Als je het hotel uitkwam en je gin rechtsaf dan kom je bij de leukere eettentjes. Ga je linksaf dan wordt het wel een beetje een gribbusbuurtje. Negative: De bank was erg gammel. L'envoi des codes pour entrer dans le bâtiment se fait à la dernière minute, si vous n'avez pas de connexion ou de réseau wifi, c est embêtant pour obtenir les codes une fois sur place.! Le logement mérite ses 5 étoiles. Il est spacieux, bien aménagé, situé proche du centre ville et du métro. Toutefois, nous devons signaler que les photos sont très flatteuses. L'appartement conviendra parfaitement au long séjour d'un étudiant, ou pour un séjour pratique. En revanche, il sera plus déceptif s'il s'agit de vacances en amoureux. Cela, entre autres, car l'entrée de l'immeuble est très usée, car le sol du logement est en résine (certainement très pratique, mais très peu charmant), car le quartier n'est pas le plus beau, car il y avait à redire sur le ménage, et car certains équipements ont fait leur temps. Nous pensons particulièrement au canapé, qui était très mauvais. Malgré tout cela, nous souhaitons rester objectif en disant que le logement est généralement conforme à sa description, et que le rapport qualité prix est bon. Nous aurions aimé la même objectivité de la direction, quand à la découverte de ces éléments, nous avons souhaité écourter notre séjour.

Overall a good value. Negative: Certainly could have been cleaner, it looked like it had been done very quickly and wasn't given a deep clean. Pictures make it look much nicer. Couch was uncomfortable. Long door codes were a hassle to get out your phone and punch them in each time, not short enough to remember. This seemed to be a renovated floor in an old building.

Atout majeur de l’appartement - Appartement à moins de 5 minutes à pied du métro, épiceries ( chères ) et restaurants à proximité mais le quartier n’est pas terrible Negative: - Tout d'abord si vous souhaitez réserver réfléchissez y à deux fois car sur Booking Simplissimo n'explique pas tout. On vous demande une photo de vous tenant votre pièce d'identité (passeport pour nous ) et la photo de la pièce seule de près également. Aucun respect de la protection des données et des lois RGPD, ils refusent de prouver qu'ils ont effacé les données alors que c'est très confidentiel. - Caution de 300$, ils refusent de dire si elle est débloquée ou non et aucune information, il faut guetter son compte bancaire même 10 jours après être partis - Méfiez vous des jolies photos grand angle, l'appartement semble beaucoup plus petit en vrai. de belles photos bien prises en évitant soigneusement de cacher le plafond qui donne un look industriel sur les photos mais qui est vraiment moche en vrai avec les traces de travaux, des vis qui dépassent du crayon etc, tel que ça a été construit et ça fait sale. - 65 Dollars de frais de ménage alors que les instructions au mur demandent clairement de nettover avant de partir alors que l'aspirateur ne fonctionne pas. L'appartement n'est pas très propre, du salon on peut voir le haut de la douche sale, plein de calcaire et de poussière, les vitres sont sales, piège à souris sous le lit, mur plein de poussière et à vrai dire de la poussière partout et il faut sortir la poubelle par dessus le marché. Du coup si l'appartement est sale en arrivant et qu'en plus on doit nettoyer pourquoi on paye 65$? Rendre l'appartement propre, oui avec plaisir mais faire le ménage et descendre la poubelle il ne faut pas abuser. - Le canapé semble « réparé » avec un bout de bois au milieu en dessous, complètement instable il tombe toujours vers l'avant, impossible de s'asseoir juste au bord, il bascule sans arrêt vers l'avant nous avons failli tomber plusieurs fois. Fil du store de la chambre cassé on ne peut donc pas ouvrir = pas de lumière.

Le seul contact humain a été un appel sur mon mobile étranger qui c'est ajouté au prix de la la chambre pour nous presser de payer avant 6 h du soir. Rien n'indiquait sur Booking qu'il s'agissait de rbnb self service. Quand on paye le prix d'un hotel, on s'attend à un service hotelier. Ce ne fut pas le cas.

Positive: Das Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet und innen optisch ansprechend. Alles wirkte relativ neu und modern. (Damit das so bleibt, sollten die Fliesen, Armaturen und Düsen regelmäßig vom Kalk befreit werden😉) Super waren Waschmaschine und Trockner! Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Hilfsbereitschaft des Anbieters, der uns das vergessene IPad in das nächste Hotel hinterher geschickt hat. Dafür noch einmal herzlichen Dank!!! Negative: Von außen sieht das Haus wirklich erschreckend aus und gar nicht einladend. Grau und eine Fassade voller völlig verdreckter Fenster( das war auch im Appartement so). Positive: The place is so easygoing. It is right next to the metro station. In the heart of the Montreal. It is so close to everywhere. i came here alone to clear my head and mess around the town on my own. It is even so close everywhere by walking which is max 30-40 minutes. In the hotel, they make your trip effortless. The kitchen, the shower, the living room area, the lights, tv, wifi connection and many more. Everything was as perfect as it is. I will definitely come back. And also, everything is the same as in the picture. The rooms light is amazing. An ac works very well. Negative: i just didn’t like one thing in there and it was the couch. It has a bit food damage on it.

Great location In terms of check in, after finalizing payment you learn you have to send pictures of government ID & selfie holding them, which is not mentioned on listing. When drivers licence wasn’t accepted had to send another card which was off putting. Couldn’t refuse to send cards or else no refund. They also take a deposit.

