Expected more as the pictures and procedures were very different.
Positive: Location. Close to restaurants and the metro Negative: Pictures are deceiving regarding how the room looks. More run down than what I had expected. Blinds were broken in the room and a lot of scuffs on the walls and just worn down couch with a stained covered on it. Which I found odd considering the cleaning deposit was so strict with the room. The mattress was flipped upside down so the sleep was very uncomfortable. There’s also limited insulation as you can hear the ppl above us move their chairs in and out of their dining area. The room was dusty, with limited cleaning as I saw it. Was expecting a bit more than what we got. The sinks also were clogging often when we would just brush our teeth. The TVs needed setting up and we didn’t know why until we saw everything was unplugged. And the batteries were dead in remote. Just was frustrating like no one actually checked over the place.

Positive: Amazing location, nice sized apartments, comfortable bed, nice shower. The cleaning was definitely not up to my standards in the kitchen and the floors, the rest of the place was clean. Self check in, not really any service or employees other than by email, so more for seasoned travelers. Negative: On the kitchen island, there were like drips of thick liquid down each size, they obviously weren’t well cleaned or wiped down, same with the stools at the island, sticky and greasy stains on both chairs. We cleaned the kitchen ourselves upon arriving to be comfortable. The rest of the place was clean.

Avoir une cafetière pour du café et non seulement de l'expresso et avoir un peu plus de linge pour la cuisine. Nous avons voulu prendre les escaliers pour monter à la chambre car les ascenseurs étaient hors service, selon un papier collé, et la porte était barrée. Nous avons pris quand même l'ascenseur mais avec une petite frousse de rester coincer dedans.

The spot was very nice, modern and looked like the photos. Great location if you’re looking to spend the night out because of all the restaurants and bars it’s surrounded by. However, the dishes and cutlery were dirty so I had to wash everything myself before using them. Overall a beautiful and great stay!!

Positive: Le service client est très efficace et à l'écoute. Il répond rapidement aux demandes et fait ce qu'il peut pour aider. Le logement est assez beau et correspond aux photos. Il est également bien équipé. Negative: Malheureusement nous n'avons vraiment pas apprécié notre séjour, pour plusieurs raisons : 1. L'appartement était sale lors de notre arrivée. Une mauvaise odeur était présente, le sol collait, des plats n'étaient pas lavés, il y avait des tâches sur le mobilier. 2. Le sèche-linge ne fonctionnait pas, on a perdu plusieurs heures à réussir à faire sécher nos habits. Le service client nous a envoyé sécher notre linge dans le sous-sol du bâtiment, mais il fallait une carte spéciale pour utiliser les machines. 3. Une fuite d'eau d'un des climatiseurs à mouillée et abîmée certaines de nos affaires. Avec tout cela, nous avons perdu plusieurs heures durant nos vacances, au lieu de profiter de la ville. Je retiens le geste commercial de la part de l'établissement qui m'a remboursé quelques frais, mais cela n'était pas à la hauteur du préjudice reçu.

Positive: très tendance, bien situé. j’aime le concept hôtel/appartement a notre disposition vaisselle, frigidaire, laveuse-sécheuse, lave-vaisselle, etc Negative: première fois qu’on me demande un dépôt de 300$ et c’est le pire endroit où la propreté laisse à désirer carrelage avec tache de pâte à dent et savon, poils pubien dans la salle de bain au sol, comptoir avec miettes, chaises avec main graisseuses et miettes, coulisse sur le côté de l’îlot, miroir bariolé et sale j’ai contacté par message le service client et ont répondu rapidement à l’appel et trouver une solution. par contre, il y avait tellement de ménage à faire que la personne est revenu nettoyer rapidement pour faire le plus gros je pense que les propriétaires devraient revoir la liste des taches du personnel de l’entretien ménager 🤷♀️

I thinj the entire building has frosted over with dirt windows. We had to put newspaper on the lower part so we didnt look at it. Because of the dirt you cant see outside in the living room area or the bedroom. We left early and couldnt receive any refund. If this were Airbb and we complaint about the dirty windows they would have given us a refund.

