Beau logement je reviendrai c’est sûr. Les instructions sont très clair , il y a tout ce que vous avez de besoin en terme de cuisine , il y a beaucoup de serviettes dans la salle de bain , c’était propre et bien sécurisé . Le logement vous fait sentir comme chez vous !!! C’est prêt de tout , il y a beaucoup de restaurants disponible à pied et un dépanneur ouvert 24h/24 a 30 secondes de marche du logement . Le seule inconvénient qui est plutôt évident est le stationnement puisqu’on ce trouve au centre-ville le stationnement est limité .

Positive: Het is een mooi modern ruim appartement (405), waar we 7 nachten verbleven. Communicatie met het bedrijf verliep goed. Heb een aantal tips doorgegeven, die serieus genomen werden. Locatie is super dichtbij metrostation, wat heel prettig is. Veel restaurants in de buurt en ook twee "convenience stores 24/7" om de hoek. Heel handig. Multi-culti buurt. Negative: Het was ongelooflijk moeilijk om de toegang tot het appartement rond te krijgen, omdat er verschillende digitale stappen moesten worden ondernomen, waarvoor internettoegang noodzakelijk was. Ik voorzag problemen en uiteindelijk werden alle toegangscodes (drie stuks) me toegezonden per SMS. De vloer van de douche wordt bij gebruik superglad. Levensgevaarlijk. Gaan ze wat aan doen! Soms was er overlast in de buurt - luidruchtige dronkaards - vechtende mannen.

Much better than expected.
Positive: This place is perfectly located in downtown with a metro station just across the street. The apartment was very clean and tidy, with a modern and functional kitchen packed with everything for cooking. The bed was comfy, with a surprisingly good mattress. I didn't use a washer and a dryer, but laundry detergent was also provided. I will definitely stay there again. Negative: I did not watch an instructional video and was not able to get in on the first attempt. The second one (another guest helped me) was successful. Take your time and watch the video instructions, they will send you everything you need.

Ideal location but attention to detail required for the basic standards.

Netflix or the remote were not working some of the time... so needed some patience and time to start a movie... Negative: BED BUGS We were originally booked for a full week stay: - We didn’t like that the room was dusty and dirty when we got there. - We didn’t like waking up to BED BUGS crawling on us. - We didn’t like not being moved to a new room once we reported the BED BUGS. - We didn’t like the insinuation that we brought BED BUGS with us when we spoke to management and that we would “infect a new room”. - We didn’t like that we were told they would bring an exterminator in THE NEXT DAY and that we should stay another night until then. After some hesitation, they brought an “exterminator” to come check and said it was okay to stay but the person’s annoyed tone made it seem like it was for our convenience at their expense. For all the readers out there, we didn’t stay a second night - just keep reading. - The hotel management said our belongings and room would be professionally cleaned while the exterminator was there if we left everything out. We came back to things looking untouched (we have before and after photos). - We didn’t like that our place was still dusty and dirty after having someone come over to look for BED BUGS. The bed covering had yellow/brown, dried (bodily?) fluids in the center of the mattress cover after we pulled the sheets off all the way. This is what made us look at the lamps, walls, sconces, and headboard even harder. That’s when we found more BED BUGS. - We didn’t like that nobody came to see what we found (dead BED BUG adults and nymphs, shed husks, and the gross sheets) despite demanding someone to come to the room after all this. - We didn’t like our damaged clothes and luggage after doing laundry 4 times (Twice when we found the BED BUGS, once the day before we left Montreal, and once when we returned from our trip). There were definitely dry-clean-only and prescription (expensive) compression stocking that shouldn’t normally have gone through the dryer.

Positive: The room was wonderful had everything I needed including a washer dryer in the unit, it had plenty of space a full kitchen everything you might need and was in a wonderful location, metro was right next to it and lots of good places to visit near by. I would stay again. Negative: The stairwells weren't clean and didn't seem to be secured from the outside although you couldn't access the actual floors with the units from it. At the bottom floor of the stairwell, there was a smell of Urine but if they are somehow able to secure it so that no one can get inside the stairwell from outside of the building, it would be perfect. This was a minor issue that only happened one day and the elevator was back on in 10 mins. I would stay again 100%

