Fantastic weekend .
Positive: The ease of check in and services offered was incredible. The loft was superb and so well kept , it was a delight to be there. The fact that the smallest information of every equipment functionality had a you tube video was super cool. I would suggest more people to use these services. Negative: I don't want to mention anything just because I want to find fault. It's a great place to be living in. People would complain about the security deposit but get over it. It's a self service outlet and that's only way to do it right.

Positive: Location is good for access to McGill University. You never deal with a person face to face with this property, but any question that was sent by text was answered promptly by the host. Having Laundry in the suite was fantastic. Negative: Overall it was pretty good. Lots of broken stuff in the unit that could easily be fixed. Cooktop, kettle, coffee maker, towel hooks in the bathroom, closet door. The cooktop works but it's cracked in half. I see no reason why the kettle and coffee maker could not be replaced. It would be nice to have a few hooks to hang up bathroom towels. There are lots of homeless people on this area of Parc street.

Great loft apartment in central Montreal.
Positive: We loved the location of the apartment, very central to downtown Montreal. One of the major advantages was the very comfortable bed and fact that the apartment is very quiet. No noise from the street, at least not in the winter time when all the windows are closed. Also kitchen very open to living room area which is nice. Negative: We found the kitchen to be underequipped. We travel quite a bit and apartments equipped with a kitchen usually offer more utensils to at least be able to make a salad or basic cooking. Here there is a lot of space but the cupboard are empty and the equipment very basic. Also fireplace wasn't working apparently needs to be replaced. Same for vaccum cleaner, needs new battery according to our host. The dishwasher door's hinge was loose and didn't maintain the lower cart in the dishwasher once charged. These are all items that should be taken care of by the maintenance team and cause little annoyances that make our stay less than perfect. Too bad because the apartment has the potential to be just perfect. Thank you to the host for being very gracious and timely when answering. Suggestion 1: instead of 4 pillows all the same size there could be 2 pillows softer and two firmer so that people have a choice. I had to make my own pillow with a down jacket and a pillow case since the pillow was way too bulky for my neck. Suggestion 2: a rubber mat to allow wet winter boots to dry would be welcome as would a throw on the leatherlike sofa to make it more comfortable in the winter time.

Several restaurants nearby including one open 24hrs and another Chef on Call was a neat idea too that was open until at least 2am. Provigo grocery store nearby too as well as a few other markets. Negative: Would have liked to have measuring cups and spoons. Also coffee maker is Nespresso pod which are good but not many are provided. We stayed 4 nights and there was only 3 coffee pods for two people.

Positive: Het appartement is ruim en goed ingericht. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het bed is heel ruim, in de lengte en de breedte. De douchecabine bevat twee douches, die je op vier manieren kunt gebruiken. Het is wel even zoeken hoe het werkt. Als je eenmaal weet hoe je binnen moet komen, is het heel prettig om met een code te werken. Er zijn veel eettentjes in de buurt, met soms ook heel verrassend en lekker eten. Een aanrader is het Japanse restaurant aan de overkant (Chillax) en Chocolat 70 naast de deur. Negative: De buurt is niet zo geweldig. Er lopen groepjes met daklozen rond. We hebben geen last van ze gehad. Integendeel, ze waren heel vriendelijk toen ze zagen dat ik mank liep. Dat kwam omdat ik 's nachts vergeten was dat je twee treden af moet van de slaapkamer naar de hal. Je krijgt de code voor de voordeur en het appartement pas de ochtend dat je aankomt, per mail. Dat was voor ons niet handig. De muren van de slaapkamer lopen niet door tot aan het plafond. Dat betekent dat als de ene persoon wil gaan slapen, de andere persoon daar rekening mee moet houden. Je hebt dan last van licht en geluid.

Positive: The suite is gorgeous. The bed is incredibly comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are luxuriously equipped. Easy walk to my conference at McGill. Convenient access to grocery store. Had a fabulous meal at Alto pizza next door! Negative: This is not the fault of the owners, but the location on Park Ave (though convenient) is pretty seedy. Also, having to park underground a block away made it difficult to load and unload baggage. But it was manageable.

Positive: 现代装修，空间很大 Negative: 1.卫生糟糕，居然还可以向客人收取了清洁费；厨房里到处是食物残渣，床铺上还有别人隐私部位的毛发，以及被罩上沾染了血迹；沙发上，床头柜上都有一层厚厚的灰尘。 2.安全性差；不建议女孩子住这里，很多人的评价里都有提到，这附近聚集了很多流浪汉和吸毒人员，有时候一群人就堵在进入公寓的入口，还会朝你伸手要钱，甚至这些流浪汉夜里喝多了就吐在公寓入口处，十分恶心。 3. 服务效率差；这间公寓在入住前会给你发一堆注意事项，好像挺在意住户体验和维护入住环境，实际上这里根本没有工作人员，一旦出现任何问题你是得不到及时的帮助的。 4.吵到无法入睡，我们一共入住四晚，前两晚因为隔壁都没有人入住所以还算安静，后两天每晚都有人在Party，房间完全没有隔音效果，那帮人在我们头顶又跑又跳折腾到凌晨，整晚都睡不好。 5.停车不方便，千万别把车停在室外，会有被砸车的危险。最近的地下停车场要走两个街区，这时候你就又要穿过一群流浪汉。 永远不会再来了～