Positive: Very central with a direct 20 min walk from the central station. The apartment had all the facilities for self catering including a washing MC and dryer. All services very clean. Entry instructions all handled very smoothly by apartment operators with easy to follow notes on how to access etc. Top rate all round. Also there are a number of good take aways within a 2 min walk. A 24 hour small but well stocked mini market just around the corner. Negative: The wife found the modern kettle too modern.

Negative: not as advertised. cheap furnishings. stains. scratchy dry sheets and towels. was kept up at night due to homeless and screaming. even had a bunch of cops outside til 4 am due to a huge ordeal. as a single female didn't feel like safest area. the locks seemed to jot work well and unknown water puddles floor every morning. dryer has no heat.

Positive: The check-in was easy and safe because they provide you with a digicode. Perfect during COVID, we were not in contact with anyone. The room was big and the decor was really nice. Perfect location, next to the metro and lots of essential stores and restaurants. Everything that you need for cooking is provided. The staff is really helpful and answer your emails and texts quickly. Negative: The comforter was a bit dirty, we had to put it away.

Positive: The room itself was great, recently renovated with a modern industrial design. The hotel is located 2 mins from Ste. Catherine street and 2 mins from the metro station. We absolutely loved the comfortable plush king sized bed and the shower. Negative: The location of the boutique hotel itself was a bit seedy. The hotel is also only 2 floors of an apartment building which explains the lack of front desk staff. The lack of available parking made it difficult as well, my boyfriend and I had to move our car each day to a different spot.

Pierce is an awesome host. This place is conveniently located near the busy part of ste Catherine street, therefore is close to EVERYTHING. The. Building can look a bit run down and very disappointing on the outside, but as soon as you walk past the front door it’s a surprise! The apartment is sparkling clean, the space is stylishly generous, and the location is just perfect! Will CERTAINLY stay with them again the next time I’m in Montreal.

Lovely condo-style unit downtown Montreal. Very clean unit, comfortable bed, and great shower. Would highly recommend as a base to explore the city. Only complaint is that it was hard to get in touch with the owner as it is self check-in / check-out. It was extremely convenient to get into the unit with the self check-in, but when I tried to reach out to the owner to extend a night it was hard to know which number to contact and I had to try 3 different numbers (all listed in different points of check in information) to finally get a response over 12 hours later. Other than that - it was a great experience! Would highly recommend!

We parked in the suggested parking garage up the street, which was a bit spooky but was easy to use and affordable. Great spot to stay if you want close proximity to downtown.

À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que les draps étaient encore sales. Vers 21h nous avons mis les draps à la sécheuse et à 2h du matin ils n’étaient toujours pas secs, il y avait seulement deux pods (aucune autre lavage n’aurait pu être fait). Il n’y avait pas de draps de rechange et le numéro qu’on nous a donné pour les urgences ou les bris n’avait aucune réponse et aucune retour. Une chance que le service à la clientèle de booking était présent pour nous répondre, on nous a ramené des draps le lendemain vers les alentours de 11h30. Il y avait une certaine odeur dans le réfrigérateur et un seul sac poubelle disponible. Il manquait de matériel. Vraiment déçu.

First time in Montreal
It was my first time in Montreal and this room location was perfect. Would recommend and 10/10 will be coming back. I say the room looks just like the pictures and was spacious. There was also utensils, cups, plates, and pans available! Right outside is a pizzeria and other food spots close by which was very convenient. Thank you!

