    1.siège de toilette pas fixer 2. une lumière non fonctionnelle dans la toilette/douche 3. aucune directive pour l'utilisation du système décodeur /TV 4. Téléviseur chambre à coucher aucune info et branchement à des canaux de TV 5.entrée principale beaucoup de poubelles odeur nauséabonde 6. chien qui jappe dans la cour intérieur et dans la cage d'escalier 7. Matin très bruyant personnes qui parle et entent le four micro-ondes des voisins fonctionner. 8.situation géographie parfait * 9.Lors de ma réservation les frais de $75.00 de nettoyage dans la facturation 10.lors de la réservation le prix avant taxes était de $161.46 et pour un total de $266.28 que lorsque je réserve dans d'autres établissement avec Booking .com le prix de la chambre inclus le nettoyage .

  3. Was a mistake

    Bad: -enclosed, smelly old building -cigarets smell in the room -noisy aircon -old linens whith pillows ans matress from previous century -tiny shower Good: -nothing that I would remember Was my attempt to save 30$ a night compare to the hotel, I regret it big time.

  4. Location is very good

    Very well located, aside of the subway and close to good restaurants. The apartment is nice, equipped. The bathroom could be better. The issue was the building, full of trash in the internal patio, it must be better managed.

  5. Apt 303

    While the apartment was not clean when I arrived but I called and they sent someone immediately to clean - great customer service! The apartment was in a perfect location to the conference I attended and was very well priced. Wifi was strong and I was able to work without fail. An excellent alternative to a hotel. I will definitely stay again when back in Montreal. Mike from Toronto.

    My only complaint was that I was not advised that to lock the door to my unit it was necessary to insert the code. This should have been explained in the email sent to me with the various entry codes and perhaps also on paper directions inside the unit.

    The place was exactly what I expected for a brief work trip to Montreal. I had everything I needed for the short stay and will surely return.

  9. Stanley Court , Appartement 303

    Je viens de séjourner une semaine au Stanley Court. L’appartement était propre, l’ameublement un petit peu basic, mais l’emplacement imbattable sur la rue Stanley, à deux pas du métro Peel. Comme il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, l’appartement ne conviendrait pas pour une personne à mobilité réduite. Les appartements du Stanley Court semblent frequentés par une clientèle jeune. Pour terminer, J’accorde la note parfaite à Simplissimmo pour la communication.

  12. Somewhat disappointing with the state of the apartment

    First day lock wasn't working and it just get worst --- but I'm glad to say that on second or was it third day it was fixed. There was no coat rack to put coats on and also with the shoes would need some rack too. As a European I'm not used to keep shoes on corridor as some of the neighbors did. View - well not really view as you needed to keep blinders down to avoid neighbors for other buildings looking into apartment. Kitchen was ok, except the sink and the faucet -- faucet cap was loose so most of the time when trying to run some water you were left with the faucet cap on you hand. Stove was too scary for me to even try as some of the burners were loose. Bathroom was ok --- I bought more toilet paper as to rolls are not enough for two weeks, and the toilet paper holder is loose as well. My the way I saw some life there -- small black worm/snail looking thing was running on the floor. Neighbors were quite noisy on the last week. I woke up every morning with door banging or really heavy steps at 6 am. and I'd like to sleep till 7 am. (this is not a biggy but annoying) And there were more .... so this is the reason I'm giving Fair as review. You have lot to improve to make it excellent.

    The apartment itself was satisfactory, but the pics make it look like a 9 when it is really a 7 on 10. There are problems and they start at the very begining. 1. There is a surprise charge of $70 for cleaning. $70!!!! WTF. If I wanted to almost double the cost if my stay I would have gone to a proper hotel. 2. Paranoid secondary booking by owners. Don't think it's over because you booked via Booking.com, oh no my friend, you need to send personal pics too. I almost most this fact and almost lost my booking. 3. Paranoid security. You need to jump through hoops to get the 3, yes 3 passwords to get to your room. 4. Disgusting court yard 5. Disgusting stairwell with stained carpets from the 80s 6. Noisy frat kids. All in all I would rate it a 6/10. There are better options out there, believe me.

  14. Appartement propre et moderne, excellent emplacement

    Très bel appartement, spacieux, moderne, bien décoré et très propre. Quelques étagères de rangement pour les vêtement seraient bienvenues pour compléter l'immense dressing de la chambre. Petit bémol sur les parties communes assez négligées (coquilles d'oeuf restées sur la moquette de l'escalier une semaine entière, toujours là à notre départ), poubelles et dépotoir dans la cour. Dommage. Je recommande malgré cet appartement très pratique et confortable, qui nous a permis de passer un très bon séjour.

  15. Great location and large space

    The location is great and room is large. Just a bit issue on WiFi, can’t find the name of the network as being told , it was late and they didn’t reply me, so I myself used the information from router and connected. Don’t know what was really the problem.