Positive: The room was really nice but could use a new couch as the one in there seems to be very worn. The cleaning wasn’t super thorough as there was tape all of the cleaning and walls from previous guests who most likely had a party. Negative: Location isn’t great. There is a homeless shelter very close by with a lot of people living outside. There is an area that is fenced off with garbage all over and used needles and empty bottles everywhere. Our room wasn’t cleaned very well as there was tape all over the place from a previous guest who obviously had decorations hung all over. We were given very strict guidelines on not having guests over other then who was booked for the room. Our first night there was a massive party above us that went on until 4 am. They say they watch the cameras on who is coming in and out but clearly that wasn’t happening. No staff in the actual hotel so hard to have those things taken care of. The price is pretty cheap which is probably due to proximity to the shelter. I wouldn’t stay there again as I prefer to be closer to shops and restaurants and having staff on hand to handle rowdy guests is important.

Positive: Stay: October 12-16 2021. The apartment was exactly as shown in the on-line pictures. The check-in registration worked well, we received the front door code and code to our unit/flat via text. The apartment was conveniently located near the center of Montreal, a 5 minute walk from Mount Royal. It was a perfect size for 2 adults. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. It is located very close to a Metro station. Negative: There were a few homeless people in the neighbourhood, this is very sad to see. However, we made friends with them and they were quite respectful.

Great space to stay for a short trip to Mintreal
Positive: Nice space, nice building, easy to gain access. Walking distance to everything. Grocery store is just down the street, parks and sports facilities are just up the street. Reasonably priced indoor parking is just up the street. Negative: There is an abundance of homeless people hanging around the immediate area. They are loud and somewhat obnoxious, although not dangerous or threatening in any way The police are there on a regular basis to deal with them.

Very disappointing. At first the apartment looked great. However, upon arrival, the online parking booking system would not permit us to book the parking. We tried contacting the host, but did not get an answer until the next day, which resulted in having to find street parking. The first night, there was a party in the upstairs apartment and we had to call the police. We could not control the heating, it was 24 degrees in the apartment which resulted in very little sleep. To compensate we tried turning on the air conditioning but it did not work. The tv in the bedroom was not hooked up to anything, so it was pointless to have it. The coffee machine did not work. The apartment was however very clean, and we felt safe.

Very large and stylish space exactly as pictured. The location is extremely convenient as it is only a stone's throw away from a supermarket, pharmacy and many restaurants. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. The entrance is a little obscure, but looks fine once you get into the building. Getting in and out was also easy with the keyless entry. One thing I will mention is that, ocassionally, there was a loud, repeating grinding sound that came from somewhere inside the building, which was irritating when it happened, but not a huge issue. Overall, great stay!

Very high end place, fixtures and appliances are all stylish and top of the line. Washroom is very large. Kitchen is filled with everything you need to cook including pots and pans, plates, cooking and eating utensils, and dishwasher pods for cleaning dishes. Two large televisions, one was a smart tv with Netflix and other apps. Everything was extremely clean, the best is large and there where plenty on towels. This is not a hotel, it is an AirBnb so I didn’t expect any house keeping which other people complained about but they are very silly, they don’t know it is supposed to be like home for you so you do everything yourself. I have stayed at some of the biggest and best hotels around the world and I stayed here because my girlfriend said it would be better than a hotel, and she was right. This was an amazing apartment in a prime location, there is a Loblaws right next door down the street and it is walking distance from the downtown core and Rue Saint Laurent where the clubs are. Food is everywhere which is great. The area is not bad, anyone who thinks it’s bad needs to toughen up and stop being a baby. The host was very very helpful when needed and gave immediate responses. And there is a large map in the kitchen showing where everything is in the area. I will be coming back to this location when I come back to Montreal and I will be recommending it to anyone I know that will be going as well. I will be back in near future for sure.

There could be more amenities offered especially for a longer stay like mine, but the shops are with a short walk so that was not a problem. Would propose adding dimmers into the condo lights as they were incredibly bright. My stay was excellent and would come back to stay again.

Wrost management team possible
If you looking for a night stay this is the wrost place possible i suggest the spa finlandai same price range but better management. I had 0 acces to Internet for the whole stay, they sent an email to ask for a credit but they never respond. Gaetan the main worker here replying to the email, its not train customers service wise as he is very impolite and not listening to a single thing. I currently have my lawyer on a case to get my safety deposit back. BE VERY CAREFUL THEY USE ANYTHING TO KEEP THE DEPOSIT FEE. I wouldn’t suggest such place to my wrost enemy. Peep the respond i will get and you will see what im talking about.