Good accommodation for last minute stay
Upon entering this unit it was easy to take note of the great atmosphere. This hotel was able to make this space modern and lofty on a budget. Good kitchen equipped with some dishes and appliances. Beautiful bathroom (amazing shower!) Fantastic and convenient location and with many great dining choices in the area. Management was responsive as well. Unfortunately the maintenance and upkeep of this property was lacking. Bathroom sink was clogged so we had to be careful with running water to let the drain catch up. You must let the water run for approximately 10-15 mins to get hot (even though management says it needs to run for only 5 mins). There were large stains on the sofa and ottoman that was very off putting (we avoided sitting there for the entire trip). The countertops were covered in ring marks. The bedsheets were not properly arranged (a flat sheet barely covering the mattress). I can only assume these errors were made by the cleaning staff and perhaps management is not aware of these things. I would also suggest that the communication includes details about the entry code needed in the elevator so that people have a less confusing check in process. Overall I think this is a good spot for people who need a place to stay if they aren’t staying for too long.

This place was very cute however when my partner and I arrived we noticed hair in the bedsheets that weren’t ours because we hadn’t even gone in the bed yet. Besides that the hotel is very cute and in a great location, super close to everything which is super convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautifully hidden downtown
Great spot, awesome location near some amazing restaurants and shopping areas. Felt like a home away from home, quiet neighbours, lots of privacy. Only thing, At one point someone from the hotel knocked on our door around 9pm saying there was a leak that might be coming from our room. Kind of disturbing considering there was no signs of a leak and was a pretty unannounced arrival. I’m assuming it was poor timing and something had to of gone wrong on the floor below us, so I didn’t think much of it. but it did make my girlfriend uncomfortable. We happened to be checking out the next day so we luckily went the rest of our stay undisturbed.

Worth It
The hotel is hidden along a beautiful, popular blouevadd. I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go. The apartment was amazing- clean, necessities provided, tastefully designed, and more. The check in and check out was smooth and I will certainly continue to refer people here in the future!

from the outside of the building it is disgusting, looks awful, it is situated over the top of a vape shop which appeared to open all hours creating lots of noise, shouting outside the window. the fire alarms went off at 4 in the morning, lots of fire engines and firemen outside. didnt know what was happening.the apartment itself was ok. floors VERY slippy when went, this is a hazard. lots of down and outs wandering around too. some in doorway of the block. not a pleasant play to stay at all

Dans les points négatifs, courriels et instructions seulement en anglais seulement et l'insonorisation des fenêtres laisse à désirer. Selon le prix que vous obtiendrez, cela peut être un bon choix. Pour ma part, j'ai payé un peu chère, car bien qu'il s'appelle hôtel, la formule se rapproche du Airbnb...

Pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. The apartment was clean and looked exactly like it did in the picture. The booking process was easy. We got off to a bit of a rough start trying to find the building and then trying to get in but when we called for assistance, we were helped right away. There were lots of restaurants and shops very nearby and it was only about a 30-40 minute walk to downtown and Old Montreal. My only complaint was having to pay for parking each day in the lot down the street. But even that wasn't very expensive. I would recommend Pierce Hotel to anyone, especially if you don't want to spend ridiculous amounts of money on lodging.

Love the area, 5 minutes frons Guy Concordia station, 12 minutes from IGA. Luxury apartment with more then enough basics t keep you going for many days (appliences, salt, pepper, Olive oil, washer and dryer). I would definitely come back

A surprise find
Don’t be put off by the exterior of the building! The neighbourhood is vibrant with many cafes and places to buy food and other provisions, and the Metro is just a couple of minutes walk. Rue St Catherine, the main shopping area is just around the corner. The apartments are very clean and comfortable with good quality appliances and furniture. The shower is fabulous and worth mentioning. We particularly appreciated the well appointed kitchen and great laundry appliances (take laundry detergent). Netflix was freely available along with a robust internet connection. The staff are available by phone and are very responsive and helpful. These apartments provided a great base for our trip to Montreal and we would recommend them to others.

We enjoyed the security and facilities. Got a great sleep on the mattress. It's a little bit minimal but the design is good. Unfortunately our vehicle was broken into and we moved the vehicle to a safer underground lot.

The room was fantastic and exactly as pictured in the advertisement. The location was also good, being right downtown and near everything. My only issue is that the ceilings in the room appeared to be unfinished which is a pity as the rest of the room was fantastic. I would say it was a great place to stay only for this.
