    The location was definitely the best amenity this apartment had to offer - it was literally steps from the Metro, and surrounded by a wonderful variety of restaurants of every ethnicity along with little markets, making it very quick and easy to obtain food along with other daily necessities. It was easy to navigate a visit to Montreal with this as our home base! We did have a couple of experiences with the fire alarm in the building going off for extended periods of time, but that was likely/hopefully an anomaly!

    I only rented the place for the night. During my brief experience at Pierce it was pleasant. After spending hours in the studio, the shower was divine, I enjoyed the bed which was very comfortable even if the mattress seemed hard. Unfortunately I did not have time to experience the kitchen and the living room which was very clean, this is what I was able to do, the place is like in the photos, very secure, the view is beautiful. The parking lot is a 17 minute walk (I walk slowly) from Pierce but it's worth it because you can sleep in peace and for me the cost was ($6) other than that that's it. I recommend it.

    Positive: L'emplacement, parfait. La superficie, et l'équipement vraiment bien Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer du bon temps. Proche du centre, proche de tout. La réactivité de l'équipe sur place qui a su nous aider Negative: Les problèmes de WiFi à l'arrivée, impossible d'accéder à l'appartement car le wifi n'était pas accessible, impossible d'avoir nos codes d'accès sans ce dernier. Le wifi saturé, qui nous empêchait parfois d'utiliser les tv. La vaisselle sale dans le four à notre arrivé, et certaines traces de doigts sur le mobilier mat.

Letto comodo, temperatura regolabile e sempre perfetta. davvero consigliato. Ci hanno fornito detersivi, caffè, acqua. Negative: Nulla. Come suggerimento, ci hanno chiesto il giorno prima di partire se avevamo bisogno di qualcosa ma a nostro avviso sarebbe da chiedere a metà soggiorno.

    Positive: Locatie is prima. Veel restaurants en bars in de buurt. Musea op loopafstand. Verder is het een prima appartement. Alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Negative: Appartement ligt op de 4e verdieping. Op zelfde hoogte als alle lucht behandeling installaties van het gebouw ernaast. Zelfs met oordoppen blijf je dit de gehele nacht horen. Neem dus een lagere verdieping. Tevens maakt de ijskast veel herrie.

    Laura@Pierce was the most amenable host. Lighting fast response!! Safe, Secure, Silent space. Luxurious furnishings, well appointed kitchen, so many takeaway, pubs and shops. WalkAble!!! Uberable. Spa type bathroom (shower is 100!) Bedroom was quiet, dark and cool. Bed 10/10. Crisp white linen and towels was 5⭐️ hotel quality * few extra steps to insure quality check in, but can see the next level of host in Airbnb will become the standard. Anglophone will be fine here, Québécois accommodate English graciously.

    Positive: Very nice apartment inside. Well equipped kitchen. Very large comfortable king bed with good pillows. Excellent modern walk-in shower with power jets. Two flat screen TVs. Negative: From the outside probably the ugliest building I have ever seen. Had to evacuate building as a fire alarm went off. Stairwells and emergency exit were strewn with litter. Internet on the TV was terrible had trouble locking on.

    Positive: Excellent location right next to Metro station. Check in instructions were very clear. Perfectly equipped for short stays. Huge bed and it was super comfortable. Air conditioning. Although this hotel is not staffed, I contacted them on two occasions to ask questions and messages were replied to very efficiently. Good WiFi. Highly recommend.     Positive: Downtown. Walking distance from a lot of stores. Washer and dryer in the room. The staff was very nice and willing to help. There were two TVs, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom. Negative: A lot of homeless people around. they cannot control that but there was a man sleeping in the doorway. The entrance is a little suspicious. The couch had stains.

    Positive: Once inside you forget about the facade and everything is as advertised. Clean and comfortable room with all the amenities and a large king size bed. The shower was awesome with all the high pressure jets and the rainfall head. Perfect after a long day exploring the city. Check-in and checkout were all automated and simple, plus the Pierce team responded quickly to all of our messages. Negative: Probably one of the sketchiest looking building in town. From the outside it looks like the building could collapse at any moment.

  67. Un bon rapport qualité prix

    Positive: L'appartement est situé juste à côté de l'université Concordia et de la station de métro Guy Concodia. Cela en fait un emplacement idéal pour trouver des restaurants bon marché et se déplacer dans le reste de la ville. L'appartement est spacieux et moderne, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la présence des deux TV (chambre et salon) avec la possibilité de se connecter à Netflix. Negative: Nous avons choisi l'appartement 407 dont les fenêtres donnent sur le toit de l'immeuble situé de l'autre côté de la rue. Malheureusement le système de ventilation posé sur le toit fait un bruit de bourdonnement permanent. Cela à compliqué notre sommeil. Nous avons également été réveillés à 8h30 deux jours de suite avec des bruits de perceuse venant de l'étage supérieur. Les bruits ont continué une bonne partie de la matinée.

    Positive: Everything was good for the stay. The whole apartment was very clean and the location was great; in the middle of downtown. The check-in is very easy with the keypad. Everything was well equipped as well. Negative: I opted for a 3PM check-in but the staff was a little late to accommodate us at 3PM. However, a 10/10 review was still given because the staffs were able to answer back very quickly and they offered other options to compensate for this.

    Positive: Great location, nice unit, everything virtually brand new. Very clean. Metro station at the corner. Negative: Couldn’t use the oven so weren’t able to cook as much as we had planned. Turns out the oven was broken a few weeks before we got there and they didn’t tell us. I asked for some sort of compensation and all that was offered was a free night at our next stay.

    Positive: Super Zimmer in zentraler Lage. Allerdings sieht das Viertel nicht so vertrauenerweckend aus scheint aber recht Sicher zu sein. Negative: Das Haus wird aktuell saniert. Parkplatz wird nur in 2 öffentlichen Parkhäusern ab 15$ angeboten. Fußläufig ungefähr 15 Minuten. Auf Nachfrage zu einem Garagenstellplatz wurde uns mitgeteilt, das keiner zur Verfügung steht. Ausladen der Koffer nur mit schlechten Haltemöglichkeiten am Objekt möglich.

    Our initial booking was swapped with another room days after our payment and confirmation. We were surprised to see you we are booked in an entirely different room, albeit We were put in a room that had the same layout and square footage, it was considerably different from the initial photos When we reserved a room. We weren’t given any heads up regarding this trench and were surprised upon arrival although Pierce explained the situation when called. Lack of toiletries were remedied with a quick phone call.

    I was a little hesitant since we were arriving at 10 PM and there are no employees at the property. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of use! The check-in institutions emailed to me were very clear and informative! We arrived at our apartment without a hitch. The apartment blew me away! I saw the pictures online and was blown away. In person, it was exactly what I expected and more. The apartment was tastefully furnished and surpassed my expectations for sure! It truly felt like home while staying in Montreal! The staff were very quick to respond via text message while staying at the apartment. A simple favor of asking for more Nespresso pods resulted in a knock at the door, a friendly smile, and an invitation to take as many as I’d like. I was very impressed by the ease of use, beautiful apartment, and outstanding customer service. I will for sure be booking with Simplissimmo the next time I’m in Montreal!

  112. Great place!

    Our stay was great, comfortable and clean. Parking wasn’t too far and is located right by the metro station. Also when I had questions Alex was very quick to answer. Overall great stay :)
