Wir hatten uns diese Wohnung ausgesucht, weil sie relativ zentral liegt und über eine gute Ausstattung verfügt hat. Die Kommunikation verlief ganz unkompliziert, das App. war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Einzig die Schlafzimmer waren recht klein, aber die Betten sehr komfortabel. Wir hatten das Pech, dass eine Baustelle vor dem Schlafzimmer war. Die Dusche im Bad war der Hammer. Ansonsten relativ ruhig, da die App. auf dem Hinterhof sind, nur sehr hellhörig. Wenn jemand über einem läuft und im Hausflur unterwegs ist, hört man leider alles. Aber wir haben die zwei Nächte hier genossen und würden es auch weiter empfehlen.

J'ai été surprise à mon arrivée par les 3 différents code pour entrer au différentes portes, mais je ne suis rapidement habitué et j'ai aimé l'aspect sécuritaire de l'endroit. J'ai apprécié le boarding pass ! le logement est très confortable et les lits aussi. Cependant on voyait un peut de saleté/poussière dans les coins de mur, mais je comprends que c'est un vieux bâtiment. J'ai beaucoup aimé le style de bâtiment.

The space was a little smaller than expected (it was hard to get into the washroom and bedrooms without having to open the doors widely) but it's an excellent space to stay at for sleeping and resting, especially if you're out in Montreal for the rest of your stay anyway. Overall though, we had a great time staying at the location!

Laut Beschreibung auf AirBnB gab es zum Zeitpunkt als ich buchte, 2 Badezimmer bei 2 Schlafzimmern. Das war auch in den Fotos so ersichtlich und es war der Grund, warum ich mich für Stanley Court entschieden habe. Leider gab es das 2. Badezimmer in dieser Wohnung in Wirklichkeit nicht. Nach meiner Beschwerde wurde der Text auf AirBnB geändert, sodass nichts mehr auf ein 2. Badezimmer hingewiesen hat. Glücklicherweise machte ich ein Snipe von dem Text und schickte es als Beweis sowohl an AirBnB als auch an Stanley Court. Dieser Beweis - samt Timestamp des Snipes - wurde jedoch sowohl von Stanley Court als auch AirBnB ignoriert und mir wurde gebetsmühlenartig erklärt, ich hätte einen Fehler gemacht. Ich kann daher nur dringend empfehlen, dass Gäste bei der Buchung Snipes und Downloads mit Timestamp machen, um Beweise zu haben, sollten die Angaben falsch sein. Letztlich habe ich auf Kulanz von AirBnB eine Rückerstattung für eine Nacht bekommen. Ich werde Stanley Court nicht mehr buchen.

Located in a very convenient location right next to the Peel metro station, so it was very easy to get everywhere. The host organization has a very good communications system and although following all the instructions was a bit complex at the beginning, everything was well explained. The unfortunate part is that one of the 2 bedrooms is really tiny, with extremely limited room around the double bed and the overall cleanliness of the apartment needs improvement. Some maintenance in the bathroom (especially the towel rack) is also needed.

Negative: The apartment had a lot of little things that needed to be repaired which took away from the overall sense of upkeep. There was also a street festival right outside of the building, on the backside, and it was extremely loud. This took away from the overall comfort. The price of the room was increased due to the Grand Prix being in town. This took away from the overall value.

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was very clean and cozy. We also felt very secure as it is in a gated courtyard with 3 locked keypad doors to get through. We received check in instructions which were extremely clear and helpful. The neighbourhood is very central. We walked from the train station there as well as to the Bell Centre and restaurants. The trade off for how central it is, is that there is a lot of activity outside so it can be loud. But it was Grand Prix weekend when we were there so it might have been a bit over the top. Overall we were very happy with the space and communications. We would stay there again.

Perfect central hub for exploring Montreal.
Positive: There is keyless entry. The booking sends the instruction after the deposit is collected. Also, due to the number of codes needed to enter it felt very secure. Negative: Only things that are outside the control of the hosting agency. Since the area is pretty central to Montreal it can get pretty nosy early in the day as the city wakes up. Also, there is a restaurant that has outdoor seating in the courtyard of the complex so that can be a tad noisy until the restaurant closes.

