  1. Exceedingly Livable

    Positive: Clean, spacious, quiet, well-located. Attractive furnishings and fixtures. Lovely large windows for plenty of natural light. Exceeded our expectations. We did not use the generous kitchen facilities much but it was well-appointed. Negative: We have no complaints.

  4. Wonderful stay , I definitely recommend.

    Positive: Perfect sizes with kitchen , living room and separate bedroom also they have everything you need to cook or make breakfast, a lot off restaurant and supermarkets with walking distance. Negative: No parking, parking is very expensive in Montreal.

    Positive: La literie est exceptionnelle, être à proximité du centre ville de Montréal c’est plutôt pratique , la machine à laver utile pendant un long séjour. Negative: Tarif élevé , pas de réception sur place . Difficulté à retrouver le code de la porte d’entrée via le boarding pass envoyé par l’hôtel. Il n’est pas possible de prendre possession du logement avant 15h et cela même avec une demande au préalable.

    Positive: The location is great, the apartment is spacious had most of what's needed. The heating system is great . The service was really good, as I had a small issue and they were very responsive. We are planning to come again and definitely will stay here again. Negative: Nothing major , but I recommend sharing videos for appliances usage in advance (they were shared once asked) and to have more kitchen tools, though most of the basics were available.

    Nous avons été bien accueilli et bien renseigné par l équipe qui gère les appartements . L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter metro à peine à 50 m. Cependant nous avons trouvé l'appartement un peu sombre sans grande luminosité extérieure . Le logement est tout confort . Le quartier est très étudiant et bruyant ça sera nos seuls points négatifs . Équipe gentille et réactive

    The unit was nice and as described, but we had issues with WiFi. Some days it worked on one or two personal devices and other days, it did not work. Same for the two tv’s. Some days one of the two tv’s was able to connect to WiFi and other days none of the tv’s were able to connect. Full reboots did not make a difference. Host responded that maintenance would be informed, but we did not notice a difference during the stay where WiFi worked all around on all devices at once.

  16. Nice area, disappointing servicing!

    Positive: Place was a little smaller than the online photos suggested but still quite nice Negative: Bookings.com showed parking and I had great problems with that. The nearest suggested parking was too far. The outside city parking - free at night - meant I had to get up and move the car 1st thing in the morning. I had gone there to rest - the sole reason for going there - so this was no option. I found another parking lot a little closer but after parking the car, I had to “sneak out” through the car entrance as all doors for pedestrians were locked!!! Bookings.com had promised me, on the phone, to get me a parking spot because of their false advertising
