive for value and location no parking
Positive: No comment Negative: Paid 23$ for parking in advance. When searching the adresse of the parking it would give us the same at the loft. Drove around and realized that the parking was non existent and paid for nothing. Tired to call costumer service but no answer after 6. We got there at 6:10. Max time for parking on side of the street is 2hrs so we moved the car around ever few hours to avoid getting a ticket.

Positive: la salle de bain, la douche était vraiment belle, luxueuse. c’est très rare que nous tombons sur ce type de salle de bain, avec divers jets de douche. le frigo était beau, nous avions pu modifier la température du climat dans celui-ci! le lit avec les lumières était vraiment différent et très beaux. J’aime aussi l’idée des double télévision! puis Lilo en couard ou je sais pas en quelle type ma vraiment fasciné 🫣. Negative: le divan n’était pas confortable, il aurait dû avoir un divan en une seule pièce et non en deux, car quand nous essayons de nous coucher la plus part du temps le divans se détachais en deux et nous avons dut le recoller ensemble. les oreillers n’étais pas confortable seulement 1/2 étais correcte. la machine de cafés je n’est pas pu l’utiliser à cause qu’il avais du café de dans puis dans l’appartement ont moi avais préciser que des produit de bain sera à notre disponibilité mais une fois arriver il n’y avais que des serviettes ou même il n’y avais rien. je ne sais pas si c’est une faute causée part l’oublie mais seulement la prochaine fois faire attention à cela Svp 😊🙏🏾 et aussi il n’y. avais pas de parking !!!! nous avions déjà payer pour un parking et on ne pas trouver où se placer

Negative: I did not like the sheets, I’m sure it’s not cotton and towels are rough. The entrance needs to be refreshed. The garbage bins at the entrance with the moth balls was a turn off. Negative: The staff contacted us a few hours before our stay to let us know that the previous guests had an issue with the bathroom door, so they had to break it open and it couldn’t be fixed on time. Therefore, we had an ugly and broken bathroom door for our stay and no compensation whatsoever. Also, they were somehow out of soap, so they gave us a bowl of soap to wash our hands… On top of it all, the bedsheets and the headboard of the bed were dirty. With the price paid and the pictures advertised, I expected a luxurious stay but I was just disappointed with the room as well as the service.

Positive: It was mostly clean but there were stains on the dining chairs which made it look grubby. The bed was comfortable. Negative: The parking situation stressed us because other than saying we had to pay for parking, we had no idea that there wasn’t a parking lot or underground parking before we got there and there was no explanation why we had to pay for street parking or even where we could park. When we called Simplissimo, the agent had no idea about the parking! Also the towels were threadbare and the couch was uncomfortable to sit on and there were no comfortable chairs. A couple of the lamps were broken. The entrance and stairs were dirty and neglected. It would have been good to know beforehand that there was no elevator.

Overpriced and underequipped apartment in a nice location.
Positive: The location is great, and the soundproofing in the apartment is quite good. The hosts (an agency) were responsive and easy to reach via phone. Negative: This apartment is way overpriced, and also underequipped for any stay that's longer than a few days. We stayed 12 nights and regretted not booking a different place. The AC remote was missing upon arrival, and after contacting the agency it was delivered the next day (meanwhile the AC was on, and it was too cold inside). The few things available in the kitchen were acquired in the Dollarama downstairs, or looked like they were bought second hand from some student moving out of a student dorm. For example, the apartment had exactly one giant pot with a mismatching lid, and one scratched teflon pan available for cooking (completely unusable). It came with 1 tab for the dishwasher and 1 for the washing machine. No option to dispose of organic kitchen waste. The bathroom was lacking a toilet brush (!?), and no cleaning supplies were provided, with the exception of a vacuum cleaner. As well, there were a bunch of details that were just bad taste/annoying/signs of neglect: the toilet bowl is not affixed to the ground properly, the additional bathroom fan is not working, the walls are dirty in places with the black paint damaged, the blinds in the bedroom don't work properly. Anyone who actually cares about their property could not notice all these things. Overall, for a place that costs about $250 a night this felt like a rip-off, and with so much nickel-and-diming it was clear that the the comfort and experience of the guests was not a priority for the owners.

J’ai aimé rester dans ce loft. Negative: Il manquait de linge pour laver et essuyer la vaisselle. Il y a peu de chaudrons, mais tout le reste est parfait. Ce sont des détails qui ne m’empêcheront certainement pas de revenir.