Appartement très bien situé à proximité immédiate de la rue Sainte Catherine (la plus commerçante de Montréal). L’isolation de l’appartement est déplorable et on entend tout dans la cage d’escalier et la porte d’entrée qui claque lourdement à la fermeture !!! Nous occupions l’appartement 907 et le bruit de l’appartement du dessus était fort désagréable pendante la première nuit. Heureusement la seconde a été beaucoup plus calme !!! Ces remarques ont déjà été formulées par d’autres touristes … pourquoi ne pas remédier à ces problèmes majeurs à mon goût ? Cordialement Éric

Positive: The location was excellent to see downtown Montreal and not far from Old Montreal. The courtyard allowed us to be off the main road and provided noise reduction. The place was very clean and quiet. The shower was very modern. Negative: The series of coded entries may be difficult for some users. (although we managed very well) The entrance hall needs repainting and was disconcerting when we first arrived. However, the inside of the apartment was very well taken care of and modern.

Negative: Trop bruyant surtout le week-end, on entend tous ce qui ce passe dans l'appartement du dessus , les gens qui montent et descendent , la porte du bas qui claque , l'isolation est à revoir c infernale . Les gens fume dans le couloir , l'odeur rentre partout dans l'appartement puisqu'il y a un jour en bas de la porte . J'ai été obliger de nettoyer les sols à mon arriver car c'était tout collant . Un rideaux occultant serais nécessaire dans la pièces à vivre .

Positive: The location is great. With lots of available parking nearby. The unit provides lots of towels. And there are 3 TVs in the unit. Negative: Floor was dirty. Dishes were dirty but put away in the cupboard. Only 2 drinking glasses available. Found hairs on the bed sheets. We were given the wrong WiFi info. TVs had no signal and had to connect to the proper network ourselves. Kitchen plugs didn't work had to use the kettle in the bathroom. I have stayed with Simplissimmo before and was overall satisfied but who ever manages this unit did not do a great job.

Positive: The location, the room and how amazingly confortable the beds are super confy. It has all the appliences and it was really easy to cook a meal inside since COVID-19 dine in is closed. There are plenty of places to eat and the place has them all written down at the back door which was very good. Also all storea are close if you wanna go shopping. For me the best part was the shower it had 3 different functions which i really appreciated.specially the hydromassage heads. Negative: It was confusing to get in and that they wanted to recharge me 140 dolars that were already paid

Great location, this is a building inside a court yard of three different buildings. In the winter time it’s difficult to get to each building and out of the main court yard door due to lots of snow and ice. It was paved but very slippery and un even. The walls are very thin, so if you’re a light sleeper this is not the place for you. Drilling and hammering started at 9 am on a week day in the unit beside us, along with a power saw. The unit is quite small, but good for a quick trip to Downtown Montreal as St Catherine street is just a 1 min walk away. No cleanliness issues at all, and there was two water bottles in the fridge waiting for us.

We had a wonderful stay at Stanley Court. The booking company had great communication leading up to and during our stay. The location downtown is amazing, very close to great food & shopping. Although there isn’t parking onsite, the recommended parking garage in their booking email was easy to find, very close to the Airbnb & affordable. The Airbnb was clean and had everything we needed. Was very spacious for the two of us, and would comfortably fit 2 couples. We had an all around positive experience and look forward to booking again in the future

Nicely furnished modern looking apart in a great location close to shopping and restaurants, and convenient to McGill university. Noisy building though, not for those with young kids who need their sleep. Apartment was not cleaned upon arrival, they sent the cleaners and had to go for a two hour walk until they were done. We were given 2 extra hours to checkout at 1:00, the cleaners were knocking on our door at 11:01! We were ready to leave anyway!