On m'a obligé de venir plutard que l'heure du check in pour manque d'organisation. Ils m'ont fait siéger dans un logement ou le climatiseur coulait à l'intérieur. A notre arrivee le logement était rempli d'eau. Ils n'ont pas eu le réflexe de me changer de logement. Ils m'ont appelé à 00h pour me dire que j'avais pas droit au visite ce dont je suis daccord mais aussi pour me manquer de respect et me menacer d'appeler la police. Tout ça parce que peut-être je suis noir africain et je ne mérite pas d'être respecter. Je vous déconseille fortement cette agence/ site de réservation.

Spacious but not comfy
The loft was bugger than I anticipated, full kitchen, big bathroom, however sleeping there was uncomfortable, the sheets quality is pretty bad, the AC had a pretty weird smell, and had a loud noise, the fridge which u can hear from the bedroom as its an open concept kept startling me at night with the compressor kicking in even tho it was closed. The rooms arent soundproof, I kept hearing the neighbouring loft loud sounds. The place is surrounded by homeless people, literally surrounded. For my next stay I wont be going there, or to that area in general.

This is a well maintained apartment which looks exactly like the pictures show it to be. There were a few minor details that we found that were wobbly / broken, but nothing that really impedes the user experience. Comfortable bed, great kitchen, nice location, overall as described.

Extremely Disappointed and Disgusted.
The place is much smaller than it looks in the pictures. I should not have to wait over 12 hours to get a response from the host when we were very uncomfortable during our stay. We had told the host the problem multiple times and continued to say it was the AC's fault even tho we had turned it off. We had tried to explain it to them multiple times but they were not listening to us. Very close to downtown, however the location is very gross and disgusting. There are homeless people in front of the apartment entrance and they create fights with you when you try to get inside the building. There are many opened bottles of alcohol outside and the police were there multiple times. We had called the police 5 times in order to get them away from the door. There was poo on the ground and people passed out in front of the building. I have taken a photo of the poo as well. The inside of the airbnb is kept nice and clean. You will not be able to sleep because of the random noise that comes on roughly every 1 minute. The location and what you are surrounded by is disgusting and makes you feel unsafe, especially in a global pandemic. You feel like you will catch covid from just being there. If you are a group of girls or a few females looking at this location to stay at, I would not recommend this place as there are a lot of creepy guys just waiting outside.

Constructions on Park Av and no shower gel
There were road restorations all night long that made the building shaking. Not the best conditions to get a restful night. Also, the shower gel dispenser of my room was empty. It's probably optimized for management to not have any onsite employee, but it prevents to take care of the clients with an emergency need. The suite had more space than enough, which was comfortable. Suggestion to make it better for people like me traveling for business: put a desk and a chair to let them work in good conditions. A bar chair and a sofa are not the best options. I definitely won't come back.

Overall Good
I stayed for a week at the Boutique Lofts at Milton Parc. Overall, the experience was good. Easy check in and check out, great location, and I enjoyed the decor and overall style. The only drawback was the lax cleanliness: dust on floors and surfaces, residue food on some of the dishes, and the shower did not drain properly (within a couple minutes I was standing in a pool of my own shower water). I would stay here again, but I would be hopeful that cleaning standards are raised. Thanks for overall good stay.

Travel for business
I was disapointed because the apartment was not very clean especially since they charged me 75$ additional cleaning fee to my bill. To give a couple of examples, you could see boot foot prints on the floors ,blood stain on the duvet cover on the bed, the washroom carpet did not seem to have been vaccumed and found hairs on the bathroom towels. Also the linens were old and definatly need to be replaced. It is sad because the condo is very nice and the simplissimo staff were very nice and made arrangements to provided me with kitchen linens and soap to wash the dishes which were not there when I arrived. Hope this helps to rectify the situation for future patrons.

Cardboard Entrance, No Safe Parking, Unsafe Wiring, Android only TV, Cleaning guidelines insulting
The entrance to the hotel has a bunch or cardboard boxes laid out at the entrance ro walk on. Wow. The parking offered is ridiculously small, and outdoor in a rather shoddy neighborhood, and there zero instuctions as to where it was. It was also more expensive tha indoor, safe parking nearby. The wiring behind the living area TV is laughable, and completely unsafe as well as an eyesore. An extension with mutliple plugs in kt, literally hanging off the wall, with loops of cords hanging below the TV. The bedroom TV only works with Android phones! No luck for Apple holders (the majority in Canada). The cleaning guidelines are to take out your own trash and clean the sink. But there is a $75 cleaning charge with the Airbnb listing! How is that sensible? We actually liked the room, but these other items pulled the place down to the point we are unlikely to return. It’s just not a professional setup.

Two night getaway
MiltonParc has really created a beautiful space that feels like home. You get way beyond what you pay for and the location is right in the middle of where you want to be. 15 minutes from the botanical gardens and Olympic stadium. 5-10 minutes from the heart of the downtown shopping district. Finally, all the best food is nearby and the breakfast restaurant downstairs Cacao 70 is perfect. I would highly recommend this place for anyone going to Montreal.