Location was really great as well, with a lot of food options and subway station very nearby. Check-in was also very easy. Would 100% stay here again if I visit Montreal in the future.

This place is really lovely and exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful stay in the apartment and really loved the fact that it was steps away from the metro station and downtown. The place was sparkling clean and had a large kitchen space, a very comfortable bed and two different televisions with Netflix. If you're looking for a nice spot to stay in Montreal that is right in the middle of the downtown area I would definitely recommend this Airbnb!

Great place, clean everything you need all there! Again wish was my place! 😆 Parking was nuts, we couldn’t stop to get our stuff out of the car cause busy street.. but on Guy indoor parking 14$ a day. Will gladly come back with a less stuff thought:)

This space was in a great location for food and bars and your basic needs. The parking situation was a bit difficult as we had to look for a parking garage near by. The mirror in the living room had been shattered before we arrived which was sort of sketchy/unexpected. The space itself was comfortable to live in for the few days we were there. The noise was at a minimum and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Pierce hotel team is fantastic at communication and they are always just a message away from answering all your concerns. The location of the Airbnb is fantastic for food options there’s plenty around to choose from. I’d definitely stay again when visiting Montreal again.

Great location really close to any sort of transportation (metro or bus). The apartment was really small, It was okay for two of us but really tiny, I couldn’t walk around the kitchen if my husband was sitting on the kitchen table. We had luggage so when we open the luggage there is no room for us to walk around in the living room area. But its not a big deal. It was somewhat clean, floors could be cleaner and bedsheet can be cleaner it had many stains on, one of the living room mirror has huge crack on it.The couch needs a shampoo. Shower head had some leaking issue. Not a big issue just many small issues kinda mad me disappointed since i was so excited for the stay after seeing a picture of the apartment. Our flight got delayed due to the heavy snow, we asked the host if there is any place if we could store our luggages for couple more hours after the check out time (11:00 am) and the host just ignore the text. We had to carry around the luggages in the snow until we went to the airport. I really wished the Host just answered me, even if it was a no. Our experience was okay. Not horrible not good. Not worth over 300 dollars for two nights of stay. Plus you don’t get your room cleaned during your stay. I wish i just got a Hotel room.

I rented the appartement for 4 nights for me and my husband. We are very pleased with our stay. It was super clean, the bed is super confortable, the shower pressure was strong and the wifi worked perfectly. The check in was easy and the instructions were clear. The area at night can be a little scary if you are a woman alone, there is security/reception at night in the building and to get inside it you have to punch in many codes which makes the building very secure . It is very well located if you want to be downtown and close from anything ! We would surely recommend the Pierce rooms without any hesitation !

Loved this space! It was located in a safe, super convenient location, in walking distance to the metro and other stores/restaurants in the area. The condo had a full working kitchen with all the necessities to cook, clean and do laundry within the unit. The unit had 2 TVs, unfortunately at the time the cable TV didn’t work, but the wifi, Netflix and more did the trick! Hosts were very organized and helpful with our stay. Totally recommend!

Home away from home
This place is a gem! Location was awesome and there were lots of places to eat. The room itself was thoughtfully designed and everything was functional. Some of the things that I found wanting was the presence of dust on some furniture and the shower walls needing some TLC otherwise this would be a 5 out of 5. I would go back and stay here again. Highly recommended. Thanks Simplissimo!

Great Stay!
Enjoyed the stay at the Pierce Hotel in Montreal. Everything was so close by and within walking distance. The hotel was very nice, but the only thing I would say is that some things weren't cleaned properly. There were stains on the utensils (plates and cups) and inside the shower glass door, there are still streaks left on the door. There wasn't parking on site and you would have to find street parking, which wasn't that bad actually. I was able to find street parking just down on St.Mathieu St, and the street parking price was not overly priced, cos after a certain time frame the parking is free, so in the end it all works out! The bed was super comfy and i loved how there was a tv in the room and you can use the netflix. Check in and check out was so easy and efficient. Overall, I would definitely come back and stay at the Pierce Hotel next time I visit Montreal :)

I really liked the stay but when the next morning we had been waken up a 7AM because there was some construction/ renovation just on top on our room so we could not sleep properly because of the noise other wise the stay was fun

We did not even realize how good of a location the Pierce Hotel was in ! SO MANY restaurants, cafes, shops, transportation options were all around. We were pleasantly surprised with all aspects of our stay. The check-in process was simple and fast. All information needed is provided through email and sent to you with sufficient time to prep. Our room, 401, had a great set up, and the shower was a dream ! We loved having a full kitchen with all utensils and appliances one would need (the complimentary coffee was a great bonus!). Only thing that was tricky was finding parking. Nothing surely secure was around, so to find an underground 24 hour parking, we had to walk a couple of blocks. 24 hours was 25$ CAD (1600 blvd Rene Lesvesque - Indigo parking, under the police station). Overall, it was an excellent stay and we look forward to coming back !

Nice stylish apartment right downtown.
Love the apartment. Just has a few comments and suggestions. Mirror not available for shorter people to use. Unit located in a mixed use building where most of floors or units are not updated or renovated. Does not look like the floors that were renovated. Not a very good impression in the lobby, elevators or on floors when the door opened in unrenovated floors.