Positive: - Größe des Apartments - komfortables Badezimmer (Waschmaschine und Trockner) - bequemes, großes Bett - Gut ausgestattete Küche (Geschirr, Besteck, Kochutensilien, Salz/Pfeffer und Öl) - Lage grundsätzlich gut, um die Stadt zu erkunden, aber die Umgebung lässt zu wünschen übrig Negative: - direkte Umgebung (Apartment liegt an einer Hauptstraße und es ist jeden Abend bis ca. 00:00-01:00 Uhr sehr laut (vorbeilaufende, gröhlende Menschen; viel Verkehr) - aufgrund des Lärms ist es nicht möglich, mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen; und selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es laut - der Eingangsbereich lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig (Tür, die eigentlich mit einem Code geöffnet werden soll, aber dauerhaft geöffnet ist und nicht schließt) - Das Haus sieht von außen furchtbar aus (sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die Fenster sind so schmutzig, dass man nicht hindurchsehen kann) - fehlende Austattung, z.B. Geschirrhandtuch, Spülmittel, Wäscheständer, Handfeger/Schaufel, Eierbecher - Zimmer könnte etwas sauberer sein (Staub,z.B. in den Klimaanlagen und Zimmerecken)

Positive: Well-equipped flat in a great location for main tourist spots of montreal, especially museum of beaux-arts, lots of good cheap asian restaurants nearby. Negative: I had two incidents where I seem to have been bitten by some kind of insect while in bed. The bites were quite painful and uncomfortable. This required medical attention when I returned home and took about two weeks to clear up. Still don't know what it was. Not bed bugs - maybe a spider? But there were several bites. I offered that information to the management company and their reaction was defensive and disrespectful - implying that I was trying to hurt their business or that I was lying. I send them my doctor's notes and they still were only concerned about how a bad rating would affect their business.

In suite laundry was a life saver, and central location very close to metro and attractions. Negative: No place to keep our bags after check out for a few hours before our flight. The room smelled bad upon arrival, maybe something left in the fridge by the last guests. Couch had a cigarette burn, a bit dirty. Staff we tried to ask questions to didn't speak English. The block it was on was a bit rough with people loitering outside the entrance always.

Pour le prix, c'est bien d'avoir un appartement au complet pour soi! Negative: Le lit et les draps étaient confortable, cependant le lit faisait beaucoup de bruit!! Le wifi était un peu lent et la propreté des verres, ustensiles et autres pourraient être mieux. Il manquait certains équipements de cuisine, donc pas très pratique lorsqu'on veut cuisiner.

Positive: The decor of the apartment was really nice. The shower was quite spacious and the water spray was strong. Everything you need in the kitchen was there. Just a little suggestion, it might be good to at least have some oil on hand for cooking. Everything was very very clean. It is well located because it is close to everything but it is difficult to find parking and there are a lot of homeless people around. Negative: The bed was not very comfortable, it was a bit too hard. You could hear everything outside. The wifi wasn't really good as we couldn't watch a movie on disney + or netflix. No one could answer my questions in French even if I asked in French, I always got an answer in English, which frustrated me a bit. It smelled a lot of weed in the building.

One thing to note is that the location is right in the middle of a busy and younger part of the city and parking is not the best. The metro, however, was extremely convenient and SO close to the apartment. The building itself along with the surrounding buildings are a bit run down but the apartment itself was very safe and comfortable.

