The condo unit itself was great, once you get passed the lobby area. I would still recommend.
Positive: The unit was very clean and spacious, and was recently renovated. Location was ideal for our purpose (very close to Concordia University) Negative: The building lobby was a little shady and unkept. There was trouble entering the front door during the first night. The condo is shared between owners/renters and the hotel portion. No access to overnight parking was difficult.

The unit was exactly as described. The building was in a good location for us to get to our event at the Bell Centre - about a 12 minute walk. Instructions to enter the building and the unit were clear and easy to follow. The only recommendation we would make would be to have a full length mirror somewhere in the unit. Would definitely stay here again.

Positive: The hotel is very good about location, comfort, facilities and practically compared to similar places. Negative: Before i went to hotel i hadn't fully understand the access code system. Before I went to Montreal, I asked for my login code many times by e-mail on the way and on arrival. I received an e-mail that I would receive an access code on the morning of my stay. While checking my e-mails constantly, I saw a page like the chek in page, but I ignored this page because I did the check in and I had received an e-mail about the login code to be sent. I went to the front of the hotel in montreal. I couldn't enter the room I paid for in the freezing montreal evening. I could not get a response from anyone by e-mail, whatsapp and phone. I almost begged, but no one was kind enough to return a single line. I was able to get in by learning the system from the hotel guest who came there by chance. My stay is over, still no response from the hotel management.

Positive: beautiful apartment once inside, but we did panic a bit when we walked up to the building itself.. once inside our apartment was clean, comfy and modern. really close to the metro too which was helpful. Negative: I did ask for parking advice twice given the apartment doesn’t have its own, but was just directed to Parkopedia which I found really difficult to use. then, once we got into the apartment there were recommendations in the room - so not sure why they couldn’t have just been shared in advance! also didn’t receive access codes etc til late in the day of checkin which wasn’t great given we were travelling without internet access etc.

Negative: Das Zimmer Bedarf einer gründlichen Reinigung. Die Fenster müssen dringend entkalkt werden um wieder voll Licht in die Zimmer zu lassen. Die Lautstärke der Fahrzeuge und besoffener Leute auf der Straße hat mehrfach den Schlaf unterbrochen. Die professionellen Fotos im Portal vermitteln einen Zustand der länger zurückliegen muss.

Positive: L’emplacement de l’appartement est super ,en plein centre-ville , le logement est vraiment beau , beau concept. Le lit et la literie est très propre et super confortable. L’appartement est très bien équipé , deux télévisions , cuisine complète . La douche est très belle et fonctionne à merveille . Pour un appartement en plein centre ville ,nous n’avons pas été dérangé par le bruit . Negative: Tout étais bien ! La seule chose dont il y aurais besoin d’amélioration c’est au niveau de la propreté. Pour une si belle appartement nous avons remarqué de la poussières et autres . Mais ce n’est qu’un ajustement à faire au niveau du propriétaire et du service de ménage. Je suis certaine qu’en parlais au service de ménage cette situation ce réglera assez vite .

In the morning of our check out we received multiple text reminding us we must leave by 11am..3om check in and 11am check out is a rip off... About the stay at Pierre Boutique
Positive: Right when you walk in you’re like wow! The set up is really nice and makes you feel comfortable, and at home. The TV set up was nice, the shower was awesome. Everything was working as it should be. I also felt like safety/ security was key as well. I would definitely return back though, the vibe is awesome. Everything you need is right around the corner. Negative: The only thing I did not like, although the couch was nice, there were weird stains on it. Then going into the bedroom, the header as well as the wall on the same side of the bed was extremely dusty. Lastly, parking was expensive but that was expected due to the location.

Positive: Brand new windows that work very well. Great location. VERY large room. Full kitchen. High end shower hardware. Really nice bedroom decor. Free wifi. Lots of channels. Netflix Ready. Utensils, cups, paper towel... Very well lit. Very secure rooms, and building. Very dorm feeling, but large rooms. A/C worked very well. Negative: Well, i was a bit disappointed that there was a significant amount of dust on the headboard. It seemed very strange to me that for such an important area, it seems completely neglected. So it was rather dusty for my spouse. They had a Dyson vacuum, but i couldn't figure out how to get it working properly. Their couch that is REALLY wide, didn't seem that well supported. So every time myself, or my spouse sat on it, it almost felt like it would flip.

Very modern place. Great general location, however be prepared that the building does not match the modern appearance of the rooms themselves. Very clean and has a great kitchen. The unit is also not as ‘cozy’ as described in the listing. The concrete ceilings and walls make for a cold and slightly unwelcoming first impression. Not a lot of lighting in the bedroom. If you are a light sleeper, this may not be the unit for you as you can hear out into the hallway, doors opening, and the sounds of city streets outside. Overall, it was good for a one night stay at $86 per night.

Great Place
My second time at the Pierce Apartments. If you're like me and cant stand hotels, this is the perfect place. A full one bedroom apartment in a great location close to everything in Montreal. Full kitchenette, nice bathroom with washer dryer if you need it. Comfortable living area with TV. Definitely my place to go on my next visit.

Everything was wonderful and we were sattisfied with the place and surrounding area which was downtown. We recommend the place..! The only problem we came up with was that the plattform of Simplissimmo was not very easy to handle and we had trouble filling information etc.

I like the unique design and interior in the room. The room was bigger and well-equipped overall compared to other hotels such as mariott.

Great value, beautiful rooms
We really enjoyed our stay at the Pierce hotel. The check-in process was easy, directions received by email were clear and prompt, and despite there not being a concierge, the building felt secure. We stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment and the room was beautiful; clean, stylishly decorated, and comfortable. We loved the location; right in the city, with the metro and lots of restaurants within walking distance. There is a parking lot about a block and a half away so we had no issues with parking. I couldn't be happier with our stay, the room was perfect for what we needed and we will absolutely stay there again on our next visit to Montreal.

Easy and simple
This hotel is nothing to look at from the outside but it is clean, new and modern inside. Easy to book and access, great location, we enjoyed our stay.