Le loft était exactement comme sur les photos ! Propre, lit très confortable. Tout fonctionne avec des codes mais c'est très facile à faire. (J'avoue qu'on a eu un peu peur en voyant l'entrée avec la cage d'escalier pas très accueillante mais une fois qu'on passe la porte en haut des escaliers arrive dans un autre monde :)). L'endroit est juste à côté d'un super bon café (Clarke) proche d'une épicerie, dépanneur,... Le coin est très calme. Nous avons trouvé à nous stationner quasiment juste en face de l'endroit gratuitement. Nous avons adoré notre mini séjour la bas ! S et P

Our stay at Les Lofts Du Centre was great. No complaints whatsoever. Parking was a little hard to find but nothing very complicated. The loft is located near many restaurants and supermarkets. Definitely coming back sometime soon. Beautiful loft. We really enjoyed every minute of our stay. They even offer extra time during check out if you would like.

Second time booking at one of simplissimo's unit and as usual it was a super experience! There room are beautiful, clean and always well furnished with everything that you would need, especially kitchen equipement for cooking! My last stay was at Loft du centre and I was so impressed by how big, clean and well furnished the room actually was! Finally, their customer service is really on top! A1+++!!! Fantastic Place
We enjoyed our stay in this location. The space was very conveniently located to stores, groceries and transit. Getting into the core of the downtown was easy and accessible. Our stay was short, but a comfortable and enjoyable one.

Exactly what I needed!
A stylish, cozy loft and fully loaded with amenities in an accessible and quiet location near downtown, surrounded by supermarkets and various restaurants. Not far from perfection! The only downside was that the cable TV had no signal. But it didn’t bother me much, because I don’t watch TV anyway. Management responded to my email promptly and sorted out a concern I had. The verification process prior check in could be improved.

3205-Lofts Du Centre
Our stay at Lofts Du Centre in Point-St-Charles was great ... very close to all amenities, within walking distance (across a bridge over a canal!) to the fabulous Atwater Market and on the same street as a few trendy eating spots. The condo itself is in excellent condition - very modern and clean - and they have good cable TV! Highly recommended.

Lofts Du Centre
This property looks more to be like a RB&B. It is good for those people who need to stay for couple of days in an apartment in a rental format. However, I do not recommend it for few days visiting. The price is relatively high for that kind of quality hotel. One can definitely find a much better quality hotel at that offered price (after discount!!). The biggest problem starts with the reservation. After finishing my reservation with Hotel.ca and received the confirmation, I thought everything was done whereas it was not! I was lucky that I checked my email at the airport and prior to my flight! The hotel management was asking me to send a Photo ID AND a face photo next to my ID!! I was really lucky that I had enough time to complete this request, otherwise, I would arrive in Montreal late and probably should stay on the street! There is no lobby in the property and if you call, you have to wait for a while until somebody gets back to you Or you should send an email and wait for somebody to get back to you. As a matter of fact, if you call, I guess, after 9PM, you can just leave a message and hope that somebody gets back to you by next day!!!. This would definitely not be a good option especially during the cold Wintertime of Montreal. For the parking, you have to pay extra, however, they have very limited spots available and you need to book it in advance. If there is no spot available, it would be a nightmare to find parking in that neighbourhood. There are not too many choices in terms of the restaurants nearby and you better bring or cook your food in the apartment.

Little light, different from photos, several disturbances
We had booked a loft with big windows. Instead the loft had just two small windows (chest level). In addition 2 skylights - we felt like in a cave. 2/3 lights broken in a bathroom without any windows, that we reported - they were fixed after asking again 2 days after reporting on day 3. The place has fake granite as workplace and around the sink. They offer no kitchen towels - consequently the fake granite had plenty of gray-white spots and stains. A pity, it could look nice, much nicer (we have true granite workplaces at home). More cutlery would be better, especially since no dishwasher tablets are provided (Standard in all other 9 apartments we rented over the years in different parts of Canada). Wet and stained towels in the shelf-Unit were replaced quickly The entrance codes we should receive on arrival day - even though I told, that we were on the plane at that time (from Germany, an 8 h flight). On the day of arrival there was a nationwide electronic blackout at airports, harbours etc for > 8 hours when we arrived. WiFi didn’t really work at Montreal airport. Happily a person at Simplissimo sent the entrance codes before our departure in Germany. The location of the place very near to public transport is perfect. Atwater market is just 10 minutes by foot. We wouldn’t choose the place again.

I actually stayed at 2521 centre st. My initial thoughts were wtf ?? The area is on the come up so there is a mix of new and old. The neighborhood is very quiet and low key. However not much opened around the apartment after 9pm The apartment it self was amazing, spacious, clean , modern. The bed was very comfortable, all new appliances. Was more than I was expecting considering the cost of it.

On a adoré cet appartement!
On s'est senti bien dès notre arrivée. L'appartement est très bien équipé et vraiment super tranquille. Le lit est confortable et les petits appareils ménagers fonctionnent très bien. On a aussi aimé le quartier avec pleins de commodités tout près. Nous aurions voulu prolonger notre séjour mais l'appartement n'était pas dispo alors faites vite!

Tout était parfait mais le seul hic que nous avons eu est la clée virtuelle...tu fais quoi si ton telephone manque et que tu arrives tard l nuit ???