Okay, buckle down for the review of this sweet little spot in Downtown MTL. I have been waiting to write this since I walked in the front door! Booking/Communication: Quick, clear & easy. Answered all my questions, & sent me the check-in/check-out emails in perfect timing for the trip, easy to understand instructions. Parking: Don’t park anywhere but the Cineplex on Saint Catherine. It’s super cheap, secure, & .5 miles from this Airbnb. Ubers are very reasonable in the area. The Space: SUPER CLEAN, I can’t believe how immaculate it was for us. Clean fresh sheets & towels, all the kitchen supplies you could need. We did not cook during our stay, but if you needed to everything you could ask for is there (except a baking sheet!) The couch was cozy & soft but sturdy. They provided 4 cups of coffee for the Nespresso machine & 2 tea bags. We did not use the coffee but appreciated the gesture! The Bathroom: was huge, had its own washer & dryer & it was a rain shower!! Hello relaxation! There was also a small heater in the bathroom that you could use to warm up the floor when you get out of the shower. Bathroom had supplies, hand soap & even yummy cucumber melon body wash in the shower with shampoo! The Bedroom: OH MAN! It felt like I was in a five star hotel. Blackout curtains, tv in both the living room & bedroom, & huge closet! The king size memory foam mattress, down pillows & down comforter were a dream. Very clean. PRO TIP: if the firmness of the memory foam is not your thing, lay down the comforter with a flat sheet over it (both provided) then use your own blanket on top! My boyfriend has an awful back & adding the comforter as a “pillow top” helped comfort him. I slept like a rock for 3 nights! Heating/Cooling: There are two units (one in living room, other in bedroom) they have very clear dials about heat or cool. The windows also open up top for a slight breeze if you’re looking for a fresh air exchange! The Outside: there were reviews about the rest of the building and the neighborhood being grungy. Listen, you’re staying on the few floors that Pierce purchased & renovated to the sleekness that you see. The other 13 or so floors are apartments & yes they aren’t “pretty” but you don’t even see them unless you take out trash on the 6th floor. It’s an extremely secure building. You need a code to get in, & a code in the elevator to even access the pierce hotel floors! Also the code to your room is several digits long & made me sleep so soundly at night knowing it was a secure rental! We hit it off with the locals & even though the building across the street looks a little worse for wear, you’ll realize that MTL is full of different people, places & things & that does not affect your trip :) the 24 hour convenience mart right below the apartment was the perfect little market for snacks. Overall I HIGHLY recommend this place, my boyfriend & I will never book anywhere else in MTL when we visit!! Thank you!!

First timer
This is my first experience in a fully automated hotel and it went almost flawlessly. As a first timer, the instructions were clear but if you tend to skim over them like myself you may find them frustratingly complex at first. Note that there are two keypads at the front door, the much smaller, less obvious black one is located below the main board which is used for calling apartment occupants. Use the same code to work the elevator. The apartment door uses a very cumbersome 9 digit code but I suppose that makes it somewhat more secure. I don't know if the whole building is a hotel or just part of it but the front of the "hotel" would not be obvious were it not for the awning covered entrance, which is not large by the way. The area is a a bit sketchy looking but it is only a block north of St Catherine St. so it is very convenient. Parking is available in an underground lot at the Faubourg complex also on St Catherine, entrance is off Guy. Weekend rate is not posted at the entrance but is described on the framed Rules poster in the apartment. Unfortunately, they should tell you about the parking options before you check in rather than learning about them after you get into the apartment. The apartment was very clean, great linens and pillows, fully renovated with all the modern appliances you could want in a new condo, 2 TVs - bedroom & living room, streaming, no cable - the couch cushions are thin and have no throw pillows -probably a fold-out bed, awful coffee pods

Very Nice appartment! Clean and well equiped, with full kitchen, washer/dryer! Close from everything and at 2 min from Guy concordia métro station. The only thing is that one of the tv wasnt working and the heating element needs a little vacum inside but its a very small detail. I would recommend to everyone i know!!!

5 Stars Hotel/Condo - We loved it!
Our stay at the Pierce was exceptional! We really enjoyed the apartment. The condo was clean, cozy and so comfortable for 2 people. On top of that, the kitchen was fully equipped with all the things that we needed to cook through out the weekend. The customer service was great. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear. I can't recommend enough the Pierce Hotel. We will definitely consider it next time we look for an airbnb/hotel in the downtown Montreal area.

Great location, close walking distance to everything thing you need for a weekend away. Easy access instructions to the unit. Room was just like the photos, very updated and clean! Appliances, dishes, and utensils were in great condition. Bed / Bedding was cleaning and super comfortable. Only negative is no parking on site, but a 2 minute walk around the corner there is an outdoor parking lot that you can come and go at any time, ($75.00 dollars from Friday to Monday evening) Would definitely stay again!

Amazing apartment!
It is located right in the heart of downtown Montreal, lots of food options around and guy-Concordia just down the street! The apartment itself is just the right size, beautiful and very well-stocked for my stay for 2 weeks! It has everything from washer & dryer, full set of utensils, comfortable sofa and even a Dyson vacuum! Couldn’t ask for more for the price I paid! 😊

Great stay!
The location was great! The room was very good! Modern, fresh and open. The front of the building is a little deceiving and worrisome as you arrive, but they have done a great job on these floors and units that are clean and comfortable! Kitchen, bathroom, bed were all very clean. It was very convenient with a busy schedule to be able to just have a digital building access code and digital door code for quick in and out. We would definitely stay here again!