The apartment is in a fantastic location. We arrived by train and stayed a week. We walked to and from the train station and walked everywhere, including the groceries store, during our stay. The apartment had all the necessities, and had some nice touches like bottled water and some pantry basics. The check in was easy and the communications fast. The apartment was a bit noisy but it was not a problem during the day and I used earplugs at night. Definitely somewhere I would recommend.

I frequently visit Montreal. However, usually it is to visit family with the wife and two dogs. Because of that, we don't really ever get to stay in the heart of downtown with the dogs without making some sort of compromise to the location or setup of the airbnb. Because this time I came for business and my work was less than 5 minutes away on foot, this place made sense. I am so happy to have gotten to experience such a wonderful place in such a great area. Close to EVERYTHING and connected to a great restaurant too. There's a parking lot next door and for once, this place doesn't possess that cookie-cutter Ikea look so many airbnbs tend to have. Great work all around here! Would absolutely recommend for any type of stay.

These hosts are excellent and have great communication, they answered all my questions and checked in to see if we needed anything during our stay. The location could not better (walking distance to Bell center, shoping, many restaurants, pubs etc...) and is right next to a metro station. The condo is well decorated and has a fully equiped kitchen. The only potential negative about this place was that I would rate cleanliness 4/5 though we arrived early and interrupted the cleaners (who allowed us to check in as they were almost finished) so this might be the reason. I also do not think the courtyard is a selling feature as it appeared a little run down. I absolutely would not hesitate to stay here again! The hosts really made me feel at ease when booking, checking in, and throughout our stay.

When we needed to contact the host they responded promptly. We highly recommend this condo and hope to stay again when next in Montreal.

Convenience store outside the room was a plus, minimizing our walk in -11C weather. Room was a better choice than any hotel. Will have to come back in the summer to enjoy the courtyard. Good location and great space. Just a few things that bothered me such as when I first walked into the bathroom there was someone else’s hair in shower and you can tell it wasn’t fully cleaned. Only one extra roll of toilet paper. The shower head needs to be fixed and there was some stains on our towel .. but still enjoyed our stay. Just needs some small tweaks!

Excellent location, clean apartment, comfortable beds, reasonable price. Only critiques are very small (missing some glassware, presumably broken from past guests; sofa/chair not comfortable, but we didn't come to Montreal to lounge in there). Hostile Manager , left my family stranded and backs out of a refund.
This manager claims that I am not entering the correct code to enter 201 in building 1431 at Stanley and thereby though I checked in at a local hotel and changed my tour plans after losing groceries to heat, I must not get a refund because I did not cancel my reservation. Apparently they do not understand that cancelling a stay versus inability to access a apartment due to a lock that malfunctions are two different issues. Please avoid Stanley court, we got no response till 12 in the night after we tried from 8 pm and and there were no night guards, custodians responding to our phones. We called Canada Stays help line at 4 :16 and thought they work till 5 pm, they did not call back. The fact that we had no coverage at our previous stay in a provincial park....does not register with this team. Poor ethics!

Bel appartement, bien situé. Cependant, le prix affiché sur Booking n’est pas du tout le montant de l’appartement. Stanleycourt charge 75$ de frais de ménage, ce qui n’est pas indiqué lorsqu’on effectue le paiement (total avec frais et taxes). Ils demandent également un dépôt de sécurité de 500$ avant d’arriver à la chambre, une fois que le paiement non remboursable est effectué. Je m’attendais à payer une chambre à 77$ plus taxes et frais et je me suis retrouvé à payer 180$ plus 500$ de dépôt de sécurité. Faites attention lors de la réservation.

Great little apartment
The apartment was great! Very central to everything, the hosts was available when needed. The only downside was no tissue boxes in the apartment and only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people staying 3 nights. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends!

Stanley Court condo a great experience.
We spent 2 nights at this condo. It is in a wonderful downtown location, right by the Peel Metro station and walking distance to all downtown shopping, restaurants and attractions. The condo was super clean, modern and with excellent supplies and amenities. It has comfy beds and an awesome shower. We will be back to stay next time we are in Montreal.
